This is my go to place for hair stuff. They have a lot of synthetic wigs but I wish they had a better catalog for their inventory that way I dont have to ask the assistant about sooo many wigs. I feel like their human hair wig selection is Definitely lacking. But if u need braiding hair crochet accessories or anything else they are good.

Its good and it has pretty much everything you need. But I hate its when its a lot of customers. Some of the customers are rude and ghetto. But great store.

Large supply but not out in store. They need extra help that knows product and hair. I know they want to keep it all in the family with low overhead but hire someone with a licence that can really help customers. Put prices on product or shelf. It takes too much time to have you scan everything at the register. Get the boxes out of the isles before someone gets hurt. Lots of product but sales people dont know anything.

Great selection of hair, very helpful in store, and one of the few beauty supplys in the area that does exchanges on unopened products.

Lux Beauty has a lot of options when it comes to hair and hair products. I like the fact that Ive been able to find the same curly hair the last couple of times Ive gone bc I really like how it looks on me lol. I also like their rewards program. This time I was able to get $10 off my purchase! I also saw they have a delivery option which is pretty cool for people who cant get out of the house. I havent gone to any other beauty supple store since finding Lux Beauty Supply.

I love the variety of products this business carries. I would literally drive from Boulder City to this location. I mainly visited this store for their braiding hair. They have a wall to wall selection of braiding hair (high quality). Not to mention weave and natural hair care products that most stores do NOT carry in Vegas/Henderson. I was elated to finally find a spot that carry products I used to purchase in the South. Quality merchandise, great service, friendly atmosphere! The drive is worth every bit of it.....

Ive ordered with them before and always had excellent service. However this last time I ordered for delivery and needed clarification and the woman who answered had a nasty attitude. Their website guarantees same day delivery, I was told I had to wait until next day, even though I placed within the same day delivery time frame... SISTAS BUY BLACK, SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES!

Love the selection of hair, gel, oil, grease, etc. I like the point system and the convenience of this store. Plus the workers are nice and helpful.

This beauty supply has absolutely everything! They are pretty busy and I see why! I live across town and the only similar beauty supply I knew about was near Boulevard Mall and I had stopped going there due to lack of quality products and customer service. Lux Beauty Supply has both!! It was worth the drive!

So many options for everything. I went in for crochet hair and spent at least 20 minutes browsing because it was such a selection. The staff was very helpful. Definitely one of my favorite beauty supplies now.

Overpriced items which was expected due to their regular clientele. I only went there because the item I wanted was out of stock online and Ill never go back. This place takes advantage of people who do not have credit cards, bank accounts or the internet. The item I bought was marked up 3 times its original price!

This hair store is nice. Right now they are physically open so you can go in and purchase your products. You can also have merchandise delivered to your home same day if its within the requested hours. They have posted on their website the curbside delivery but it actually needs to be updated. I made a purchase on Tuesday mid day. However, I never received the text message stating it was ready for pick up. So I called a couple of days later and found out that the order was ready, then I got the text message of course. So I physically went in to pick up order. So other than their website needing to be updated, its a pretty nice store. I will continue shopping in their store.

I walked in the store to the amazing variety of wigs and bundles on the wall I was expecting to spend around $200-$250 of on one las vegas wig, but I got a really go deal on a platinum blonde wig that was only $80. Great styles, any texture, almost any color and the employees were extremely helpful and polite., it didnt matter how many wigs I wanted to look at. ❤ definitely a returning customer 😁

I like their products and I have spent a lot of money here but I dont like the fact that they think EVERYONE IS STEALING!!! Busy place but the lady that helped me was on point. She knew her job and did it well. I am not sure but I think her band was Kat or Kathy she had a K on her mask and had great customer service even while being busy.

I ordered hair from lux and whoevers in charge of the deliveries sent me a text telling me they completely forgot about my order after charging me $60 I then told them to go ahead and deliver the product I ordered and they never came yesterday I called and asked should I expect a refund NOBODY responded so I went to bed that evening and apparently at 9 or 10 pm someone was calling my phone to deliver my hair but I was asleep no call to warn me prior to that or anything I paid for local delivery its been 4 days still NO HAIR its hard enough to get hair appointments but I have a job it should not be this difficult to buy hair

Okay its the better place that we have frequently brought products. Its ok because I loved the service.

I typically stay away from beauty supplies and Id rather order hair off of Amazon because I cant stand to be followed around the store or treated like a criminal!But I walked in store was clean I looked around and was unable to find what I was looking (packaging had changed) I asked the employee for help she was very nice and was on board with assisting me.Everything was well stocked and had I found everything I needed. I like that you get points everytime you shop. Ill definitely drive the distance.

Las Vegas is closed to the non-essential stores. But hair is essential and this store is open for business, great customer service I ordered online picked it up 45 minutes later the and saw I had ordered the wrong color he quickly ran in the store and got me the right color I love them thank you so much for being open and thank you for your service through this hazardous time

I went looking for braiding hair from the beauty supply warehouse on Decatur they didnt have it, the clerk told my brother and I theres a beauty supply down the street we were shocked that she gave us info on another beauty supply but when we got there I understood why . Long story short I walked in and was so impressed I COULDNT BELIEVE HOW MUCH STUFF THEY HAD, (they had everything from earrings to clothes to eyelashes stuff that I didnt need) long story short the prices were great, the customer service was amazing (its hard to find good customer service in beauty supply stores) and I feel as if I have missed out on a great beauty supply. They gained a customer for life.
