I found BattleBorn PC via yelp. They were close by and had great reviews. I called and spoke with the owner Dave and explained the situation. He said bring the computer down, Ill take a look at it and let you know If I can fix it and the cost, if I cant fix it there is no charge. In my case it was a hard drive that went bad. He was unable to repair but gave me a biz card to a specialized repair facility. No charge. Just like he said. No games no bs. Nice honest guy. I returned later to have a laptop cooling fan replaced (noisy) and a got a new battery. Quick turn around and super fair pricing. Glad to have found this company. I will use BattleBorn exclusively. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Dave and BattleBorn PC. After getting an estimate from a big box store to repair the screen on my laptop, I decided to check around for other options. I was quoted over 300.00 and a possible 3 week wait with the big box repair people. Dave completed the job in 5 days (had to order part) and for 1/3 the cost. I will definitely use his service again for any electronic repairs that become necessary.

Brought my computer here to get a faulty SSD drive fixed. I wasnt sure what the problem was, but Dave was able to diagnose and fix my computer at a fair and reasonable price. He said he would be able to get it fixed in one business day and was able to meet that expectation!

Dave really took care of me guiding me through everything I need to know, and how to effectively maintain and upgrade all while being professional and affordable. I went to Battle Born to recover several hundred family pictures stored on very old computers. David gave me all of them store on something the size of a penny. Awesome!

I found this place on accident. Was driving a Lyft passenger to that area and needed an iPhone charger cable. $10.00 for a charger and 7-11 wanted $15. Awesome price! The owner was very cool and they do all kinds of repairs on computers and stuff.

When owning a Windows laptop, it’s hard to figure out where to take your computer when there’s issues with it. I reached out to Battleborn PC on Yelp when my girlfriend’s Lenovo Yoga 910 wouldn’t power on. I exhausted all of my troubleshooting options at home, but I wanted a second opinion before we made a decision on how to proceed. Dave at Battleborn PC was a pleasure to deal with and we had an answer with what was occurring within a day. Based upon my experience here, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. In the situation I need help with my devices again, I’ll definitely be back.

Taking your computer in to get fix is just as risky as taking your car in to get fixed, if you don’t know anything about computers or cars. You might get ripped off and be upsell unneeded services, But you can put your fears to rest, go to battleborn pc. Dave is super legit, honest, easy to talk to, and customer service orientated. He doesn’t talk down to you or try to talk circles around you. He make sure you are happy with the repair before you leave the store. Dave is a man of his word, if he quotes you a price and time that is what he is going to deliver. One of the few honest business left. Definitely recommend battleborn PC. Fast and friendly.

At a time when businesses seem to have forgotten the importance of customer service and integrity, what a breath of fresh air it was to find Battleborn PC.I consider myself relatively technologically savvy, but I had a battery issue with an Apple MacBook that I simply could not correct.I saw Daves ad and decided to give him a try. Having exhausted everything I knew to do I had to simply trust that he would be honest with whatever the issue was. I cant explain how excited I was when he called me and explained that it was something relatively minor and he was able to correct it for nothing more than the diagnostic fee. Its sad when the lack of integrity within the business community has created such a lack of trust among consumers, but I cannot say enough good things about Dave and Battleborn PC.I dont know how many stars you can give on a Google review but I would certainly give them all the stars plus one. I highly recommend them. If you have any type of computer issue you simply cant get there fast enough. I will certainly be back with any and all of my computer issues.
