Man, if I could give them 10 stars I would. Martin came out of his way to drive one hour to Morrow GA where I was staying at , replaced my windshield and was very informative on the products he was using. he’s a subject matter expert when it comes to his craft, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring and explained the entire process from beginning to end. 5 stars is certainly not enough for the great service that was done with replacing the entire front passenger window on our Cruze. Where do I even begin?? My car got broken into on Christmas Eve Eve, and I was very concerned about who would be open/available to fix my car before Christmas. I called Pronto Auto Glass right when I woke up and spoke with Martin. He very quickly checked on the glass needed for my car, and told me he could fix it within a couple of hours. He came to my workplace and, not only did he fix my window, he did it in the pouring rain! As a timeline, I called at 7:30 AM, and my window was complete by 10:30 AM. I am truly so thankful for this Christmas miracle and for Martin helping make a bad situation a lot better!
