I soley go to this location for all of my professional products and tools. The staff is always friendly, and helpful if needed.

I went shopping with my cousin who has her CosmoProf membership I was just along for the ride but she was happy with her purchases shops their faithfully

My brother owns a BEAUTY salon out of State but we also bought vacation property in Las Vegas. For years while er in town as family member I pick up on occasion without problems all of a sudden I was harassed at the register because I pay with credit card with different last name than my brother and said o.k.if I paid cash then said my brother had to call in everytime I did a pick up. We are also seeking to buy anot for er store in Vegas do we need to shop elsewhere I guess.

Horrible customer service. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes before someone would check me out. Store is also very dirty. Id drive to a further location just to avoid this place.
