This girl Susie is beyond unprofessional. I have never just made an appt with her and have her simply follow through. I made an appointnent with her today at 10 am. I get a text at 936 saying shes dropping her daughter off at the airport, so can we make it a 1030 am appt. I tell her no problem. I meet her at 1030, and shes apologizing for the condition of her shop (boxes everywhere). I tell her Im okay. She starts my hair and then tells me within 10 minutes that she needs to stop because she does not have enough Lets Jam gel for my braids, and asks if we can do my hair tomorrow. No, I cant come tomorrow. She then asks if I can come at 5pm today. No, I have arranged childcare around this appt where I asked when was SHE available.This girl is unreliable af. She almost acts as someone with substance abuse issues. It really is a shame, because she is a good braider when she braids, but my goodness....the issues. They dont stop. This girl should be a storyteller.

I’ve enjoyed my experience here. The shop is nice and clean and everyone has been very friendly.The fact that you’re able to purchase hair and supplies here at the shop is awesome, saved me time and let me avoid having to go to the beauty supply. One stop shop! Quick and Neat styling. I’m very pleased with the timeliness and the service.I’ll definitely be back for future styles and highly recommend this shop. Thanks Susie!

Favorite and BEST braider in Vegas hands down!! Susie is the absolute sweetest and always punctual. There’s not a single time I don’t leave satisfied. No other place to go for braids other than here. Love the online booking system, makes its so easy to book my appointments every time.

Susie has been my Braider for years. She recently took some time away BUT now she is back!!!! However I do find that the previous review is categorically wrong. Susie has always been on time and presents. I maybe out of line but recently she had a family emergency, she finished all her clients for the day and then left to take care of her family. I really wish to convey the truth, which is Susie you are a talented, fabulous woman. Thanks for always keeping me cute😘 I love my braids❣️

I am back again to get my hair braided by Susie. My hair lasted so long from the previous style. She now sells the hair in her shop, which makes it more convenient for her customers. I also love the environment and her honesty. Her work is very neat and I am sad that I will be moving and will no longer have her as my stylist. Me and my wife are so excited to have finally have found a salon that knows what they are doing. Its only been 5 months of my wife going there and she finally has edges again and is feeling confident again. I highly suggest this place to anyone that is interested in keeping edges and having a experienced person and detailed to do your hair.

Oh my goodness, talk about blessed hands! :) I am so happy that I found Susie! I have been coming to Susie since March of this year and haven’t seen anyone else since. She is very professional, talented, and funny. The first time I went in, I had a picture of a braiding style that I wanted, and she went above and beyond to match it! My friends and family loved the hairstyle, and the neatness of Susie’s work. After that style, since I’m pretty easygoing, I just let Susie do what she does best...yeah I leave the creative process to the professional, every time I have left my hair has been on point!!! Susie’s work is amazing, my hair is healthy, and it’s growing out, rapidly! Woohoo!!! So, if you need your hair done, by a true professional, this is definitely the place to go! ;)

