Had to order tires to there cos they didn’t have them stocked but I was in and out in 40 minutes and the service was good. Pretty straightforward with the charges. You go anywhere else and they’ll charge a buttload

Went there to get my tire pressure sensor replaced. After two hours of waiting I checked out thinking it was replaced to find out that they didnt want to mess with it because one of the lug nuts was stripped. The manager( James??) didnt even have the courtesy to tell me that. He has no customer service skills at all. Watched him deal with a bunch of customers no greeting, no thank you. I dont think he really wants to be there.Bad experience!!!!

Long and short of it, dont take your car here. Got our battery changed a little under two years ago. 3 year warranty. Battery is dead. Corrosion. You know Las Vegas. Take it in for replacement. The guy at the counter says the battery is good. They can charge it but the alternator is bad. Thats bogus. Alternator is fine. Wife brings car home. Dead the next morning. Jump start and take back. Now they cant change the battery because they dont have the chips to change it. They dont want to honor the warranty or the staff are lazy. Take your pick. Ive changed hundreds of batteries, never needed chips. Place is a dump. Dont go here.

Like many others have said, these people drag their feet, hard, and when you want tires, do not bother, they want an appointment only lol seriously, like 2 cars in the bay and no one in line HAHAHA at 11am... serious! I went to another Walmart in Henderson and Boom, in and out in just over 1 hour, and they had MORE Traffic

Good prices but horrible wait time for a simple oil change and tire rotation. It took 3 hours and the customer service wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great either. They weren’t rude or anything like that but they definitely need to work on customer service skills and find people who can explain details better in a friendlier way.

Id give this place NO STARS if I could. I went in for an oil change. Not only did I get that, but they loosened up a few things and I had a nice Freon leak (which I didnt have before) and they tampered with the A/C compressor (the panel beneath the glove box was removed) so I was without cold air for a few days. I was told that they are not responsible for any damage after the vehicle leaves the service garage. Do take your vehicle there for service! You have been warned!

Waited about an hour to get my tires installed onto my car and the guy is suppose to put them goes to lunch while wright in front of me. Go to a dedicated tire shop where you’ll have a better service, don’t waist your time with this place.

Its my fault. I read the reviews prior to going I shouldve known. That being said, I waited a little over 2 hours for them to move my car out of the way. When I arrived there was only one car ahead of me (for tires) I chose to leave. If this shop was run by sloths ,work probably would have been done faster

The people seemed nice enough, but we ended up waiting four hours to have two tires changed. Every time they told us only 30 minutes or only 10 minutes it would actually mean we had to wait another hour. Dont believe their ETA and save yourself a DMV-like experience of waiting, waiting and more waiting.

Have always had VERY GOOD results from the i215 and Decatur Wal-Mart Auto Center. Have had a battery installed and several Oil Changes. The mechanics are very well informed.Cora was the cashier for me today and I had a shopping basket pretty full and she was just wonderful. Didnt make me go back up front since they werent busy. As I am disabled IT HELPED SO MUCH and she had no idea about my disability.I recommend THIS Wal-Mart Auto Service Center and want to thank Cora for her excellent customer service!

Tires were well priced. I got an oil change also. Started with the tires. I was the only one getting tires yet it took an hour and a half. They put a sticker on my side mirror that left glue on it. There was oil fingerprints on my door handles, the area where my hood latch is and all over my rims which I had just cleaned cuz I was embarrassed at how dirty they were. Had to clean them again. They didnt reset my oil change indicator and left my old sticker from my last oil change in the window. Probably good otherwise I would have had fingerprints inside. I think they make you wait so long so you buy more in the store.

I have been going to this service center for several years. They do excellent work, and deliver excellent quality and value. They are usually busy, so maybe call ahead for the wait time. Great location.

Few of the night shift guys are lazy and unprofessional. I came in to change one tire and I was there for two and a half hours (not exaggerating). There was only two cars ahead of me getting an oil change. After the first hour and a half of waiting, I went up to the TLE kid standing just outside the bay door... he was, no joke, watching a hip hop music video on his phone. I asked whats going on with my car and he said I was next. My car was jacked up for 45 minutes... for one tire. To top it off, the next morning, brand new tire totally flat. I had to bring it back and wait again. Thankfully the morning crew work much better. Overall very frustrating experience.

