Repair center is honest and fair... cant say that about most places anymore.

My phone busted (couldnt see the screen) at 5:30, and we called them in a panic to see if they could fix the screen. Told us if we got there by 6:30 they would have it fixed by the time they closed at 8. It was fixed by 7:15, and it was perfect. Jwaly fixed my phone, and he was amazing!! So thankful for them on this almost disastrous day.

Michael helped me so much with my droid turbo. I will continue going to him if I need anything else. This is a great place to get your phone repaired.

I absolutely loved doing service at this place! The service was fast, and enjoyable! Brance is an extraordinary young man who is a joy to be around and he fixed my phone! Someone give this guy a promotion! Phenomenal service! Would recommend to literally anyone and everyone! I might break my phone just for Brance to fix it again!

After getting the run around from customer service and apple support my last stand was at the bearden hills store. Didnt catch his name but the technician that helped me was professional and courteous. He cracked open my phone and found the issue. Had it repaired in about 45 seconds. Everyone else wanted me to buy a new phone or upgrade early. That nameless cell phone technician saved me about 400 dollars. Heres to you tiny screw driver wielding cell phone repair warrior. Ill always go here first from now on. I know Ill get the right answer the first time.

This place is located inside the Verizon store at 6609 Kingston Pike. Tiekel did a fantastic job at fixing my charger port and he did it all within an hour! I couldnt be more satisfied with the service. Thanks again Tiekel!!!

All I can say is WOW! My husband shattered the screen on his iPhone right before a meeting yesterday, and he called me in a panic. His phone, of course, is his lifeline for work and so he was especially stressed out about it. I took it to Cellular Sales on Bearden Hill, and I am so thankful I did. The sales reps in the store are awesome, and Tiekel in the service center was so helpful and friendly. Not only was the screen replaced before the end of my husbands meeting, but Tiekel also took me through a checklist before I left to make sure that everything on the phone was working properly. We are so grateful for the prompt and fantastic service!
