I was looking for a side by side for this hunting season and Jeremy made it happen. After ordering a Polaris 570 to be delivered whenever, he let me know a few came in that I can choose from. DO NOT RECOMMEND. We purchased a new boat from knoxville power sports this past summer. (Ranger 178...LOVE THE BOAT!) ABSOLUTELY zero follow on from the sales dept. Fine no biggie. Then for the 1st service, drop the boat off, ....5 days....7 days....8 days.....4 weeks....not a call, nothing...obviously i check on my beloved boat to find that they are waiting on a part. Also no biggie, i get it, there is a shortage Nd this is not knoxville power sports fault. What IS their fault is the failure to let me know what was happening...not a word. I never rcvd. Any calls etc. So, i finally get to pick her up, and she is absolutely FULL of water, everything was soaked. I also get it, its a boat but the care provided and the attn. To customer service will have me taking my business elsewhere and i suggest that you do the same. It is VERY CLEAR TO THE CUSTOMER that the drama taking place within the business is having a negative affect. I even called to kindly speak with a manager who happned to be on the phone at the time just to express some concerns from the customers point of view.....was told he would call me back as soon as he was off the phone....i have not yet heard back....i would not recommend this company due to poor customer service reasons.

Great service department! Called them about a recall on my machine Monday afternoon. They told me to bring it in Tuesday afternoon sometime, and I could pick it up Wednesday afternoon sometime. Dropped it off Tuesday at about 5:30 (about closing time). They called me Wednesday morning at about 9:30 telling me it was ready to be picked up. Thats what I call fast, efficient service, and a better than promised time frame.

My zero turn mower tore up the first 30 mins of mowing with it. I brought it in and they told me it was just a failure of the part and that they would expedite it to get it fixed as soon as possible but it took almost 3 weeks to get it back. I brought it home mowed for less then an hour and it is now tore up again.

He located the Turbo S that I was looking for and had it delivered to the Knoxville Powersports store within 2 weeks. That was a tall task during the COVID virus short supply. I bought a new boat from them. They advertised it as a 2022 model for 23335.00$. Come to find out it was a 2021 model and it cost 25335.00$. Make sure you know what you are buying and the price before you do any paperwork.

First of all great company. Each individual team member and department are super. The thing I like about Richey is his laid-back no pressure, but very informative attitude. I dont like being pressured into making a purchase. I think what sets this company apart from others dealerships is the Team that works there. Nobodys perfect and they realize that. But if theres a mistake made they are all over it. Between me and my family we purchased four units from Richey in the last month. I recommend this company to anybody. If your gonna buy one, ask for Richey.
