This place talked me into buying their cartridges. I got the first set and they did not work, i had to send them back when I was one week away from my deadline which was a total inconvenience. I had to use other peoples printers. I finally got the new cartridges come to find I had to use all of their cartridges at once to make my printer print! I should have NEVER used this company. I should have just stuck with HP. It is worth the money. These can also mess up your printer. I totally regret this purchase.

Send poor quality refilled cartridges that print blurry or gray pages then harrass you until you dont even want to speak to them. Even AFTER speaking to them, leave threatening calls saying that I didnt. All to save $10 over retail OEM. Which is actually a $40 loss after I have to pay to send back cartridges they wont stand behind.

They hire super low wage employees, most have felonies or unable to get work anywhere else. They hand them a script and dialer and they start the calls.Most the employees quit the FIRST day. Paul Stefano is a superb representative for this company and their products are excellent. Paul calls me on every scheduled time and their toner lasts far beyond my expectations. I used to have to buy toner every three months and their toner lasts 2- 3 times longer. Their prices arevery competitive also. Kudos to Paul and his company!

Associated Supply Company is extremely reliable. My rep Fred always calls at our agreed upon intervals to check to see if we need anything. We are a small business who doesnt buy that much from them but Fred makes me feel just as important as a large company. As a small business that is so important to me!

We were offered the free trail, to see if we would like the ink. Paul said he could match any price I gave him, that was a lie, apparently the prices I get for my ink off Amazon or inkfarm were too LOW, and they couldnt match them. I will not use this company again. They charged us more then we were told in the beginning, and gave me a small discount. I ended up paying $100 for 3 ink cartridges. They didnt even last as long as the rep said, and 1 of the black inks was a completely different cartridge and didnt even work for my printer. Who sells remanufactured cartridges for $45? Thats absurd, I can get 2 BRAND NEW ones for the same price.

This is a special shout-out to Simone. She has been outstanding over the years. Simone is very easy-going and courteous in her pitch. Im never bothered by her follow-ups because I realize that a huge part of her job is to make sales. Ive had issues with the products maybe a few times but this company has always rectified bad experiences. Highly recommended!

I love the service! They dont hit me with a sales call every week. I keep one back up toner on hand and their service call reminds me to check it. Paul Destefano has been consistently rude to my office assistant. She is doing her job by letting him know that I am not in need of any supplies. I cannot support a business that allows its employees to be rude to mine.

Will no longer be using for printer ink. Products where good, however the sales guy who keeps calling every week cant take a hint that I dont use as much as hed like to sell me. His attitude is awful and he talks to me as if he is the end all be all of printing supplies. Ill go elsewhere and pay a little more for better service and to be treated with respect. The worst part, is that all incoming calls are recorded and he knew that as a disclaimer message is played when you call my shop. Never again with this company.

I have been working with Sam for over 5 years, he is amazing at what he does. He has the best customer service. Over the years I have received a couple bad toners but he had them replaced for me fast! So the toner isnt always perfect but they do stand by their product and that is all you can ask for.

Our rep Fred gives us great deals and excellent service. Weve been with Associated Supply since 2007. Weve changed printers over the years and Fred always accommodates us. When one of our printers died and we have a half dozen cartridges, he graciously took them back and sent us the cartridge we need for our new printer.

My representative Sam provides great service. So glad he works for Associated Supply. The company is very reputable and dependable. Very easy to deal with. Keep up the good work. 😎

Ive never had anything but great experiences with Associated Supply. My sales rep is always friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to help, and explains all specials and sales. Recently we had to replace a damaged cartridge we had just received and we got a replacement very quickly, no questions asked. Im very glad to have been doing business with Associated Supply for over 5 years now.

Bait switch company, do not trust them. Initial order was great, High yield ink cartridges for $11. When it was time to reorder they tried to charge me $22 each, stating that was always the price even though I had the original invoice in front of me. They told me I had to pay $22 for high yield or $11 for regular. After some arguing they agreed to do high yield for $11 again. However when I received the order, the cartridges were a different brand and did not last as long. Then they called me again to try to get me to reorder. I explained that I was not interested doing business with them ever again due to their bait and switch tactics. Again, they argued with me stating they sent me the same high yield cartridges that they did the first time. Finally I stated that I still had the boxes for both orders and they quit arguing and got off the phone.

Small, cramped work conditions, sales calls, cold calls, old school print from phone book and call businesses, lots of rejection, BE TOUGH, owner shouting (grouchily) COME ON! which doesnt exactly inspire, not much training, $13hr but gotta be THICK SKINNED TO EARN IT, 150 call daily quota and should get at least 2 sales so GOOD LUCK! , office is in obscure area BEHIND a shopping center so CAREFUL OF HOMELESS/VAGRANTS and bathroom is in another part of building OUTSIDE. No break room. No lunch. Only 1 15min break. I left half into my 1st day.

