So Im here in Vegas for an extended business trip and go out to start my SUV Thursday and click click click. I get a jump and let it run for a half hour to charge. Next morning click click click...I jump start it and check my warranty from NTSB service in Illinois. Its a 30 month warranty and Im only 22 months into it. So I find the actual interstate battery warehouse shop is only a few miles away. I called and they were super nice and said come on in. So I got another jump and went over. I left my original purchase install paper in the office and the service man came to my SUV and tested the battery finding a bad cell. So just that easy had my battery replaced. Im on a tight budget so Im thankful that I purchased the interstate battery to begin with and also thankful I could install it myself. If they install here if is $25. Its a fair price but Im truly on a budget and it was something I had the tools and skills to do. So five stars to Interstate battery today. Customer for life. Thank You so very very much!

Arrived right at closing time on a Friday afternoon. Was out of town with my RV and needed two new batteries. A guy named Jeff came immediately out to the camper, identified what was needed, and helped us with the install. He was very service-focused.

I had a great experience there today. I needed a battery replacement that was under warranty. If I would have went with the Goodyear charges I would have paid probably $200. But because of Interstate honoring their warranty with quick service and Kevin the friendly attendant they saved me time and money it was awesome. It really made my day. When I was headed there I was expecting to have to be hassled to get what I needed. That was definitely not the case I will be going back for my next battery.

First off, Interstate Batteries are #1. Considering how Nevadas extremely hot and cold weather shorten battery life, you want to put #1 under your hood. The service I received was TOP NOTCH. I purchased a battery from Costco and came here to have it installed. Unfortunately, I purchased the wrong battery so they swapped out the wrong one for the right one. On top of that, I came when it was 5 minutes to closing but they still took excellent care of me. Pete from Pop a Lock and Kevin the technician gave me the ultimate service. I will most definitely be back.

Went to get 2 deep cycles for my boat They were fast but brought me out 2 batteries that were the same part number but had different style cases. I asked if there were 2 that are the same and he told me that they were the last 2 left.The only problem with that is when I was in the office ordering them one of the employees told the other one that they just recieved a pallet of them. I told the guy that but he didnt care enough to check. 11/19/20

Ive been an Interstate customer for 15 years & for nearly four years in Las Vegas. This location serves the entire Valley & as such they are usually busy with high-volume clients & dealers. Nevertheless, they have consistently both made time for me as a walk in & treated me as fairly as any of their other customers.Dillon in the service department has proved to be a great resource. He is always happy to answer any questions & will go out of his way to help. Its nice to see someone take pride & find joy in their work like Dillon does.

DON’T buy from them. They gave you 1 year warranty, but when the battery goes bad, the customer service will argue everything they can to avoid taking responsibility. They try to blame it on other parts of the car so they don’t need to exchange for you a new one

Hello. If youre looking for a customer focused experience go somewhere else. This business is located in an industrial area. Office employees are cold and disconnected. Its their way or no way. They have a very small one bay garage. The technicians are very nice and can service most vehicles easily, however, if you have a more difficult installation like mine, 2013 Ford Escape, be prepared for the uhs?? And ohs?? And wait, wait, wait. In the end, 5 days later they recharged my dead interstate battery, charged me $25 for a loaner, $25 installation fee, broke pass side windshield wiper and maladjusted wipers so that they crashed in the middle of windshield and were damaged. Of course they apologized for damage and would pay for repairs if >> I

I have been using interstate batteries for several years. My vehicle uses two batteries, its important to have good ones, I just purchased two more for my boat and have confidence they will be in use for many years to come. There warranty is also a good thing.

The place is ok, but the woman in the front office doesn’t have any customer service. She talked to me with a huge actitudes and humiliated me when I did not have an answer. She also tried to still money, beside they already charge $25.She add $45 extra dollars more. Never come here

They are all fast and efficient. The staff in the office are amazing and they are pretty quick to response. And they test everything to make sure the battery is bad before they replace it.

I just purchased some regular alkaline, AA,AAA,C,D and 9V batteries from them, I didnt know know they sold these items, quick and easy, good customer service.

A battery center that couldnt help me because they didnt know where the battery was. I have a 2011 Chrysler 200 and its under the wheel well. He didnt believe me and wanted to look in the trunk. Then told me he cant help me. Very disappointing...
