This place is usually lacking in customers during the times Ive visited. The prices are a bit high relative to other stores. In any case, the service here is on par at best, not extraordinary. Im happy the associates were so kind and expeditious as they were in performing my refund for a product I chose to return because of the price. Id recommend coming here only if youre really in need of office supplies

The young ladies made the experience great Both Michelles were knowledgeable and customer service oriented! I was in with my friend to process some things. They helped her with what she needed with patience for all questions. So grateful for the help. People just do not take time to really care. Thank you girls!!!!

Go to the other Office Depot or staples if you really want quality work done. Had to explain to the employee like 6 different times what I needed done and she still did a poor job and laminated a paper with double sided pictures that were in opposite directions( one was upside down. )Also I’m sure she lied about the laminate she used because she didn’t care to ask and I forgot from how many times I kept having to explain to her what to do. I wanted the thicker one and I know Office Depot had it because I had just been to the other store. Kinda annoying.

Poor customer service! I registered in the computer for the service counter. Waited 16 minutes for the text that I am next. Employee called my name and even before I could get up to go to counter, I got a text that I didn’t responded and had to wait 30 more minute.Employee had poor attitude and repeatedly asked if I registered, I just walked out.I’ll go somewhere else.Caio

Very friendly staff. Printing Services team are absolutely amazing. Came in and got a lot of stuff printed same day (flyers, banners, business cards, and catalogs). Affordable pricing as well. So glad I came here and not Kinkos.

Very Rude Customer Service. Went to print 9 photos. The Customer Service Representative rudely said we have a 5 photo limit. I stated no other Office Max or Depot has that limit. Followed with a rude remark by the Clerk. I took my business to the Henderson Office Max where they gladly printed my photos. Beware folks. If you need to make multiple prints. Dont go to this location.

I came in to pick up an order that I made online... it was ready at 10 am, and I came to pick it up at 4:30pm. Usually I just tell someone who’s free and they grab it for me and I’m on my way! This time they made me check in, wait twenty minutes to be texted, for them to simply HAND me me order. I’m confused on why it’s so hard to just get me my order? What is the purpose or online ordering? It’s not convenient if you still have to wait in line to simply get it! Horrible customer service!!!!!

They have a service that looks like they are fixing their nails, the workers in the printing area are very, very slow in their work, and they extend more than usual with the clients. I dont think some of them dominate their work since their slowness is that of a tortoise. please change them and put people with a desire to work. The waiting time is really too long😡😡😡😡😡😡

Terrible customer service. Stood around for 20 minutes waiting to find someone. Guy comes up to me and says Ill be right with you. Kept waiting for another 10 minutes. Then I decide to leave and saw him at the register with no customers. Will never be back!

I am a woman who wears a cap because of religious reason I have to cover my head - I was at this Home Depot today about 8:41 pm , I needed to buy a note book and pen,As my old notebook was done - as soon as I entered the store , cashier Sheldon gave me a dirty look, while I walked to find a reasonable price notebook , manager came to check up on me , and I thought he was courteous , and I told him , I was ok and I know store closes in few minutes , then I went to cashier Sheldon , he again gave me a suspicious look and Sarcastic smile -at first I did not understand his sarcastic smile then he opened and checked inside the notebook i was buying - if I was hiding or stealing anything - then he checked the pen, I was hoping for him to ask for my phone number to check for any discount but he was busy trying to find anything in that note book - then I had to use the pin pad to punch in my PIN number for debit card ,I am afraid of COVID and I asked him if he has hand sanitizer? He replied with suspicious smile and told me “ No we don’t keep that here “!!! Then I saw manager unlocking the main door , as someone from outside asked if store is closed , Manager replied “ we have 2 minute they can shop”!!! It seems they lock the door trying to catch a woman who cover her head bc of religion !! I came and sat down in my car and manager looked at my car -I felt so angry at this - I can’t be writing with a pen and use a notebook from a place who‘a employee’s specially Sheldon act and give suspicious smile and check even inside the notebook in hopes to find something on me - I am going to return these tomorrow and will ask all my community members to avoid going to Office Depot !!

