I purchased my in the ear hearing aid several years ago, but I still get free audio evaluations and repair and maintenance and free batteries on my marvelous tiny hearing aids. The staff and audiologist is caring and competent! I only have slight hearing loss but it hasnt gotten worse thanks to my wonderful hearing aids. Would recommend!

I want to say thank you to Donna for being so informative. She sat down with me and spoke to me like I was family. She was very understanding, warm and welcoming. I was to say thank you to Elaine my audiologist. She was patient and kind. She gave me a second hearing test on my request when she didnt have to. I got to walk out with my hearing aides the same day. If you want thorough, friendly and informative see these ladies.

I took my mom here for her free hearing evaluation and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The ladies were very friendly and accommodating and offered coffee and water to us while we waited. The hearing exam went very well and the information we received afterwards was very helpful! 10/10 in my book.

Met with Rebecca, explained the problem of the left aide cutting out. She recommended replacing the receiver. I also asked her to give me the next larger sized wires on both, which she promptly did. Her diagnosis was correct and I havent had a problem since.

I had the best meeting with the staff at Beltone on Green Valley Dr regarding my hearing aids. After getting them put on and sync there was a clear difference in my hearing and all the instructions were so easy to follow afterwards. Great ladies and pleasant experience. Merry Xmas.

Well have had lot of problems with hearing aids, not sure if it is hearing aids or me. But not totally happy . My hearing is really bad, so could be these hearing aids are not working for me the way they should.
