While visiting our son and his family, our Rear Wheel Hubs were noisy and in need of repair. We were about to start a long trip and needed to feel confident that we would not have any problems while traveling cross country. My husband found Quality Star online, spoke with them and felt confident in trusting our vehicle repair to them. They did an excellent repair job for a fair price and it was done quickly, plus they did tiny bit of minor body work for free! We had trouble with some engine sounds in our 2016 Kia Soul. I found Quality Star on Google and was lured in by good reviews. The repairs for this issue were huge! Thankfully our extended warranty still covered most of it. Nick was so helpful in getting the process started. Even after the insurance kept giving us mixed messages about coverage and approval dates etc Nick showed so much grace, helping us make phone calls, and keeping us informed about the repair timeline. Quality Star was professional, informed, and courteous, their expertise shines through. Our car was returned in excellent condition, clean inside and out. I was so sick of seeing my car looking like an absolute wreck. This company was able to get it looking brand brand new so quickly. I wanted to like this place because the staff was friendly and it was highly recommended by my neighbors, but I had an appointment to get my car checked...arrived on time...my appnt was at 10am ...waited in the lobby for over an hour and they didnt even start my car. They just kept saying my car is next...but after waiting for over an hour I decided to leave.

Professional and service is superior with other body shops. I am very particular where I take my cars. Definitely worth a visit or service.

I would never use this place! The girl at the front was extremely rude & appeared to be on some heavy duty drugs. She was also walking around crying hysterically. I had gone in to get an estimate. The manager/owner acted like he “might” help but kept throwing nasty comments at me. When I called to get more information he totally lashed out at me. I hung up as I don’t need to listen to his power trip. There are professional, caring places out there. This is not one of them. I noticed some crude remarks from the manager on other negative reviews so go ahead & respond that way to this one. It will only confirm what I’ve already said. I saw a mechanic in the back & asked him if they do this type of work there. I was not trying to have him do it for free! I had every intention of paying for the job.

I went in for an alignment because my truck was pulling to the right. According to this company my 2017 Tacoma with 52,000 miles on it that I never take off road needs: new control arms, new shocks, (2) new tires, and front brakes before they can do an alignment, otherwise Id be wasting my money on an alignment and they dont want me to waste my money. I took my truck to a guy who used to run his own auto repair shop and has worked on my previous cars. You wanna know what he said within the 1st minute of looking at it? My control arms have almost no wear on them. The shocks look good and he is 90% positive I just need a tire rotation. The inner side of my tires are wearing because they havent been rotated. Im so tired of companies like this taking advantage when they see a woman come in. News flash women know things and I could tell from the first sentence you were trying to scam me. I cant believe Discount Tire actually recommended these people to me seeing as they have always been good to me.

This is the best experience I have ever had with a body shop. They coordinated with my insurance company, gave me a fair price, did a stellar job of matching paint, included cleaning my car inside and out and doing a tire rotation and alignment. They even helped with my $1,000 insurance deductible. No one should have body work done without talking to Jaime first!

I started going to Quality Star Imports in August of 2016 by accident do to another shop not being professional but after all the love and good work on all 3+ of my cars I never left. The entire staff is like family and ALWAYS make me feel comfortable no matter the issues. I always went to their mechanic shop no matter what but in March of 2020 I needed body work done on my truck and I WAS NOT disappointed there either. I love my family at Quality and I would NOT go any where else.

The employees and management was what you would expect from a 5 star collision mechanic company. I had some new headlights to install on my vehicle but the mechanics who had replaced the bumper some years ago had spliced some wires and I am not familiar with it so I called and they said they would take a look. I stopped by on a Saturday morning and after taking a look at my vehicle, they said they were able to do it in only a couple of hours! Sure enough, a couple of hours later they called to tell me my vehicle was ready for pick up. They showed me the the lights and had me make sure they functioned like I wanted them to, which they did. I was impressed with the work, speed, and professionalism they had. Would highly recommend!

During the past five years, my car doors accumulated a few dents and dings. The one at my left rear door was pretty terrible. I was hesitant to fix them when I got the quote from another body shop. After searching on google I decided to visit Quality Star. Jaime explained to me the process, the work, and the quote in detail after inspecting my car. He gave me a very nice price and loaned me a car while my car was in the body shop. My husband was worried about the quality when I showed him the quote. However, my decision was right. Both my husband and I are happy about the results. My car looks like a brand new! Yeah!

I was in a recent car accident and the tow truck driver referred me here. I regret it because they wouldn’t call me to give me updates on my vehicle plus I had to call them to find out what was going on. Secondly when my car was ready they try to give me back my car with dents in the trunk that weren’t there before and when I got it back it was extremely dirty from the inside with mechanic grease on the seats and on the side of my driver door. But the work they did on my front end from the car accident was good which is the only good thing

My Husband and i took our 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan in for some body work that was caused by a minor fender bender with our other car while pulling out of the driveway. We first took it in for a quote and were greeted by Nick and he they were very busy and thought we had a longer wait but he grabbed Jaime and he gave us a quote within 15 minutes, the quote was the best out of the 3 we got from different places, we came back couple weeks later and got the work done and couldnt be more happier. They even washed our Van in and out and the paint matched perfect and to our surprise they gave us a lifetime warranty with the work they did. Very happy with the services.

