This auto shop uspells parts and services to it’s customers when not needed, very very poor customer service, was pressured more than once for services and up charges that I did not ask for or need and they wouldn’t take no for an answer, I was also bothered on the phone when specifically asked to not to be contacted that way, a very petulant tone of voice and felt very degraded going to this location, they do not help their customers with what the customers need they only ouch what is beneficial to them

Today I had my first oil Change. When I pulled up a random told me to go inside and Mitch would take care of me. Boy was that an understatement Mitch and his Professional team took Great care of me and my car the reasonable price is just a bonus. Will sticking with Mitch for my babys needs.

This new team lead by Mr. Mitch took good care of my Windy. (2003 Ford Windstar) she runs awesome. I have to take her back next month to get something fixed and get the engine light off for good and be able to smog and plate her. Will only cost 400$ instead of the 800-1000$ quoted by others. They did fix up my car and I was happy at the moment of service. But a hose came loose, my car heated up, and my gasket popped 2 days later. So I check my hoses quite often. Wondering if they messed with it. Seems to coincidental.

I can guarantee nobody will leave here upset or feeling ripped off these are good wholesome island people that believe in putting people before money of course they have to make a living but they will not rip you off dont waste your time than any other mechanic come here to a family-owned business white people that were raised with morals and values I can guarantee you will not be disappointed give them a try you will not regret it
