I came in to buy a shipping box and send with a prepaid label. I was told that it would be, on top of the cost of the box, $15 to put tape on the box. Otherwise, I could buy the tape and the box but I would have to go out in 120 degree weather and pack my own box. I wouldn’t even be allowed to do it in the store. Is this normal? I suggest not going to this store. They might charge you to breathe their air.

This is the worst UPS store in the Southern Las Vegas area. I went in to get 1 box to ship some items overnight. They refused to give me a free box to pack my items at home and return to ship it. They demanded that I bring in my items to the store and buy a label with them (instead of buying online for cheaper at UPS.com) if I wanted to use their free box. They said UPS stores don’t give out their overnight (express) boxes for free. (UPS ships customers free boxes all the time!) I went to the store a few blocks away and they gave me the box instantly. I have gotten free express boxes at Las Vegas UPS stores for years to pack at home, print a label online, and then drop off at the UPS store. A week since this incident, I have gotten another free express box at the UPS store by Costco also without hassle. Clearly the owner of this location by the South Outlets Mall Is super stingy and runs their business poorly. Other reviews also mention a $2 fee to tape up a box so seems like a very ‘extra fees’ store. Avoid this location! There’s one by Vons just 5 minutes away that is much better!

This particular store is very unhelpful. So when I called asking for assistance, the lady who answered the phone literally laughed!!! I called her out on her bull. Sad I have to tell you how to do your job! I see why you have only 2.3 rating 😂😂😂

The center charges for taping boxes. $2 fee to tape a box. $2....Then if you look at the fixtures in the center they are chipped, laminate peeling a part. Thought UPS Stores kept their stores in better shape than this.

I shipped item from this location. I dropped item packed well nicely but my receiver saying package look like opened and some item broken/missing. I doubt someone play with my package. I will never go back this location again.

Laura was very professional, personable and prompt.We ordered personalized posters and a banner for a graduation celebration.We explained what we wanted via email. Sent a few ideas and pictures.She did an amazing job a creating them. The qualities were up to par and the prices very fair, including the mailing cost.We actually contacted her from out of state. As we have used her services in the past.

Well you don’t have to be a genius look at the stars everyone has left. I don’t do business with anybody less than four stars. these people are very vindictive had a small disagreement and they decided to kick me out of my mail box. this is my business mailbox. a lot of trouble for me. The problem is the large lady manager I don’t know her name also the young cute girl has no clue what is going on cannot answer a question at all has to get help with any answer. This It Cost my business a lot of time and effort changing everything over to another address after a year. . I am Glad to be gone. think about this before getting a large business mailbox. And everything is very overpriced.

Earlier this month, I was celebrating my honeymoon in Vegas. I knew my wife and I would probably have to send souvenirs, gifts, etc back to our home through the mail to avoid luggage fees through the airline. Customer service was friendly and professional. Very promptly, I received a tracking number in my email and the package was delivered on time. Furthermore, fragile items were well packed by the staff. If I return to Vegas and need to mail items home again, I will definitely use this UPS store again. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

The store doesn’t care about anything. They charged $2 for a strip of tape. They accepted three of my packages one shows on the ups tracking sight it was never dropped off. I told the store manager, she asked if it showed on my receipt drop off. It does. She said the call ups. I told her it does not look like she scanned it. She stated the receipt proved she did. I stated maybe it’s still sitting at her store. She said the ups driver doesn’t scan as he picks up. So the do not know where the package is. Call the real ups not the ups franchise store.Suckssssd

This people will loose your documents on purpose . Unless you pay them their $18 mail service . They notarized some documents for me and i ask them to be send regular mail . So , the documents got lost . They never send them and blame the postal service .I came back and they now want me to paid again to notarized the same documents and they want to charge me again . I never took those document i gave them to you .They dont care

Awesome staff always helpful everytime I am in there. They did an amazing and fast hanging of business license for me. I love knowing that I have an excellent staff to help me with my new business. Cant wait to do more in the future with everyone here.

How is this place still in business? Didnt get the chance to print with them. Lazily sent us to the FEDEX across the street. I mean, who sends their customers to their competition?? Grossly unfriendly staff. New management is necessary.

The tape fee is crazy at this location I know I get it you pay for supplies but man that much for less then a feet of tape!!! wow 😮 Adios! I found a ups store down the road taking my business there 👋🏿

The notary staff are uneducated. I had to pay to have the same document notarized twice because they do not know what they are doing. They are cheerful when they tell you to go f yourself.

We are owed almost $1600 in damages for shipping computer equipment through them. Our two packages were mangled and all the equipment inside was broken and they say its not their fault. Now UPS refuses to pay, stating that we should have purchased extra insurance - even though we were not offered extra insurance or informed of any value limit at the time of purchase! Completely untrustworthy company, we will not be doing business with them again. I would recommend using another shipping company if you want your packages to arrive in one piece.

Best ups store in vegas! Kind staff that always is friendly and great at their job! Im a box holder here and deal with them daily. The other bad reviews are probably from rude tourists since its located by the airport.

I have been a box holder for appox three years. Other than parking being horrible which is not their fault . Always get good service and on it when Im waiting for a package .They always notify me promptly.
