They checked the car multiple times to ensure it was ready for a long trip home. We made it and the car made it without a hitch! My son is so excited and Im impressed that one of the best car buying experiences Ive had involved a 2000 mile drive to and from a used car lot. Purchased a 2006 pontiac solstice from them 2 weeks to the day. And found out that there is an issue stemming from the clutch area. Today is the last day theyre obligated to fix it according to the lemon law. Mysteriously after they told me to call back they are no longer returning my phone calls. I asked and pointed out the potential issue before/during and after purchase. They also refused to send me the carfax. I had to obtain it on my own to find out that things they said they did were not on it. Will not be using them again and will spread the word about my ordeal. Would give 0 stars if I could

I purchased a high end luxury car from Crown Autos today! I have been dealing with them for approximately two weeks on this purchase. My experience has been excellent. The sales finance Manager Mo was very clear honest and transparent about the car and it’s minor issues that it had. I flew in from out of town after speaking to him over the phone and as soon as I arrived on the lot he has the car ready for me to take on an extended test drive. I did and fell in love with the car! Moment of truth was when he ran the financing, no he did not run my credit with 10 finance companies to get an approval he ran one federal credit union that got me approved in minutes!!! Excellent Customer Service from start to end. I would recommend this dealership to all who is looking to make an honest purchase from an honest business. Great job Crown Autos ! Bought a nice Kia Soul here for a great price. I have only had it for a month but it’s been a great vehicle. The owners/salesman were reasonable yet firm on the price we negotiated to. Only word of warning is that the pictures definitely made the car look in better cosmetic shape than it was in as opposed to in person. Lots of little cosmetic defects that weren’t pictured. They also were very open to me taking the car to a mechanic to get it looked at before purchasing it. Good experience buying from them.

Needed a car, they had a used Lexus I liked. Fair price and good service. They stayed after hours as I couldn’t arrive until near close. Car only had one key and no FOB though, which I asked about after the sale. Eddie did say he would let me know if he could get one from auction, it’s been a couple weeks and I haven’t heard anything. No big deal, I honestly wasn’t expecting much luck or follow up on something like this. Overall a good experience here and I would go back for another used car.

I was recently shopping around for a used car and out of all the dealerships I visited this is the only one I that I would have no problem giving a genuine recommendation. The salesman who assisted me, Mo, was very helpful and honest and gave me a great deal.Overall they have a solid inventory, reasonable prices, and a great staff. Everything you would want to find in a dealership but surprisingly hard to come by.

I purchased an 05 element from there Autotrader account and paid for delivery. The vehicle was delivered with a dead battery. Now four days later the check engine light came on and once it was parked, the vehicle won’t start. I’d give them a zero star review if I could. Don’t buy from them.

Easy to deal with and friendly. I contacted Moe about a vehicle they had on the lot, went there, inspected and test drove the car and they stood by a lower price they quoted over the phone. I was on my way home with my new car within three hours. If youre looking for a perfect car buy a new one and you still may be disappointed. If youre looking for a fair deal on a used vehicle I would recommend this lot based on my experience. I noted a couple of defects on the car and pointed them out to the owner but the vehicle was priced very fairly for what it was and it will cost me under $100 and a few hours to make this 7 year old vehicle basically perfect. Really nice and accommodating folks.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company by all means. Whether intentional or not, the car we bought in March has had problem after problem after problem after problem. Todays problem, the muffler is so rusted, that it completely fell off the back of the car. For a 2008 and spending around 4k on a car, you would expect to get more than six months of use out of it. This is about the 8th thing wrong with this car in six months. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Bought a truck from here nothing but problems since i got it. Knock sensor went out replaced it, exhaust broke fixed that, tps went out and cause transmission to go out while trying to fix that the brake line busted. Nothing but problems. Told me i was aware of issues and marked down $3000 and not true was marked down $600 and was aware of room damage that you said did not leak. Roof leaked alot and i had to fix a couple days after purchase. Was not aware the truck was a electrical nightmare with everything going out.

