Dr. Megan and her staff are such darlings. They made me feel comfortable and at home. They are very professional and the establishment is well kept and clean. She made the whole process fun and easy being that your inside this metal chamber lol.I highly recommend this place for your hearing test and any hearing issues you may have. I havent been here yet, Im waiting for my appointment to finally get to me, Ive had to wait awhile to get this appt, when I talked to the staff, and its been more than one time, the staff was always courteous, helpful, and professional, even though this appt took awhile to make, everyone that I spoke with was nice, Ill update my review when I finally go there, but that wont be until next month, but I will update the review after I see them, Im sure that the in person appt will be just as good as the phone conversations.

The Anderson audiologist and support staff are top notch. Highly recommend all their locations. Cant go wrong

My father, who just recently had to start wearing hearing aids, comes here. The audiologist that we saw was really personable and was able to explain everything about his new hearing aids very clearly. She also tried making the thought of having hearing aids more exciting (my dad certainly wasnt thrilled about the new physical reminder that hes become an old fogey) by showing all the neat little things his aids could do (phone bluetooth, and since you cant even really see the aids in his ears, he definitely looks like a crazy old man talking to himself when hes on the phone).

Very nice staff.Reasonable wait time, about 25 minutes which isnt bad in my book.Clean and comfortable facility.Plenty of parking including ♿.Overall, a positive experience.

Everyone in the office is super nice. The appointments are always on time. Dr. Megan is awesome.

Dr. Anderson is always available, he has personalized service and goes out of his way to “problem solve” using all of his contacts and knowledge to offer multiple solutions. I would highly recommend Dr. Anderson to anyone! My entire experience from my first phone call to the moment I walked out the door was beyond positive.
