My mom and I shopped around for climate controlled storage units. We are so happy we found this place. They had good discounts and even with out discounts the price was very affordable. The whole building is very secured and monitored 24/7. It is gated and very clean.Norma the manager, is an awesome, very helpful, personable, and Friendly person.I would recommend this business to everyone!

The two ladies Courtney And Norma are very nice and very helpful. They explain to me everything I needed to know and answered my questions. Really nice and clean storage units. And accessibility is great, I love being able to access my unit 24 hours a day. And also the security gates. . I would recommend this storage facility to everyone. The location is close to where I live and work. The prices beat other storage rooms which were closer. They met what I needed in size, in location on the grounds, in price and in customer service. This storage place has safe, clean, friendly but efficient customer service.

Absolutely HORRID experience, their gates constantly mess up. Bar on gate busted my windshield for closing unexpectedly, they REFUSE to cover the damages. Have even spoken with Justin (General Manager) and he know dodges phone calls. Ontop of that the new property manager has literally NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EDIQUATE. Extremely rude, if they fixed the gate and got someone that was actually respectful to run the place, it wouldnt be a bad place. Also jacked rent up, mailed letters that arrived after the first of the month, and tried to charge me at the end of the month because I didnt give a 30 day notice. How is someone supposed to give a heads up they want out when rent is raised, and you mail the letters so late they cant give a required heads up? Haha the professionalism is NON-EXISTENT. Called other locations to try and get ahold of corporate about windshield and I mentioned property manager and they evidently have been told that A LOT. Hopefully she wont be there too much longer. Deff not her calling 😊

Norma, the facility manager, was terrific and thoroughly explained all of my options for storage and the associated costs. Awesome experience, would recommend this facility for all your storage needs (unless you need to store livestock for some reason).
