I brought my car in for Suspension and steering problem back in mid February and they did a great job in a timely manner. I dealt with Max and he was very informative and professional. I was having a creaking noise when I opened my drivers door and it became more prevalent the past few weeks. I stopped by Classic Auto Body to speak with Max about it and he immediately said lets go see what the problem is. He told me right away what it was the Door Check was cracked. So he said to go to the Dealership and get the part which would save me money and come back and he would have one of the mechanics put it on for me. They took my car in and it was done in 30 minutes and when I went to pay he said just tip the mechanic. I was very appreciative of his thoughtfulness and kindness. This is a family owned business and I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thanks Again Max!

My car has never been that clean and sharp! Max and the team did a great job. They don’t overcharge and stand by the quote they give you. If your little baby needs a good fix, Classic auto body is the way to go!

Due to a minor accident, we looked for an auto repair shop. Our insurance recommended several and of those, we chose Classic Auto Body, The service was done on time, looks great, and they have a life time warranty. The office staff was professional as well.

This place was great. The service rep I dealt with was Max and he was totally professional. My car was an older model so it took a little time to get the replacement parts. Max did a great job keeping me updated on what was going on. They even did some work that was not charged for. The final body work was perfect.

A driver backed into my 23-day-old brand new car. The passenger-side front and rear doors were dented as well as the rear panel. The other driver’s insurance company gave me a list of recommended bit optional repair shops and Classic Body and Paint was on the list. I had my teenager daughter take the car to Classic to get an estimate; however, I was not interested in the cost of the repairs but I wanted to get an understanding of what the repair procedures would be (e.g. what parts would be used, what would be replaced vs repaired, etc).I also did a Google search on Classic Body and I noticed Classic had a slightly lower score than the other repair shops I was considering. There were a couple of negative comments for Classic that mentioned Max by name. I noticed that Max had done our estimate and my daughter said he was very nice and explained everything to her as well as documented it in the estimate. I chose to go with Classic Body in spite of the negative reviews because the reviews seemed to be absurd for what the people were complaining about - changes in dates are expected when it comes to repair work.Well, I am very pleased with the work Classic did for my car. It looks like new! And Max was a true professional. He provided updates constantly and even answered my questions along the way.I would not hesitate to chose Classic Body and Paint again in the future… however, I hope I don’t need their services again.

Max is a totally great service rep. They have taken care of my Cadillac twice now. Excellent quality work. Reasonable rates and most professional. They keep you posted on the progress on you car repair. I would not go anywhere but Classic. Work with Max!!

Wife was rear-ended in a parking lot and not sure how to get repairs with Covid rules, but Teresa was great about explaining their touch-less service. Max was able to give her a quote and order one of the parts the same day for my older model S Tesla (whose parts are usually hard to locate now). He also repaired and repainted the other part so she didn’t have to order a new one. Kelly and Max were both great about texting her updates and she had her car back to new sooner and cheaper than I thought. The rear camera and auto-pilot sensors work perfectly. She had repairs here about 2 years ago and her mom did about 3 years ago. I was glad to see they have the same team / same employees which really says something to me about their quality workmanship and desire to satisfy their customers.

I recently had classic Auto Body do work on my car. From great work, attention to detail, and helpful and friendly staff Classic Auto Body was a great experience overall.

Didn’t end up getting the repair done there, but gave me good advice on the matter.(Max, I think) They’re more of a high-end place, so I went with Maaco, which was his advice🤑🤮

They are absolutely amazing here! I would recommend anyone to come here for all auto body needs. They definitely are here to help and I will make sure to always come back.

Great experience for an unfortunate incident. The staff treated us with great care. The estimate was higher than other places we went to but what Jose said was going to be done, especially with the auto manufacturer indicated detail to their work. We could not pick up the car when it was ready but they held it for us with no additional charges. The work was outstanding in every detail. Thank you Classic auto body.