I dont even know where to start with this place. Youve been warned. Go anywhere and I mean anywhere else to get your hair done. RCHE is beyond unprofessional youd think children ran it. Im suppose to go out of town Thursday so I wanted braids easier to travel with. I book my appointment two weeks in advance, plus paid the deposit. I arrive for my appointment Saturday at 9am.The building door is locked so I call the number on the IG account to get a hold of someone. Eventfully get Susie the owner who tells me shes out of town but her daughter is suppose to cover for today. Well the daughter NEVER showed and Susie pushes my appointment to Sunday. Mind you I paid my deposit two weeks ago when I booked my appointment, plus got three reminder text of my appointment.I text Susie Sunday morning she ask to push my appointment back to ten instead of 9. I tell her I cant. She shows up at 9:15a talking about how she just got off the highway, and smells like yesterday. She then proceeds to tell me very personal information about herself that makes me uncomfortable. Ive only meet this women once, I dont mind small talk but this was beyond the scope.She then ask to leave to get something to drink and eat. I told her yes I didnt think it was a big deal. Shes gone almost thirty minutes comes back and ask if she can do my hair tomorrow. She spent the entire time talking to her best friend, instead of going to the store. Her daughter shows up when shes gone with her own client and starts on her hair.Susie shows back up pulls me into the hallway and informs me she doesnt want her daughter to see her upset. Im sitting here with fours braids in and a upset crying stylist. She informs me that she isnt present and cant be at the shop right now. Susie doesnt feel she can continue my hair or be at the shop.Susie got a lot of personal stuff going on with her father. Im stuck between a rock and a hard place cause I need my hair done but I also understand life happens. She cuts the four braids out my hair and say shell do it tomorrow at 4:30 free of change. That she doesnt care about the money someone gives her money. Which explains the unprofessionalism.This entire process has stressed me out. Getting my hair done should of never been this hard, its never been this hard. Both these women are beyond talented and their braids are very clean. The braids are tight but dont hurt plus last longer then they normally would. Yet the way they run the place is going to ruin there business. Susie kept blaming her daughter but Susie is just as much at fault. Reading the reviews more people have issues with Susie.Susie text me an hour and half before my appointment that she was in the hospital. This womens list of reasons why she cant do her job keep getting longer.Im NEVER going back which is unfortunate cause I liked my hair last time they did it. Plus the price it fair. But I rather pay double them ever have to deal with this again. I thought going to a shop instead of someones kitchen would eliminate this entire mess, but I was wrong. Hopefully I can find another braid stylist here in Vegas. Because RCHE isnt the place for anyone.By the way my hair isn’t done and she isn’t going to do it plus refusing to give back my deposit.PLEASE LADIES DONT WASTE YOUR TIME W/RCHE

I DID love the way Suzie did my hair. Very talented, but not realiable. Ive been to her shop a few times, but this last time I made an appointment, she stood me up. Shop closed, call her and only got the voicemail. Never called me back, I had to hurry home and wash my hair and buy a ponytail to put on for my Goddaughters wedding that same day. Today, I found someone, if not better than Suzie. And shes works till 8pm and doesnt stand you up.

Great quality every time I wouldn’t go to any other place to get my hair done. Highly recommended.

Was in pain for almost a week by the tightness of these braids. I tried oil, hot cloths, massaging scalp and applying conditioner, nothing worked. I took them out. Texted Susie about it and got no response. Wasn’t looking for a refund but was making her aware. She could have at least been professional enough to offer an apology.

UNRELIABLE AND INCONSIDERATE! If you are interested in paying a deposit to guarantee your appointment only to have it rescheduled twice and cancelled twice this is the place for you!!! I had an appointment with Susie the owner Tuesday at 9 am she asked me if she was able to push it back to 12 because she had to go to court. The day before I texted her to confirm and she pushed it back AGAIN to 2 pm. Did I mention the was the day before and she never texted me to inform me she was changing my appointment. I only found out because I texted her. Tuesday @1136 she calls and cancels saying her car wouldn’t start. Day 1 wasted! I decided to give it another try and scheduled for Saturday at 4pm. Susie called me at 5am to see if I could come in earlier and if I didn’t have to work that would have been fine. I showed up at 4pm only to find out someone else would be doing my hair because Susie’s family was in town for the weekend and she took a half day! I had spoken to her at 5am and there was no mention of this. I was very uncomfortable. I had to ask her for some type of accommodation and she offered $50 off to come in at 6am the following day. Fine. So 0530 she text me to tell me she woke up late and wanted to reschedule the appointment for 0630. That’s fine. 0551 I get a text stating her car wouldn’t start 😒. Guess what followed .... another cancellation!!!!! Did I mention I payed a deposit?! Anyways she offered to do my hair due to the many inconveniences and refunded my deposit which should have been done when she cancelled the first time. Long story short my hair is in a ponytail and I leave for vacation this in 3 days!

This is the best place to get your hair done!!!! It was very time efficient and my hair lasted for the price....The environment is so relaxed and personal...I will definitely continue my services!!!!

It is the poorest and worse service for hair. When my daughter went there they but hair extensions every where and my daughters hair is now damaged.

I have been purchasing my hair here for the last 2 years and it always lasts me at least three installs. I will never purchase hair anywhere else , I definitely get my moneys worth with quality hair.

She had me drive half an hour. When I arrived she stopped answering my calls and the door was locked. Building hard to find .
