Great place to shop for contemporary furnishing great staff great environment wonderful experience I loved it all

I was told my t v would be delivered on the 21st between 12-2pm at 230 no TV I called the store and told me now I will get it on Friday there trucks are down they both had a flat I guess no one there can change a tire and they did not even call me to let me know I wont be getting my t v until Friday not very good custermer service.

Stephanie was great , explained everything to me , got me best deal , and made sure I got my stuff quickly

I rented a couple of things from them. One was returned to them, no issues there. The other item was paid off, but for 3 months they kept calling me every week saying I missed my payment. I explained it was paid off each time I was told Oh yes it was, I will make sure the system gets updated. They finally stopped calling once I went into the store and spoke with a manager and said fix it because if I get one more call I will file harassment charges.

Ana and karla are very professional and also very friendly. They make me feel like family when I go there to make a payment or inquire on a new purchase. Keep up the good work

In order to do business these people require to know where 4 of your family members or friends live? not sure how that is legal, those people dont do business with you. A phone number i can understand, but why do you need their address? are you sending unsolicited mail to them or are you planning to stalk my friends and family because i open an account with you? CRIMINAL

I went to the store on Friday. Everything was fine. Expected a delivery of furniture on Tuesday. Sat at home, missed a job orientation wqiting, called twice and told me they were running late, then theyre in route, then the manager decide I dont qualify. No communication at all. Worst store in the state of Nevada. Do not recommend at all. Worst employees ever. I will be contacting corporate and BBB.

They are horrible I always pay in advanced never late , got a bundle deal with then. Then out of my inconveniences I lost my debt card had to report it lost told them I lost it minding you I have a greendot card so u cant go into a bank to pull out your money my payment was due the following Saturday told them Ill be late or Ill borrow some money from someone to pay them THEY HOUND U ,HARASSED ME TALKING ABOUT THEIR OUT IN AN UNMARKED VAN WAITING FOR YOU.....BLOWS UR PHONE UP JUST CAUSE UR A WEEK LATE, KNOCKS ON YOUR DOOR EVERYDAY UNTIL THEY GET THIER MONEY...MAKE YOU FEEL SO UNCOMFORTABLE IN YOUR OWN HOME THEY LEFT ME AND MY 3 YEAR OLD CHILD ON A HARD FLOOR CAUSE THEY WOULDNT WAIT THREE DAYS FOR THEIR PAYMENT and then told me in three days they would deliver my furniture back that dont make any sense....dont buy with rent a center !!!! Very horrible dont compromise with good cx at all

MY VISIT AT THIS STORE WAS A FIVE STAR, MANAGER WELCOME ME ONCE I WALKED IN. THE STAFF RECOGNIZED ME AS WELL & HELPED ME. MANAGER GAVE ME GREAT DEALS ON WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR & DID A AWESOME JOB ON SETTING UP MY FURNITURES WHEN THEY DELIVERED IT. THUMBS UP FOR THIS STORE!!!

The staff is friendly, sure... but thats about all this store has going for it. They just want to get sales and act the whole time just to send you home with a way overpriced subpar product then give you the it is what it is attitude when you need service.Bottom line is they lie to you just to get you in the door then they act like your best friend as they screw you over..Big waste of time!

This store sucks. I call into the store and I cant get a straight answer. I was assured my delivery would be today and still no delivery. Rude employees and terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. They cant even deliver what they say they will. I paid for an Xbox bundle which was supposed to have two games and accessories and I barely got the Xbox. Nothing was new. It is all refurbished. When I asked about the two games I was told only one. When they delivered I didnt even get the one. What a despicable store!!!!

Terrible service rent to own prices are higher than retail value.The employees are rude wouldnt recommend this to anyone.

I think their goal here is to give you the worst possible customer service ever and then treat you like they are doing you a favor I called before I went in and asked if I purchased something today when would it be delivered I was told tomorrow I asked two different people once I got there the same question and got the same answer it was not until I swiped my card and left that I got a phone call saying they were booked for next day and would not be able to deliver it until Monday the employee that helped me had no clue as to what she was doing she told me I would get a week free well rent a center came knocking on my door saying I was a week late because she never put in the free week she also claimed I can do weekly payments then when I called in to pay I was told it HAD to be bi-weekly and he acted like he was doing me a favor when his employee gave wrong information STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION I got nothing that I wanted and no one was of any type of help

After you leave they store they have poor service they dont stick to they word on when they will bring your stuff very poor ....

They obviously need to shut down everybody seem to be having the same problem with them n they have the most criminal looking n acting people delivery like everyone says not on time even when they keep telling you its coming