Worse telemarketing company I have ever worked for! The turn-over is extreme! Over 100 employees in the past 5 months - per a manager. I worked for 3 days before I was let go due to not making a sale. There was no training whatsoever! These people are the most unprofessional I have ever worked for! Cursing on the sales floor, speaking disrespectfully of other employees, and my own manager threatened to quit on my third day of employment! The office was dirty, run down, & they dont even have bathrooms in the office! We had to take a buddy with a key, to the outside restrooms.You are told to rebuttal a customers no thank you 5 TIMES before hanging up! They encourage employees to speak over people and interrupt customers! This place is the reason no one likes telemarketers! So unprofessional!At first, a manager told me they did not have to comply with the national DO NOT CALL list. When I asked why, her response was, DNC does not apply to businesses. When I corrected the managers, they had to ask the owner, before confirming they are suppose to uphold DNC regulations.DO NOT WORK HERE!Luckily, I was paid the hourly base wage I was told I would be. But no warning, training, or coaching before termination.

We like their ink but they will not quit calling us please quit calling so so annoying. We will purposely by our ink somewhere else if you do not quit calling and we will send of the flu virus through the phone and you will get sick ha ha quit calling

Was offered a trial cartridge considered to be high yield. The cartridges I normally use from HP normally last about 6 weeks. After about 4 weeks, this cartridge started smudging on every 3rd or 4th print out and I will now have to replace the cartridge without using the rest of the ink. I will admit, I did not call and complain in a timely manner, but when I spoke to the rep ( somewhat rude man), he blamed everything except his product. I would not suggest using this company. PS~ I offered to pay $79, which is what I pay for HP cartridges, but he only allowed a small discount with the threat of sending us to collections.

Tested out these so called compatible ink cartridges they are trying to sell. NONE of them worked. Returned them via FedEx and they were signed for...have proof of delivery. Received call from Pamela stating that they never received the package of unused cartridges. So, I looked up everything on my FedEx account. Signed for 4 days after it was sent. For some reason she thinks I am going to pay them for something that I have proof of delivery being returned to them. HA!!!! She is the rudest person EVER!!!

I have dealt with David for a few years and he always does me right. He is not a pushy salesman and keeps in touch but not to the point of bugging me. If there is ever a problem he gets it taken care of right a way. I highly recommend him and there company, Primo Auto Sales Merced CA.

This is annoying. I asked to please receive company information FIRST via email (would waste money on postage/ paper or ink on their part) or postal mail first and then we would decided if we would consider doing business with them. Immediately I was talked over and then request ignored with the idea to speaking with a different person in the company. That is a red flag enough for us. We do not need a harassing company to railroad over our ESTABLISHED set of policies.

I buy ink, soon the ink is incompatible with my printer. Associated supply calls to sell me more ink. I tell them that the ink I bought doesnt work. They say we will replace it. Just buy another set of ink (Im assured now the ink will be good) my printer soon rejects the ink again.I throw all the ink away, and block associated supply on my phone.

They do call all the time. But I call that follow up. They respect my time and dont keep me on the phone long. They have kept up with all our needs. When Associated Supply first contacted me I was hesitant about doing business with them because of all the bad reviews and how inexpensive their products are compared to what I normally spend. Our company has been doing business with them now for about 6 mths and I have had NO PROBLEMS. The ink doesnt smear etc. We even dated the first few items they mailed so that I could see if they lasted as long as the HP brand and they have. I had an issue with one of the cartridges they sent out, I called they sent me a new one and even sent me a pre-paid label to send the damaged item back. I have had no problems with them and order ink monthly.

When Associated Supply Called, they werent rude but super confusing on the phone. I did do their Free trial but their inks didnt work with my printer. They did assure me that I was be getting brand new ink but upon peeling the label off one of the cartridges, I discovered that it was a refilled recycled HP cartridge. Frankly, Im not interested in dealing with a generic refilled cartridge that doesnt even work with my printer.

I would never do business with them again. apologized and promised me new ink for my new printer since their old ink leaked all inside my printer and ruined it. Now they changed their story to i have to place an order to get 1 ink cartridge they promised. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY

The worst products I have every purchased. Toner for an HP printer which cost $169 and a Toshiba printer which cost $65 and there was so much excess toner all over the copies as well as the inside of the printer. Copies were dirty and not usable. I will never use anything but genuine product again. Now I need servicing on my printer and copier to get the insides cleaned! Very disappointing.

Shady to say the least. I have never heard of this company before. Got a call today from Ken Sadwed, claiming I owed them money for cartridges I ordered from them this past year. I told him I order all of my office supplies from a guy here locally, and have for several years. Ken claims I placed an order and never paid for it, and that he has proof of delivery. I told him repeatedly that I have never heard of his company, and he threatened to take me to court, saying they have left dozens of messages - I never got one, and that it had been turned over to collections and I had been mailed dozens of notices again, which I have never received. Ken said so what are you going to do when I bring this proof off delivery to court, yeah, right, you are going to spend the money going to court for the cost of a toner cartridge? SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Ink was great just for printing documents. Tried to print a photo, and it smudged, and would not dry even after 5 minutes - unacceptable.

Horrible company.......Would never recommend their ink to anyone......it comes in cheap packaging and is mostly dried out.....They try to tell you it is better that you buying a new ink cartridge!!!