I had the best used car experience with crown autos as of they were very honest and upfront on the purchase and friendly, I live 4 hours away so I spoke to Moe over the phone and I was concerned about the shape of the car and he stated every single thing about the car and gave me his honest opinion about it when I drove down there the car was exactly like he described and I didn’t like the pads on it so they went and replaced it for me right away I still have my car and it runs amazing thanks to Moe and crown autos.

Went with my brother and looked at a Dodge 3500. It looked just it did in the pictures on line. The 2 brothers where honest and up front about any issues the truck had. Was willing to help find the parts it needed and gave my brother a real good deal. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would recommend them to anyone. Be prepared to put gas in the car before the test drive. I fully understand why they do not keep much gas in them because of theft of the cars or gas. Found a great priced SUV online after totaling my car in an accident. The price was so good, it really put my radar up at first. After driving the car however, my fiance and I were impressed. We were even encouraged to take the car to our own mechanic to check it out which we informed them was on the other side of town. Again, they were more than willing to let us. Can we see the Carmax? No problem, printed and put in front of us. We negotiated a great price and then after finding some very minor things at the mechanic, Mo was willing to move a bit more. Both Mo and Eddie were honest and forthright about everything. I can tell you in the end that they truly did not make much on the sale and they just want to build an honest business via good word of mouth. After a month, we couldnt be happier with the car. We also couldnt be happier with the whole experience. Moe and Eddie are the real deal. If your in the market for a good used car, give these guys a look.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! Spoke in detail with a salesman on the phone after finding a vehicle we were interested in on their website. Get to the lot, there was no gas in the vehicle so we had to wait for another salesman to get back before they could go put gas in it for a test drive. Their marketing of the vehicle was incorrect and was the wrong model along with options listed that were not on it. When we get in the vehicle the air bag and tire pressure lights were on (dashboard was cracked so something was wrong with the air bags for sure). We drove the vehicle less than 2 miles when about 4 more lights started flashing on the dash, alarms going off, a horrible smell came inside and the vehicle started shaking as if it was going to die. We didnt know if we would even make it back to the lot, thankfully we did. We dropped off the keys and said we werent interested and didnt even ask why.In reply to theirs, the options were not on the vehicle as listed in the online marketing - we looked specifically for them (no voice activated telephone, no rain sensing wipers (we drove in the rain), no subwoofer). I am very positive about the features listed on this vehicle and do not have them confused with another vehicle. We pulled up the marketing and checked again after we left the lot. The emergency break was released prior to taking off and reset when we brought it back. We are very aware that when looking at used cars and vehicles that are 10 years old it will not be 100%. I have an avalanche currently and yes, we have looked at others. My current truck and the others we have test driven dont have the problems this truck has. It is horrible customer service for you to reply stating that we possibly caused damage to the vehicle. All of the problems were not caused by driving with the emergency break on. The air bags clearly have a problem since the dash is cracked and the air bag light is on. The horrible smell was anti-freeze. I may be a female but I have been raised around mechanics and my husband was with me and he works on cars. Clearly you dont stand behind your products, admit when you are wrong and blame others. You should have had the vehicle gone through mechanically before placing it on line and marketing it or making it available on your lot. We were ready to do the paperwork and sign that day. Sale lost!

This Owner is related to the people who owned Elite Motors on 46th & Keystone who was raided by the FBI. They will not tell you the truth when buying a car. The car is not running right and the Finance Company they sent me to is HORRIBLE. Stay away from Crown Motors and American Acceptance Finance Company. They both work together to rip people off. BE CAREFUL.

I bought a Cadillac December 14 2017 from Mo December 22,2017 my Transmission went out I called Mo & said hey my Transmission went out can you fix it they said if it Didnt go out in three days not my problem. I Called back the day after & said well since you cant fix it can I trade it back in & get something else he says yeah but we will only Give you five hundred for it .... Please I Repeat They only want your Money they do not take care of their customers.

What blew me for the loop was i I cant even get my down payment back which it has not been 30 days or even close to it. It has only been 9 days since I put the money down. Please just trying to save you money and a headache.