Great staff, amazing customer service, and outstanding work. My 2012 Honda Civic was hit on the passenger rear quarter panel and spun me out into the dirt.Unrelated to the crash the paint on the cars roof was completely worn out and the paint on the front fenders, and hood of the car was cracking. After the shop completed the work from the crash I asked for a quote on a repaint for the front and top of my car, and was extremely happy with what I received.After everything was finished my car looked completely brand new. It honestly looked just like it had when I first drove it off the dealers lot! Thank you to everyone at Quality Star Imports and big shout out to Al who when above and beyond. I definitely would recommend this shop and will return when ever I need any work done to my vehicles.

I cant overstate how awesome these guys are. Having been through a slew of shady mechanics, finally feel like Ive found a go-to place. Been here twice, once to fix a dented bumper and once for an oil leak. For bothc they checked them out quickly and were available to discuss options on fixing it. Gave me a no-no sense evaluation and really didnt seem like they were trying to sell me something. This is the best place in vegas hands down!

Had them install a new engine. Went to pick it up couldnt close the hood because the wrong battery was installed. The oil filter kept getting holes punched in it because the adapter bracket was never installed nor any longer availible. I had to trim motormount bracket. Motor mount bolts missing. I replaced them. A couple years later the engine is almost out of warranty a freeze plug goes out, ok. Took it in, waited a week for a rubber expansion plug an hose clamp cutting the fan belt. Im done. Do yourself a favor and never make the call.

I had a 1972 Honda cb500 Four motorcycle gas tank and side covers done. BOOOY did they do a good job. The tank had multiple dents in it and there where able to get those out. They did a wonderful job and great service. For all you motorcycle restoraters out there, this is the place to go!!!

My car, Prius, was t-boned back in October. The two side doors were completely smushed in. I brought it in and received a fair quote to take care of both doors. I came to them with a problem that Ed Bozarth Chevrolet couldnt fix. I pumped over $1800 into their service department and the problem was never fixed.When I brought my car into Quality imports, they took the time to really dig in and make sure they were fixing the real problem, not just fixing parts. They fixed my car for almost half of what Ed Bozarth charged me but Quality actually fixed the problem.Im very happy with the service and will continue to bring all my vehicles to Quality imports again.And I will never buy or service a car through Ed Bozarth ever again.

I recently took my Maxima in to get my bumper painted, windows tinted and 2 motor mounts and 2 A-Arms replaced. Q-Star did a great job on my Nissan Titan truck. There was a lot of damage to both the front and rear and in-between, but they found the damage and fixed my baby like new. I hope I wont need them again, but if I do, they got my business.

I was involved In a minor fender bender with someone who didn’t want to use insurance. I came to them based on their reviews and I was not disappointed. They even picked me up and dropped me off. Great service!

DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS. They are Dishonest and manipulative. I was referred to QS Auto by a person that said how honest and good they were so I was too trusting to begin with.Does a mechanic keeping a car 5 days to determine it needs a new battery and charge $700 sound like an honest and good mechanic to you. The check engine light was on when I brought the car in. I kept calling and they kept saying there are still doing the diagnosostic on it. We all know that does not take a day and a half. I finally spoke to Nick, the third day, I believe, and he said the battery cables were loose when I brought the car in, he tightened them and no more warning lights but wants to keep the car to be very sure that was the problem. He gave me a loaner(not rental) car in the interim, (1day)no charge. On the fifth day around 3 Nick called me and said the battery had died, he replaced it and everything is good on the car. But I will have to charge for 3 hours of labor, but it was really 6. At that point I was just so happy to be getting my car back and to know it was nothing major. When I picked the car up Nick said I had a cheap battery in the car and should always have a good battery to run the car.(shouldnt this have been noticed day one?After telling my son all this(he lives out of state)he told me to ask for a break out of the labor charges. I did so and after a week, no break down.My car has a hairline crack in the paint, rear bumper, I asked for an estimate when I dropped off the car. Never got one. Showed Nick when I picked up the car and he quoted $350. My son suggested I call Nick and give him the opportunity to make good on my dissatisfaction with the $700 charge for a new battery, not disclosing what the actual labor was and keeping my car 5 days, by fixing the rear bumper. This way I would not be compelled to write this review. He got irate with me and accused me of trying to immbesselfrom him. I kept asking for the break out of the labor charges and all he could say was they spent hours looking for the problem. Nick got very angry and said I was not welcome there no more and hung up on me. In my opinion he is the worst kind of cheat. A minulipator and a con. As they say he saw me coming .

Picked up my 2015 toyota corolla yesterday and i couldnt be happier they did a absolutely wonderful job! they by far exceeded my expectations eveyone there was so nice especially Danielle behind the desk they were always very professional and courteous. I Highly recomend this body shop if you need any work done! if i could have given 6 stars a would have!

I wish there was a negative number of stars. The guy nick that owns this is a crook. Scam artist at his finest. Does terrible work and needs cash to dodge taxes. My steering wheel is sideways and the guy put a lien on my car after collaborating w his girlfriend, who runs the front, and their friend Kara grandison to scheme me for $8800. Luckily I can afford to support this guy. You will see people w signs protesting his shop next week. As I could see, mostly trash goes to his shop anyway, but please beware of the garbage this guy is.Is this thug loser still in business. His daddy still paying his bills?

Been here multiple times was referred by a gentleman from Discount Tire. Fantastic company will never upsell. Only fixs is what you ask and only informs you if theres a true underlying issue. Had alignment done last year and they re-aligned it @ no charged. Last but not least unexpected they return the truck washed and detailed. I highly recommend this shop for any of your repair needs.