I came on a Saturday to buy tires and change my battery. They said they had a 5 hour wait time to come in tomorrow (Sunday) at 7 when they open and I did. I was the first one in line. I gave them my keys and waited (inside walmart) for an hour in half and went back they still had not done anything to my car. I asked Raudel what happened and he gave me attitude and I also found out he is the assistant manager. They have HORRIBLE customer service. It took five hours in a half and me arguing with the manager to get my car done.

I have a serious problem to witch I am entirely fed up with what they call customer service these days. The auto center advertises that they close at 7:00 pm. However, when I arrive on Friday June 15 at approximately 18:30 hours I was refused service. The employee stated they stop taking customers at 6:30. When I asked why do you advertise youre open until 7:00 he raised his voice stating Im only doing what my manager told me dont take it out me great response by the way and a well fitting attitude. So I went and found a manager who couldnt seem to understand the question or possibly answer it in any professional manner. So it is apparently perspective, my perspective is that when a business advertises theyre open until 7:00 that means they take customers until 7:00. But at Walmart the employees perspective is that that stop taking customers at 6:30. I suppose I was poorly educated and that all the businesses that I have worked for had the wrong perspective. American customer service is nonexistent anymore thank you walmart for further educating our American youth in that.

We waited in line for 30 min, then someone who had just arrived walked in and got service before they came to us. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after we gave up and left. I have had multiple issues with this place in the past as well. WORST WALMART AUTO CARE CENTER IN LAS VEGAS! Im done with Walmart for a while...

Worst tire buying place. They estimated 2.5 hours... Still waiting after 6 hours, they called and said they didnt have the right tire after 5 hours... Which they did because I ordered them online and came in to confirm they where correct.

Never buy a battery from Walmart. Even if it has a warranty, the staff will not honor it. My battery had a bad cell (still covered under the warranty) and couldn’t start my car. They hooked it up to the charger knowing damn well that the battery wouldn’t hold that charge. Will never go to another Walmart for any car service needs.

This place is a joke. They say they dont carry bulk oil and charge you more money. Sat and waited over an hour to be told they couldnt get the oil plug out so they didnt do anything and then they tried to sell me a new batteries when mine is less than 6 month an old. Next day found out they didnt put the oil fill cap back on so had to buy a new one. Do not go here.

Received great service today in and out in under an hour and the best part they were very friendly and helpful will be coming back to this location for certain.

Service is good, I had no problems with the way tires were put on my vehicle, the mechanic that did the work was careful with the sensors in the rims during tire mounting.

The slowest auto service there is. It tells you how most of this establishments is actually managed. Its a sorry situation all the time. I hope this company will change. For two hours they not have started my car oil change yet. Disgusting really to say the least.

These people had my family and I as PAYING CUSTOMERS WAIT FOR A BRAND NEW BATTERY TEST FOR OVER 4 HOURS AND THEY CLAIM OH...HE SAID HE WENT TO LUNCH AND THE OTHER PEOPLE (STAFF) DIDNT CARE TO NOTICE TO SERVICE MY ITEM NEXT IN LINE. POOR ASS SERVICE....WHATS THE SAYING WALMART SUPERCENTER SERVICE...?

I bought a lifetime warranty for balancing/rotating tires from this Walmart. I walk into the store to get them balanced and rotated but only to be told i can not make an appointment and it would be a 2 hour wait. I completely understand the wait time as i dont have an appointment but i cant make one anyways according to their policy. So my only option is to wait around the store for 2 hours until my vehicle is serviced. This is why companies make appointments so stuff like this does not happen. If you are short staffed then let the person know who is scheduling the appointments so you are not overbooked. I mean now i have to drive back up there and HOPE my vehicle gets done before they close. Worst policy ever and this store may want to re consider it if they want more business.

Brought rims in to have new tires put on them. 3 hours later nothing had even been done. When we dropped them off we were told there was one person ahead of us. We left and came back 2 hours later and was told they were working on them. Went and shopped in the store and came back and we were told there was still one person ahead of us. Ended up leaving with no new tires. Don’t go here if you actually would like something done. Ridiculous!

Ordered mybown tires, there were four folks standing around. Took 2 1/2 hrs Clerk Cora interrupted my payment to sell tires and to help some other customers. Very rude and abrupt. In all, I spent $650 for cheap tires. I’ve used WM for this for years. Today, I’m going to start a relationship with discount tires.

Horrible customer service, sat there for 30 minutes and not a single person came out to assist me for an oil change. They dont deserve our money because they dont care about the customers
