I used this place before because of how they were proficient and punctual with time. However my last experience was horrible. I got into a hit and run over two months ago and as I type this review they still have my car and are refusing to give me an update and estimated time on when I can receive my car. The manager was rude when I asked him how long it’ll take to get my car back. Mind you, I was supposed to start a new job in Washington, DC which I no longer have because of my car situation and I explained to them my current situation and the manager blatantly told me “I don’t care. Well let you know when it’s ready.” They told me my car would be ready in 15 days and two months later still no car. So I am out of a job and a car because of them.

You guys take forever to fixed my car it takes about a month now not 3 weeks. Sorry but I’m not coming back here again because it’s unprofessional and not on time. You guys told me you guys going to call me on friday but you guys didn’t. I saw the mistake you guys did. Why couldn’t fixed the scratches from my car accident on time? You guys literally wasting my time to come to the place and I’m mad that it’s not correctly finished and have to wait for couple or more days to get my car back seriously. That’s why I’m giving it 2 stars. Seems like y’all don’t care really so that’s all I’m going to say about this place and the car accident for my car isn’t not even that big deal and thanks for not caring about the scratches until I came over there on Wednesday and now you guys trying to fixed it oh wow.

This place is incredible!! They care so much for all their customers. Not only do they make sure your parts are in before you drop it off so you don’t have to wait long for the repairs, but they will help you every step of the way. I have Statefarm and the claims department was horrible, refusing to give me the confirmation number I needed to get a rental car but the employees helped me get through and get the number I needed. They have such a convenient location because they have a Hertz there so it’s a one stop shop. I would trust them with any vehicle repair needs. Thank you to all of the amazing and wonderful staff!!

WhenI picked up my car the trunk working close properly, the lights didn’t line up, and the bumper was too low leaving a 1 1/2 in gap. I refused to accept my car in these conditions and had to invoke management. I had to wait an extra week for my car and the truck still doesn’t close properly and the fender has a gap that should be flush but isn’t.

Got in an accident and needed to get my bumper and fender painted. The body work and finish work was top quality. There were a few issues that I caught ( since I know my car better than the shop does ) and they were happy to get back on the car and make it right for me. Going to a body shop is always painful but it was nice to leave with my car repair complete and done by a certified GM shop. The Chevrolet SS sedan i have is a rare car, glad to have it back to how it should be.

Fernando and carstar were EXCELLENT. They were very fast and organized, (unlike Virgil’s bbq) and honestly quoted me much less than I would’ve expected (by thousands). Would highly recommend for all out of towners who have bodywork/scratch issues with their rental, or for locals with issues with their personal vehicles.

This is my second visit to Metropolitan Auto and I have only good things to say. I had an appointment at 9 am today and was taken in immediately upon arrival. (Note: I arrived earlier than 9 am). I had some side skirt canards installed today and the installation was done much faster than I expected. I was there perhaps 20 minutes or so. As I was leaving, Alex, my service adviser even gave me a discount on the total cost which was lower than the estimated quote and I did not even ask for it! I could not be happier.!

I have a 2019 Chevy Silverado that I am very particular about who works on it. I just got my car back today ahead of schedule and the vehicle is flawless. Im in the industry and I couldnt see a single flaw. So glad I went to a GM certified repair facility.

If I can rate -0 star this place I will they not even close to 1 star never on time just telling lies true the phone I dropped my truck by Wednesday morning time 8 am. They telling me by Friday mid day will be ready that never happens they said it will be by Tuesday morning sometime that never happen it’s Friday again I’m asking for my truck for pick up and I had provide my info and they put my on hold for more than 20 minutes already. I could not recommend an auto shop more than Metropolitan Auto Body and Paint. Was so helpful, making sure everything was taken care of. So many shops try scamming you, and they charge for every little thing. They just tried helping however they could, allowing me not to have to worry about anything. If you need anything on your car repaired, go to Metropolitan Auto Body and Paint.

Before you even think of dealing with this company make sure you have a good lawyer and plan on going to court. Although he ,(Mr Fox)(should be snake), will try to get you to sign a waiver to give up your right to sue him. We brought our car in for a minor accident and it took 10 weeks to get it back. Also the work was substandard, parts were falling off. We also had to bring to dealership for a mechanical repair they did wrong. Thanks to Planet Nissan they covered it under our warranty. Bottom line, find another body shop! We spoke to many other previous customers of theirs and they had worse stories then ours.

0 stars. Not only did they hold my car there for over a week without working on it. They had not sent the estimate or even checked it & I didnt find out till I called the whole week trying to figure out why I had no update. They offer to check their sister company & got my insurance to handle the change. Well, when my car gets to the new shop ... Its missing the battery.. hahaha worthless place

These guys are trustworthy. I thought my initial problem was the spark plugs, however, turns out that intake valve needed a deep cleaning. Once that was taken care of, thing is running like new again. They are reasonable, efficient, and knows how to run a business. Also provide free ride service within local distance. Front desk lady also gets a nod for excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Great people at this location! They make you feel confident when you leave your car with them. I came in for a spoiler installation & I was really worried about getting the wholes drilled in my car. It only took about an hour and the spoiler was line up perfect. I definitely left the job to the right people!

