There are not many words I can use to genuinely describe just how good this little gem of an auto repair shop is. On top of that the owner Avi does business with honesty instead of trying to make up things in order to make more money. For example, I had been using another shop and was quoted over $2,000 for a motor mount repair. Courtesy did the job for a little over $1,100. The other shop was trying to charge me $1,600 just for the mounts which didn’t cost that much because I researched which is how I found Courtesy. Courtesy has done my brakes front and back, replaced all of my door seals, replaced both motor mounts and other work. I can honestly say that in this day and time it’s hard to find good honest repair shops but this is truly one of them. I own two cars and I only let them work on my cars. I trust Courtesy more than the dealers!

I had some repairs done on my Moms car here and was so pleased with the service we received from Avi. Hes honest, professional, polite, and gets the job done quickly. He didnt try to sell us on things we didnt need either. My Mom now says she will never take her car anywhere else. If youre in the area and looking for an honest mechanic, give Avi a call.

I cannot express enough how grateful and happy I am that I stumbled upon this shop. I have a 2004 Toyota 4Runner that no one has been able to diagnose or fix. Ari was very professional and informative. He fixed my truck back to brand new and taught me what to look out for next. I’m recommending this place to all of my friends and I’ll be coming back personally.

Avi is genuine and honest. He is Knowles and explains the functioning very well. He gives options about the fix and takes genuine amount of time and doesnt over quote. Avi is also an expert in European cars and easy to work with.

I cant tell you this will be the cheapest place youll find because I didnt shop around. However, I can tell you this is the most honest mechanic Ive met who takes the time to really explain to you what is going on. Most importantly, I had certain issues for years that no other mechanic was able to diagnose properly until I brought my car in to Courtesy. I highly recommend it.

We came from out of town about 7 hours away and when our truck broke down we took it to Avi and he fixed it and has us back on the road the next day. Thank you so much for going out of your way to help get us back on the road. We made it back safe and with no issues with the truck.

Avi is an incredible and honest mechanic. He’ll take the time to explain to you what the issue is with your vehicle and then give you options as to how you would like to proceed. He likes to make sure that the job gets done properly, I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Avi was very detailed in his explanation of how he likes to conduct his business, seemed very thorough and was decently priced. Only issue I didnt like was I knew what the diagnosis for my truck was, told him I had a bank 1 cam shaft sensor out and he charged me $118.00 for a diagnostic.. Thats my only issue, other than that I would hope repeat customer will catch a break on it next time but Hes good, I will return and recommend.

Avi and his team did a great job. My car had badly peeling clear coat on the hood and roof and was in need of repair and repainting. I was recommended to Avi by another previous satisfied customer and I’m glad I was. The affected areas were repaired and repainted to match the rest of the car and now it looks like new. As an added bonus Avi fixed my clouded front headlamps to also look like new which I thought I would have to replace. He did a great job of explaining the whole process of what would need to be done. Highly recommend.

I was driving on Sahara Ave. When a friendly driver told me I had a brake light out. I instantly spotted Courtesy Auto Repair. Everyone was really nice and professional. Customer service was excellent. They were swamped and I did not make an appointment. But they took my car anyway. I didnt wait long. The owner thanked me and told me to come back anytime if I have car issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COURTESY AUTO REPAIR.

The owner Avi denied me an estimate. I wanted to get damages fixed from an accident and he refused to give me a written estimate. He also accused me of trying to “make money” from my insurance company when I just want to get the damage fixed myself and leave the insurance out of it. He only would do the work if he dealt with my insurance. I shouldn’t have mentioned my insurance.

Just dropped off my car with Avi today. So far so good. To be continue.......

Avi is one of the nicest, most helpful people Ive ever met. He does a great job, takes pride in his work and treats his customers with respect and care. I have taken my vehicle to him 3 times for repairs now and he always does a great job explaining what needs to be done and why. For years I have been looking for an honest mechanic in this town, here I finally found the one - the most honest, reliable, and reasonable priced.I took my Volvo to the dealership for a check engine light that came up on my dashboard, they told me the Turbo sensor needed to be replace and it will take a couple of days + $580.00 - took the car to Courtesy - and 3 hours + 178.00 later the problem was fixed. I have used them a few times since, and I would highly recommend them toanybody.

Avi is a real deal, honest mechanic. He breaks things down clearly so you can understand whats going on - without being at all patronizing. Really helped my friend with a difficult, potentially expensive situation with her car. When I brought my truck in, he told me straight from the get-go that he unfortunately did not have the necessary equipment to do what was needed - instead of telling me stories and just charging me for a diagnostic like many mechanics would. He even offered to call him if I needed any opinions or advice. It is very refreshing to see someone who has everyones best interests at heart.

I made a few phone calls looking for the best rate on having my harmonic balancer replaced in my 07 Mustang and settled on Courtesy Auto Repair after seeing all the great reviews. I found 1 or 2 other places on the other side of town that said they could do the job for $20 dollars less but there reviews where not so good. All the reviews you see here are true and my experience was no different. I bought my own part and brought it with me and Avi got my car in the garage right away. It took him an hour or so over what he had estimated but he did not charge me any extra than the original quote over the phone. I recommend him to everyone I hear is having car troubles.

This was my second time getting service here. Avi helped make a stressful situation an easy one! My car wouldnt start, then it started after an hour, and I drove to his shop. Without delay he ran a diagnostic (nothing), then tested the battery. It turns out it was just a bad battery. We got the battery replaced and I was on my way!Very nice fast service, which I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs vehicle maintenance done.

If I didnt like that he told me to take my business elsewhere. I did. I went to Autonation where they helped me without having an appointment. Last February I spend over 1300$ at Courtesy auto repair. I guess that means nothing.

Friendly and helpful staff, the mechanic took my car for a spin told me the problem and how to fix it, and didnt charge me. They gained a loyal customer, I have other work that needs to get done and I will be bringing my car to this shop.

Most honest shop ive been to. Took my Subaru here to get some things done(Head Gasket, timing belt, etc..). The owner Avi took care of me and didnt make me feel pressured to do anything. Car is running great!

Courtesy auto repair & service is The Best Auto Repair Service in Las Vegas, My car Tahoe 2005 broke down on i 215 – I used my phone to find a local repair Service, I found Avi at Courtesy auto repair & service , one telephone call and in less than 30 minutes my car was connected to a tow track, and on the way to Courtesy auto repair & service . Avi at Courtesy auto repair & service checked my car and told me that I am a very lucky person, the only thing that was need to be repaired was a battery cable for $20 (include the Towing) I asked him how much to change the oil, they change the oil and filter for only $20 Avi did the repair himself, this place is totally the best, they nice to you, super friendly! If you need a service, you must give Avi a try.