5-Star! Had a 2016 tri-coat white pearl paint SUV repaired here after a hit and run incident which left a severe dent in the left quarter panel. In 2 weeks time, they were able to restore it back to its former and original glory! 💪🏼 Max was great! He personally makes sure the vehicle was close to perfect as possible. He treated my car as if it was his own. With a LIFETIME WARRANTY guaranteed, it makes the deal even sweeter! Awesome collision repair center! The staff and reception are also very courteous, I got the chance to meet one of the painters and he too was very polite and courteous. I took the vehicle in for estimate, Max was very professional and quick. They gave me a fair price. We scheduled the repair for later date. I took it in, and it was ready as promised. The repair to the fender looks perfect like it never happened. I am happy with the job and the service. I just picked up my car after dropping it off to fix the trunk and taillight and it honestly feels like I’m driving a new car. They went above and beyond. Everything’s fixed and my car is spotless. They did it in a timely manner and gave me updates along the way. I highly recommend.

Took my car in for body damage on the trunk they kept my car for almost a month as soon as I got the car back it wouldn’t start. No power, bought a new battery still wouldn’t start never had any issues with the car for years before I brought it to this place the second I bring you to this place I have automatic issues after. I wouldn’t trust them with your car!

The front of my car was damaged in an accident and I also had some damage to the console inside the car. After repairs were completed , you would never know the car had been in an accident.

Do not bring your car here. I picked up my car after a week of repairs. The car looked good but some of the trim pieces were not installed properly. The windshield was covered in overspray from the clear coat they applied to my paint and the paint had runs. After a week I took my car to get washed. Immediately after the wash my driver side door filled up with water. It sounded like a swimming pool. I took it back this past Friday the 10th of January. Steven the tall African American service rep insured me all will be taken care of. I just picked up my car today, Steven came in on his day off so I could get my car which was nice. Car looked great and I thanked Steven. He said all the water was removed and door repainted. He admitted the window seal they installed was bowed out so it let water into my door but that they installed a new one. I get to my first red light and the water is still in my door. They didnt even take the time to remove the door sill or trim pieces to make sure the door was completely dry before doing repairs. Now I have to speak to a manager on Monday to let him know that classic auto body is paying for any repairs because I am taking my car to a different better shop. I just hope none of the electronics in my door are damaged because they were to lazy to do the job right....Reply to owner... Yes it was fixed in the end. After 3 visits and two rental cars and time and energy wasted out of not only my wifes life but mine. Should spend more time inspecting the quality of work coming from your shop instead of replying to Google reviews.

I took my truck here after an accident which required that the frame be replaced. Max did a great job of quickly preparing an estimate and getting the job started quickly. I was updated frequently during the repair process and the job was done sooner than expected. Everything turned out great. I will recommend these guys to my friends.

Few place anymore place their customers above their checkbooks. This body shop hands down places the customer FIRST! I broke my side mirror and came to them after I replaced the mirror to have the painted portion changed/ matched to the cars paint. Rather than charging me labor and fees to change/paint the mirror they offered to take the undamaged cap from my original mirror and switch it to the new mirror for free.... I offered to pay because I dont expect anyone to work for free but they still did it for free! I never expected that and cant express how grateful I was that they were more concerned about helping me than they were about making a few dollars. This is a body shop you can trust to take care of you/ your car and not to try and pad the bill at every chance they get. By the way, it looks great and they did an amazing job. Ill definitely be bring my cars here for any body work in the future!!

I have been to this shop multiple times. Every time I have gone the service has been great. The only issue I can see at all is that they do tend to take a little longer for repairs, but its to ensure the work is done properly. When a claim is submitted with insurance they are very very thorough and check everything that might be damaged. Great shop. Very friendly. Its the only shop I trust to work on my vehicles.

This is the second time taking my car to Classic Collision and both times, it came back looking like new. Also, the repair was completed in just three days. Max and the ladies working the front were very professional and happy to answer any questions that I had. I hope I dont need any more body work done on my car, but if the need arises, I will happily take it back to Classic. Keep up the good work!

Not recommended. poor quality of work for premium price poor body work, my Insurance suggested to me to take it this place. awhile ago I took my car to repaired(replace) new back bumper, and messed up installation. was sloppy work, you can see the dents and body work from an angle. When I told one of the rep.(Jose) about it, Jose said that was you had accident before, the car never been the accident and try to argue. WILL NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NO ONE THIS SHOP.

Classic Body and paint did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. Everyone was very professional and repairs were done in a timely fashion. I was also impressed on how clean my vehicle was returned to me both inside and out.