I had to go here to get a return shipping label printed out, the lady who helped me was wonderful, and got me the label, was professional, courteous, and I greatly appreciated her help.

I could not be more pleased with the manager at this location gave me 100% total dedication from purchase selection of office furniture to check out which included home delivery. I was not in a rush. He took his time to get it right. I would give 5 Stars if the company would quit changing rules and regulation making it harder for customers to do business. I have to recognize the staff here is so helpful and professional-- especially the manager Jeremiah and another gentleman who helped me with finding a safe. Unfortunately, I didnt end up buying the safe, because I needed a particular size in such a short time for work, however, the helpfulness of the staff deserves recognition. The tech department here is awesome! I needed help choosing a new laptop earlier this week, and the tech support person showed me the best deal. I left my old laptop and they installed everything plus transferred all the data from my old laptop to new one, no extra charge! Always helpful here and very quick service.

Standard office supply store.Employees helpful, but not cheerful. I got the impression they were helpful only so that they could watch everything I did and follow me everywhere I went.They do offer copy and print services at this location.

I just visited the store and was completely disappointed in the lousy service. It is illogical in 2019 you are extremely late in terms of technology. a simple job of printing a label was impossible or is crazy expensive

Great location, on Maryland Prkwy. Prices could be a little lower. Most staff is helpful, theyre familiar with their products, they sell. When theres sales, is the time I love to go. Its kept clean, free parking. The store, is nice and bright. At times there is a line, especially back to school time. Great location, they offer just about anything that has to do with a home office or office. Theres been a few, staff members that were unsure of their products they sell. Few times, employees were way too busy, to help or answer any questions. Itd be great, if there would be more staff members out on the floor to help the customers.

Superb experience, every employee I spoke to to was extra helpful. got to say I wasnt crazy about the check-in kiosk which I walk past brcause I thought it was for ordering online. I was there for a long time because I had to receive a fax from somebody and then forward that fax to somebody else. I wish I got the girls names do you have one with red hair and the Latina I think Im going to go back and find out their names. I laughed at them and said I think I have more time here today that you guys do. Then I asked if they had an application so I could get the employee discount. $2 was a tad pricey for a 12 ounce Coke, but I guess they have to make money somewhere. Faxes were $2 for the first page and $1 for each page thereafter. I checked the UPS store on Flamingo they were $3/$2 respectively.

I use this Office Max location for printing when I am in Las Vegas for trade shows. They always do an excellent job, and provide quick service at a reasonable price. They are a bit off the beaten path, but worth the drive from the strip if you have a car.

The pay at copier idea works, BUT, please dont calculate cost after every copy. Whole process is slow.Sign in kiosk, why? Waiting in a line worked for me.If you try to wait in a line, the ***** behind the counter people tell you you cant do that. Tell you to go shopping.Your phone will get bombarded with messages. Including offers to save you money. Lol, more like entice you to spend.If theres no one ahead of you in line, they still want you to sign in. SIEG HEIL !!!!

Phone system didnt work the entire day, bought the extended warranty and they wont help at all, I get to call some corporate nonsense 1-800# in the Philippines and wait on hold all day and then wait days for a replacement printer. Sorry, Im running a business, no time to wait or to deal with this BS. Warranty is useless and so is everyone in the store.

Went in for one specific item and the price was mismarked by over 4 dollars. I laterally had to take off the plastic price holder and take it up to the register to show her that it was a lower price. She said that it was a different SKU. I said yea, but its the exact description of the product. I wonder how many other products are over priced at the register that people dont catch?

Until recently this is where I got all of my printing done. I do not know what has happened to customer service in this place, but orders have been wrong, not little errors huge ones like image and font size, not ready when needed for events even though ordered in advance and the last and final time I went to pick up my order and it wasnt done at all. I wont be back.

The ladies working at the copy and print place take FOREVER! I only needed to pick up my prints and pay for some tape and i had to wait 20 mins until i decided to go to the normal register! I’ll think twice before coming here.

I asked the heavy set man with glasses why I never received a phone call and he just looked at me, then walked away.I didnt even have to show him any sort of id or receipt to pick them up also.
