He sold me a really good car and even when I had troubles with it he and his mechanics fixed it at no extra cost to me he was very honest and trust worthy and that’s rare defined it seems like these days I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a new car to stop in and check out their wide variety they take pride in their work

I originally checked out the reviews on here before going to Metro Motors because I was a bit skeptical about going to a smaller car dealership, but the reviews did not lie! Joe was such a great help. He stayed in close communication with me throughout the entire process. I bought a Toyota Prius and about two hours after buying the car, the check engine light came on. After I got it scanned, the code said the hybrid battery needed to be checked. I contacted Joe immediately and he ensured that he would take care of the issue, no matter the cost. He took my car to a hybrid specialist and payed for the costs out of pocket - I did not have to spend a dime on repairs. He is very honest, very kind, and will take care of his customers. I highly recommend.

My little Toyota , that I bought new, was totaled -- hit from behind at high speed -- last month and I was dreading looking for a new used car, but I was able to replace it with the same make and year for about what the insurance paid me, and Metro handled all the paperwork, got my plate, put it on and everything. Im happy with my new car and happy to have found an honest used car dealer, something I never expected.

I would highly recommend Metro Motors. Iwould purchase from Metro them again. Joe sold us a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder 2.5 years ago he added weather tech and got the oil changed for us at which time the mechanic noticed another issue which Joe had them fix and disclosed to us before giving us our vehicle. While our vehicle was repaired Joe gave us a loaner vehicle to use at no expense. We have not had to do anything other than regular maintenance since we purchased the car. It is obvious that Metro Motors cares about their customers.

UPDATE: Just about 6moths after purchasing the vehicle we faced major problems with the transmission...there was an issue when we first purchased the vehicle but Joe assured us that he had his mechanic fix the issue and everything was good.... WRONG! At this point we owe money on a Jeep that’s not even working properly just 6months after purchasing.If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Joe the owner went above and beyond with helping my husband and I get the Jeep that we wanted. We have never dealt with a business that was so accommodating, honest and reasonable. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. The prices are great! The customer service was exceptional! Take your hard earned dollars elsewhere.Buys cars, performs rebuilds and doesn’t report to Carfax and then sells then as clean cars. They are not. I will never return.Joe and his family are absolutely fantastic. My lady and I bought two vehicles from Metro Motors, a Nissan Rogue and a Subaru Impreza. We are so delighted to have done business with Metro Motors. I had some issues we did not foresee with the Impreza as sometimes used cars do, however Joe did a phenomenal job in helping find the resources and whatnot to resolve the issue. I purchased a vehicle from Metro Motors recently. After having issues with my initial vehicle Joe did a lot to make it right. He always responded to my e-mails in a timely fashion and we came up with a solution that was fair for all parties involved. Thats something that you wont get at many used car lots. They sold me a 2011 Nissan Quest for 18000 when it was worth just 4500. They said that they had it serviced and it was good to go. Within a few weeks of having it I had to change all my breaks and roaders CAUSE THWY HAD NEVER BEEN CHANGED. An oil change was due on the car when I got it and I didn’t realize it until I had the brakes and roaders done. And not even 5 months after having it, the radiator goes out. I took care of the car as much as I could when I had it but I couldn’t afford the work that needed to be done. I would NEVER recommend these crooked people.

This guy shines up cars and try to pass them as good cars dont go this place if you dont know a lot about cars I should have had a mechanic look over it but I dont know any mechanics what I should have done this went to a dealership and bought a car from them go somewhere else

Great job. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half and that is a fast time compared to other cars I have bought over the years. I had a small issue with the breaks a week later but they fixed my concerns as soon as I brought it back.
