Awesome prices, awesome customer service! I ordered a customized bakery box, the size and color were spot on, and fast shipping as a bonus. I highly recommend that business. They were the ONLY ONES who could do custom size boxes with Windows.Pictured here is the box with my label.

Prefer to give no stars but system wont allow. Poorly made, over half of the boxes we received were not able to be used. They were creased, the seams didnt stick, the plastic window popped out, the tab closures were not symmetrical making the boxes difficult to assemble. Very poor customer service. Will not use or recommend Paperbird again.

I am giving 2 stars because to be fair, Martian did his best to be helpful and did provide good customer service but the quality of product was very disappointing. The boxes were made in India and were very dirty with footprints and blood streaks(?) on some of them. A good portion of my order was unusable, they were creased and the print coloring was very inconsistent. I had to discard 600 boxes. I got a credit for $300 but that didnt nearly cover my loss.

I ordered custom gift boxes, Martin was so helpful and patient to make sure design works perfectly. The boxes are high quality with my embossed logo which gives a premium feel, theyre better than I expected. Highly recommend!!

The crazy fast turnaround time was promised, late shipment and unapologetic rude customer service was delivered.We ordered customized paper product from Paper Bird for an event. The products were badly produced and only delivered days after the confirmed delivery date. Paper Birds response was too bad! but we cant take them back, as they are customized with the event name . Exactly ! It would be nice if we could have used them at the event , instead of having them sitting in the office.
