Called because I needed someone to bleed my new brake lines. The owner was nice but told me that he did not know how to do that. He said that he only does the easy stuff. Maybe good to call if you need an oil change or your windshield washer fluid topped off.

Luis is a fast, honest, and fair mobile mechanic. I just moved to this area and its always a struggle finding a great mechanic when youre in a new city. Luckily I found Luis soon after my arrival and hes worked on my car twice now. I highly recommend his services if youre in need of automotive repair.

I called for a quote after hours and left a message. I got a response through text messaging from Luis and we had a quick conversation abt what needed to be done. He stated to call at 10am the next day. I called and he had no recollection of our conversation. I let him know my AC needed work and I wasnt given the opportunity to explain because Luis was short and rude and dismissive. I responded with a comment of not using his service. He said and I quote, Then lose my number Lose my number Byyeee. Unbelievable.....Trusting someone to fix your vehicle is a bit scary. No one wants to get taken advantage of. I can appreciate a conversation where both business and customer are in agreement with mutual respect. This man did not show professionalism or candor. He act as though his behavior and approach were just and ethical. I can only imagine how he approaches his work. Does he have a bias about women not knowing something about cars??? Does he think he knows it all and my input doesnt matter? Im not a mechanic so I cant fix the problem, but I do have a history of what has been done so a better diagnosis can be considered.I wouldnt recommend this place if you need reassurance and clear mutual communication w your mechanic. Luis is cocky and arrogant, not someone I would trust to fix the vehicle I use primarily for my family. 2 thumbs down..

Was an hour late after confirmation of appointment and didnt check my a/c lines or anything to see if I had any leaks only said its overcharged was the reason I want getting any cold air which doesnt make sense. He released freon to try to fix it but it only made it worse. Now I have to spend more money to get it done properly after it was said it was fixed. Would not recommend anyone to him especially for ac.

I was really understanding when they kept stating they were stuck in traffic. Constantly kept telling me he was on his way. Then they don’t show up and said they wanna reschedule again for tomorrow. And got angry saying I was pressuring him? Really? He says his workers were sick but what I don’t get is why he didn’t say that instead of saying he was 45 min away then 25 min away then oh reschedule. I’m sorry but I’m all for supporting local businesses but they were really unprofessional.

I have received auto repair services from this mechanic twice--for a left front axle and a 2-for-1 service of a valve cover gasket and both front outer tie rod ends. For how fast he works, many would say hes a little pricey, but he is knowledgeable, patient, humble, and efficient. If he made a mistake, he wouldnt mind doing the job again like he did in my case when he put the outer tie rods backwards. He came to my apartment and fixed the mistake in a snap. Mistakes happen, but in spite of it he is always committed to perfection--what is indeed expected from an auto mechanic.Keep up the good work and youll have abundance.