From the start I had nothing but professionalism from Jose Martinez my Handler for my vehicle. I continuously had updates from, not one but several people concerning parts coming in or issues with the vehicle while they were repairing. They work diligently with my insurance company to fix any issues. When I finally got my vehicle after a few weeks it was beautiful and I had noticed there was an issue still needing fix that was addressed just a few days later. My overall experience for the first accident Ive ever been in nothing less than exceptional the staff at Classic Auto Body the mechanics everyone was fantastic. Although I would love to take them all to dinner and hang out with them the fact of the matter is is I really dont want to see them again for a long time LOL.. all joking apart go to them for your needs for Auto repair they are wonderful to deal with.thx again Matt n Cindy Plourde

They did great work on my car! I had been in an accident that scratched the back of my car and dented the front and broke my AC. Looking at my car now you would never guess I had been hit, and the AC works perfectly! They gave me an estimated timeline of a week, but when they noticed my headlight was also cracked they made sure to call and tell me it would be one more day so they could fix that. Its also really nice that they wash your car after. Would definitely recommend.

I went in this auto shop to get my back bumper my side mirror fixed. I was helped by some old guy and he marked my initials to show where i wanted my car to be fixed. when i got my car he totally forgot to fix the scratches on my side mirror. since he forgot it, He told me he will take care of it and it was about $60 bucks to fix it. He told me he will give me a call within 2 weeks and he never called me so i went in the shop a month later and now hes telling me i would still have to pay for it even though he forgot to fix it. If I made a mistake, I know for sure ill honor for the mistake i made. When I talked to the manager, she was being super rude and wasnt very understanding . Ill never shop from these morons ever again. Find a different shop to go to.

This company is fantastic!!! I have done business with others here in town and it has either been long wait times or not quite up to par. This company far and above is tops!!! They did an outstanding repair job on the damage on my Kia Sorento. It looks like new. Prices are really good. You are in good hands here.

I was in a minor fender bender, and they were one of the places approved by my insurance company (State Farm). They did a great job of repairing the damage. One of the parts was on back order, and they were great about calling me with updates so I was not just waiting around wondering what was happening with my car. I would definitely use them again, but hopefully, I wont have to!

I took my 2010 Ford Fusion to them after a car accident. Max and everyone else there did a great job, they stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. My car came back looked like new, they repairs all the damage done by the accident and cleaned and detailed it.

First time taking my car and still dont have it back, Max wasnt forward of an exact date when my veichle will be done kept lagging on the days bad customer service, adding parts to my car that I didnt even want and charging out of my pocket. Didnt think this place was like that but it is what is I guess, big disappointment a complete headache.Definitely going to inspect my car really well

I went it to drop off a motorcycle dash to get painted gloss black. Didnt care how much it cost and nobody wanted to help me when I walked in and once Someone did he could care less just wanted to send me somewhere else. I guess they dont need my business and they surely wont get my collision business.

I would give a higher star but the few returns to shop keeps it at a solid 4 star. Carlos was a huge help and strived to get it right and make me happy. All and all not bad work for the price.

POOR customer service. Very polite, but doesnt make up for saying one thing, but then another. Not following up. Not following through. They get confused easily and cant seem to keep things organized. If you are already stressed out from having your car repaired, their inability to know whats going on with your car and how to file paperwork will make things worse for you. Dont bring your car here. Youll regret it.

Given as a choice by my auto insurance to repair passenger door. Everyone was knowledgable and I experienced great customer service. The door never looked better and Max made the entire experience positive in a friendly and professional manner.

Dealt with Max. Not recommended. In my opinion poor quality of work for premium price (paint mismatch, poor body work, paint drips, paint peeling off, overspray everywhere, dropped equipment on the car-chipped the paint...etc). Last time they repaired and painted the door on my car , couldnt match it, then they blended into fender and rear door, but used same cheap yellow clear coat and messed up my fender and rear door which looks different then rest of the car. This created additional damage on my car. I took it back to them multiple times, they refused to redo it the right way and said to their eye it looks close enough. Also the original body work on the door was sloppy, you can see the dents and body work from an angle. When I told them about it, they said that’s the best they can get it to look since its aluminum. Now, before I dropped off the car they promised it was going to be 100%. I never asked for anything free like they wrote below but to do their job like they were paid to do. Asked Max to talk to the owner, he refused to give me contact information.

I entered my car there for service and had very minor damage they told me that my car was going to be ready in 4 days and then they said the car would be ready in five days I had no auto rental insurance on my vehicle coverage so I had to rent a car if theyre guaranteed a car by certain day they should stick to it their attitude really stinks
