I went to have my engine looked at through my warranty company. I met Roberto and this guy is great. He kept me in the loop with my warranty company. Also with the conversations we had about family and others things, just seeing how he interacts and his personality, I can only imagine how fantastic his crew is. After this work is done, I will most definitely be going back for any minor to major work that needs to get done.

I picked this place solely because of the reviews. I was hesitant cus I usually dont like other people touching my cars. Im old school. I work on my own cars unless I really need something in-depth done. In my case it really wasnt in-depth. Needed a crank sensor replacement Wich was simple enough but due to a car warranty, I cant touch it or else I void my warranty. Honestly why would I even brake a sweat and spend money for a car in warranty I am paying for. Long story short. Delta auto care was listed as a trusted warranty repair shop so I went. Met Roberto. Cool guy. He got right down to business and to fit my car in on his busy schedule. That is deeply appreciated. No hustlin me on additional repairs. Just straight to the point on what needed to be done to get my car running right. Mind you, come early. This shop is busy from what I seen. I came right when they opened. Thanks Roberto and team. You guys will be earning my business again.

I was traveling through town on a road trip and needed a quick modification to my trailer hitch that I didn’t have the tools for. The gentleman that helped me came out and immediately assisted me. The modification made hauling my trailer much safer and I’m very greatful for the help!

I have never felt so violated in my life! I thought the Shop Supervisor Jorge was going to be an honest and decent human being from the first moment I dealt with him. He is a pathological liar! I dont mean to be so harsh, but its the truth. It took exactly a month to complete an engine swap when it should have taken a week. My car still doesnt run right. My car sputters and wont run for more than 20 minutes without completely stalling. Now its sitting in my garage inoperable because it is unsafe to drive. They never thoroughly inspected the vehicle after I spent over $4000 upon release. They just slapped it together not even thinking about my safety or the rest of my familys safety. Thats fine because I will find an honest mechanic that will correct their mistakes! I am glad I never took it back to them to look at because it would probably have to sit idle in their garage for another month and still not function properly. They may get good reviews when it comes to basic service needs, but when they are tasked to fix major components, they are way out of their league. I have been calling other mechanics and they said for what I paid was highway robbery. Lastly, why are other customers saying its family owned when the Assistant Supervisor clearly told me its owned by corporate shareholders. Thanks Jorge for teaching me a valuable lesson not to ever trust anyone in the repair business. One word to be aware of Karma.

So my check engine light was on and a good friend recommended this place. Im one that doesnt know much about cars other than get oil changes n put gas in them..lol, I truly dislike going to shops because I feel intimidated by the men that will tell me i need all types of things done.. YET, THIS PLACE MADE ME FEEL AT HOME IMMEDIATELY. IM NOT KIDDING, THE STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY. Family owned and trustworthy! My wife and I had both of our cars 07 Escalade and 07 Mercedes S550 worked on at Delta. We saved $1000s and are more than pleased with the work done. This is by far the BEST shop in the valley for both foreign and domestic cars!

First time dealing with these guys and I dont often write reviews but these guys deserve some good reviews. My friend brought his Dodge van in because they did his transmission a few months earlier, and it was only going into 1st and 2nd gear. They brought it to the dealer to find out that it was the ECM/PCM computer that was bad. These guys got the van back from Chapman, and put in the PCM that I found online. Sergio and Caesar are really good, customer-oriented, professional guys and I would recommend Delta Auto to anyone.