Metropolitan did an excellent job in my car repair as if its brand new that nothing happened. Staff are very helpful , explained things before hand. Waylan needs a refresher in customer service. Wants to throw attitude and swear words because I dont want take a car when I was told I would have a truck rental waiting. I use my truck everyday for work and was very clear about that when I got my estimate. Then he wants to blame everybody else oh its hertzs fault, oh well its technically your responsibility to book the rental you guys told me everything would be taken care of.**updateSo there estimate for damages was 1900+ dollars, the place I went to afterwards was 1300. Hmm so this place is a bigger tipoff then originally thought

Great job! I couldnt be happier. I came in with paint chips and faded plastic and they made my truck look brand new. They even kept it an extra 2 days so they could do some extra work since the last time paint was applied it was done wrong, I feel like if I would have gone somewhere else they would have just applied the paint anyways. I didnt get charged extra for the work or the rental car! Im so glad I chose Carstar and I will definitely return if I ever need to.

These guys do excellent work. I came in for a small dent in my rear right quarter panel and not only did they fix it perfectly they also got the scratches off my rear bumper. If your are looking for a good and fair pricing stop in and see them.

No one was wearing a mask, they didnt have masks on their desks, the staff was all too close to each other and they were way too close to the customers..with no masks! Felt really uncomfortable. Got my estimate and left. would have scheduled my repairs if anyone had a mask. Really disappointed in this!

I had a rear - end encounter on our vehicle that sent us to Metropolitan Auto Body & Paint. Despite the circumstances, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about MAB & P. The crew are incredibly friendly, accommodating and flexible, reassuring and clear, and just generally pleasant to interact with. They gave us reasonable expectations for the service that needed to be done, allowed for flexibility in scheduling the repairs, and finished quickly. The repairs were relatively small but flawless. You cant tell that the car was ever in an accident or needed to be repaired - exactly as it should be.

These people are douchbags, they want close to 6,000$ for storage on my 73 nova or they’re selling it at auction. They didn’t mention once they were charging storage fees because we had a deal of doing payments to get my engine rebuilt. They did not give me a time frame of when I had to make those payments. I got a letter saying I had to pay them, if anyone knows a good lawyer please let me know because I would really love to sue them.

I wish I could post a before and after picture! My car looks BRAND new! I will never, hoping that I dont ever have to but if i do, go to different auto body shop! Mack was so friendly and funny :-). In fact, everyone was nice! They also go my car back to me really fast! Obviously, if your car is REALLY jacked, this might take more time but definitely dont go anywhere else!

This buisness is a rip off this guy will try to take 30-60 days to get back with you and then say he couldn’t reach you so he can put a lien on your vehicle and still make money doing a crisis, he is a scam artist and is trying to charge 5500 for storage when his companies Unprofessionalism is costing ppl their hard earned money and assets, don’t take your car here it will cost more money to get an appraisal than to get the car fixed, total rip off. If I could give 0 stars I would. We got into a car accident and my car was taken there to get fixed. They wanted to charge way too much to fix it. We worked in a body shop for over 20years and know when a body shop wants to pull a fast one so we decided to not get it fixed. When we received our car back in pieces, we noticed they swapped out one of our headlights for a totally different one, when asked to get it back they said they probably threw it out, “Sorry”. Might I add that this headlight costs $600+, so they knew what they were doing. I’m already looking into court for that, yes for a headlight!

I had gotten a $2000 quote elsewhere but Jimmy fixed what was wrong not what the other guys recommended.I got my Nissan back two days later working fine and for under $200Honesty is all we can ask for in a mechanic and this business is that Honest.Jimmy could have easily said it was anything less than the $2000 and I would have approved it and he knew it, but he didnt do that. He simply diagnosed and fixed the issue no more. I have 12 vehicles for my business and well be going back to metropolitan auto body in Las Vegas anytime one of my fleet has trouble.

Got my truck rear ended. Brought my truck over and Charles took care of me got me in and out. Quick but real thorough. Got my truck back and couldn’t be any happier with the results. My truck looked brand new. They washed it too!

99% of these shops will jerk you around and make you do things with your car you dont want, often leading to higher costs, an empty wallet, and feeling degraded. The guys at Metro will actually treat you like a decent human being and work with you. The staff is amicable and respectful, and will give you the truth regarding what can or cant be done. The price is also more than fair for the service and quality that one gets. Ive been to many car shops in my 15 years here in Vegas and most if not all of them have a belittling attitude to their customers behind closed doors. The staff at Metro, on the contrary, do whats necessary with no time for slander. This is my main shop, despite living all the way in Anthem, because I know I can trust them to do the right thing, and they have, for the past 7 years Ive been bringing my cars to them.

This place surprised me by being so honest and affordable. My wife backed into my Lexus and ran down the side of it. 2 other shops quoted me $1500 and $3200, but Metropolitian said 98% of it would buff out. Came back the next week as they asked and 20 minutes later, the side was damn near perfect. The office guy wouldnt charge me anything but said to tip the buffer dude whatever I felt appropriate. I gave $50 and was on my way.I was skeptical at first bc it was too easy/cheap considering the other 2 quotes, but they did everything they said and were true to their word. Saved me literally thousands considering want I was expecting.Super solid guys and beyond honest.Good on you!!!!

We were driving through when our rv broke down. Kevin had us come in immediately and had it fixed with 48 hours. You could tell they cared about getting the job done, and getting it done right. They even let us bring our dogs in to keep cool while they worked on it. Highly recommended!

These people are thieves. I brought my car in to get repaired after a minor accident in a (running condition). After going back and forth on trying to get my car repaired. They charged me $8700 to get the car back in peices with missing aftermarket parts (non-running condition). No transmission etc...

Fix Auto is a hidden gem within the abundance of auto repair collision businesses in Las Vegas. Many businesses offer collision repair, but not many offer their services to a standard that matches all of my experiences with Fix Auto. Great rates, great staff, great management, and an overall great business to work with.
