AquaKnox service team is top notch as evidenced by how they handled a routine maintenance issue on a boat I purchased from them. Joe knew I was coming to the lake on a Friday and he called me around 2 pm to let me know they were still working on it, concerned I might arrive before they finished. I drove 20 hours round trip from Michigan, had the price of lodging food and fuel to purchase a boat that was posted on Craigslist as excellent condition. I called and was told the same and was lead to believe it was water ready. The boat had several mechanical issues and profound aesthetic and cosmetic issues. At best, the boat was in Fair condition. Completely misrepresented.

We bought our Chaparral 224 Sunesta from Aquaknox Knoxville. Their sales staff was awesome. Our purchase went smoothly and we were able to start enjoying our boat right away. We keep it at Norris Lake and had a couple issues that needed tweeked. The service staff at the Norris Lake store took great care of us and we are well please. We highly recommend Aquaknox Marine.

Just purchased an awesome looking 250 Harris Tri-toon with a 200hp Merc. My salesman was Donnie Drawdy. Donnie was very attentive and even though I spent a lot of time doing my due diligence before pulling the trigger I was never pressured and in fact Donnie and one of the mangers worked with me to get the best possible deal. Are the Harris Tri-toons cheap (NOPE) but take the time to look at the features and compare... No comparison in my opinion. My family and I will take delivery of our new toon sometime in the new year. I will repost as to how that process goes as well. So far looking forward to being part of the Aquanox Family on Norris Lake. COME ON SPRING!

Our family is exceptionally happy. The Harris pontoon we bought from them is amazing and they were very helpful. Just a great boat dealer.Also, the poor Google Review from Mark is just not accurate. We know the boat he was describing, and it was a very well kept 20 YEAR OLD pre-owned boat.In fact its a small world, we know of the people who ended up buying it locally and they love it! It appears Mark may have actually been in the market for a brand new boat, but was only shopping for much older pre-owned which everyone knows is expected to need some normal maintenance.

My wife and I just bought our first tritoon from Bryan and we couldnt have asked for a more positive experience! The attention we received from him was above and beyond! If we emailed him with questions he would always respond in a very timely manner. We never felt rushed when we met with him and he worked with our schedules for the test drive and the delivery. We spent many hours researching and meeting with five different tritoon dealers before making our decision and It was Bryans service and knowledge that sold us on Harris! We have a friend that bought his boat from Bryan and he has had nothing but positive things to say about his experience as well. We LOVE our new Harris!!!

Previously purchased a used pontoon and 2 wave runners from Aqua Knox. Have been happy with their service and the dealership as a whole. At this time, we are working with them to trade in our existing pontoon and purchase a new Harris for delivery in the spring.
