A mutual friend connected me with Donnie at Travis Marine as she knew we were looking to go up a size on a new (to us) boat and I couldn’t be more grateful. Donnie made the process completely seamless and was even able to connect us with a lending broker who got us closing documents THE SAME DAY. We test drove the boat on a Thursday and took her home on Friday. He was friendly and professional, along with everyone else at Travis Marine. We havent purchased a boat in 10 years so we definitely did our homework when looking for a new tri-toon. Family operated and owned for 40+ years, Knoxville oldest and only true on water sales and service boat dealer, and the numerous positive reviews was truly an attraction. We decided that the best way to efficiently compare dealers/manufactures was to attend the 2020 Downtown Knoxville Boat Show. After 3 days of evaluation, Travis Marine/Premier boats emerged as the ONLY true option. As always, large purchases start and end with the sale representative and Donnie was exceptional. Given the current pandemic situation and manufacturing, he was extremely candid and transparent concerning the timing of our boat. We had some very small issue, which Donnie and Dave (General Manager) addressed quickly and stressed their emphasis on customer service. If you are looking for a boat and havent considered Travis Marine, you are doing yourself an injustice.

We bought a 2012 used pontoon, from day one Donnie was very professional, trustworthy, honest, and helpful. From the very moment you walk through the doors your greeted with an amazing and friendly team which when shopping for anything especially a boat is important! The welcoming atmosphere and smiling faces make it easy for you to open and ask any and all questions without feeling as if your a bother. I bought a 2021 22ft Premier Tritoon with a 150hp Honda outboard recently. Salesmans name was Donnie Drawdy who took excellent care of my wife and I from the onset to final delivery and test ride. Over the years we bought 2 Sea Doos, 2 Cobalts, a sweet Cruiser Yacht, and just last month (bowing to the reality of grand parenthood) a new Coach Tritoon. Loved every vessel we owned. We’ve had all of our service work done at Travis as well - 16 seasons and nothing but dependable and professional sales and service from the Travis Marine staff.

Gotta give a special thanx to Travis Marine today. Been trying to get the Pontoon boat steering fixed for a few weeks now. Between work, rain, storms and freakin bouts of monsoons, just cant get it together!Ordered the steering, wrong size, even though it states different on the part. Called around to a few places that said they had the part in stock, of course, they dont.Got a hold of Steve at Travis Marine, he stays on the phone with me while I try to find the old faded out part number of the retired manufacturer from the busted steering housing I need to replace. Found out that I actually need something much larger anyway and low and behold, hang on a minute, Steve springs to action, someone ordered that very part and couldnt use it. Steve said, come on down and Ill set you up at a cheaper price than online pricing. About $200. He gave it to me for $150. Online its $350. Sweet deal, great customer service and a big ol country boy!Thanks again Travis Marine!
