This is the friendliest and most welcoming place ever! Mark is amazing and has so much knowledge to share. He takes the time to engage and answer all your questions, even if you’re completely new to the hobby.

This place is amazing. They have almost everything you could need to play Warhammer. If anything you need isnt there, you can order it in store and they will get it for you in a few days. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. You can schedule appointments for help with building the minis, painting, or even just practice playing in the store. From what Ive seen, they have a large player base already and the tables have well built terrain.

Ok so people are not exaggerating how awesome this store is! And thats mostly because of how awesome the person who runs the store is. He is incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgable. I went in for paints, not Warhammer products, and he answered all of my questions and then some. He helped me pick paints and suggested various colors. Anyways, I highly recommend this store!

They have EVERYTHING I have never seen so many warhammer models in one place EVER and the variety is insane also the manager is the most enthusiastic person and will go above and beyond to help you get the right thing with out sounding like a sales man will definitely try making my way back soon

Cant say for sure I went there when they were supposed to be open and they werent didnt really look like they had much in the way of model airplanes to me this is more of a dungeons & dragons with store at least from the outside it looks that way

Absolutely had everything Warhammer you could ever want, models, all the paints, terrains, and how to classes. You would LOVE this store if your into 40K Warhammer.

I personally didnt purchase anything from here, but my fiance did. I went with him but stayed back a bit as its not my thing. However, I try to stay supportive so I watch and listen. The store was very nicely decorated and organized with customers interacting and playing with each other on community boards. It looked like 2 different games were going on. They had a good selection of paints, kits, and accessories. My fiance picked out 3 paints he needed and went to check out. The employee was very engaging asking him what he was doing and providing hints and tips. You could tell he was passionate and knowledgeable. He also slipped a card in his bag to come back with any questions. For someone whos not into the whole Warhammer thing, I was impressed. We drove more than an hour to come to this store, and Im glad we did.

I was fairly intimidated going to Warhammer for the first time. I was greeted by the owner and immediately put at ease, he was very personable and helpful in finding what I needed (bases for minis) as well as showing me around and telling me about all of the products I had questions about. It was a really great experience.

Love checking out the figures and displays. A bit on the expensive side but very friendly staff and atmosphere. Very helpful.

If you are into the Game Workshop miniatures then this is a great visit. My son, 10, has been arranging fights with Lego Star Wars troopers and army men for a while. He also loves StarCraft. With that I decided it was time to introduce him to Warhammer 40k.The staff walked him through making a model to completion. We decided to get him the little starter pack and starter paint pack. He has painted all of the Space Marines in the set already.They also have a few battlefields and an area in the back to paint your miniatures their. Not mention the specialty items. I especially like the new water cup.Price wise its mixed. Also their are exclusives at time.

First time in the store and I have to say I am very impressed. I loved the kindness and the assistance I recieved from the manager. The atmosphere was amazing and even the patrons helped me out immensely. I would recommend this establishment to all who want to have a good experience or might be new to the game.

Great and very helpful staff. I went in originally planning to buy a model to take home and lookup videos on Youtube on how to paint miniatures so I could practice and paint another set of models I wanted to look good. From the moment I walked in Mark was super friendly and helped me to pick out a set of models and even offered to teach me himself on how to paint them in the store. There are several tables set up in the store for building, painting, or playing a game and they will gladly teach you how to do each step. Other than the staff, they have an amazing selection of paints and models to choose from and anything not in the store can be ordered online and delivered to the store with free shipping. Thanks to Mark, Ive now found a hobby that I really enjoy and Im proud to be a frequent customer here.

This is by far the best store in Knoxville for Warhammer hobbying. Although quite pricy (but then again what hobby isnt?) this store offers a fun gathering place for fellow hobby enthusiasts to paint, play, and purchase Warhammer models. Mark, the store manager, is a great guy who genuinely enjoys this hobby and is more than willing to show new visitors the ropes.

I didnt stay long but Eric was incredibly friendly and definitely made you feel welcome in the store without being overbearing. As if I really needed more motivation to come back.

Great little gem for all wargames and miniatures painters alike. The store is quite compact but provides ample of opportunities for anyone new to the hobby or veteran. The staff, basically one man army, is GW friendly and very knowledgeable.

Everyone here was really friendly, if you want to get into Warhammer and are near by. Go here before anywhere else or ordering online. If they dont have something in stock, the owner will direct you to his computer and get the item shipped to the store for you!

Great customer service. Good crowd. I saw the name and assumed general nerd shop, and check it out.Nope, its a fully dedicated Warhammer exclusive shop. Mentioned I had never played but open to the idea of it (I mean, I love DnD, MtG and EotE and the like) since I was looking for a new way to meet people. New to the area and all. He gave the whole spiel on the history of Warhammer and all the various ways to enjoy it.When he saw I was eyeing 40k over the fantasy, he mentioned a few players by name that were his 40k experts and when they are normally in and playing. He also mentioned that there was an event a couple days out and that if I was serious about wanting to learn, itd be a great day to stop by.Sure enough, I stopped by and met all the shop regulars. All great people who had a lot of experience and enthusiasm about someone else playing.And at the end of it all, I was never pushed to buy a single thing. Only to meet the other people that play and see what I think before I decide to dive in.
