I would 1000% recommend tire barn! They have went above and beyond to help me out! Everyone here is super sweet and nice extremely helpful with everything and they explain every part they are doing some of the best people in town! Great shop. I had ordered Ultra High Performance tires and had them delivered here for mounting. Additionally I needed an alignment. One great thing to know is they only do 4 wheel alignments (meaning they take the time to...you guessed it, align all 4 wheels! Some places do 2 wheel alignments, and a customer needs to specifically request a 4 wheel alignment, even with an AWD or 4x4 believe it or not. I also made an appointment, which is a good thing to do in general, but arrived slightly early. Fortunately they were able to get to my car immediately. Everything went smoothly. The gentleman working the service counter was friendly, even with my many questions about tires. He took the time to talk to me and explain the various measurements and ratings (its great to have someone to talk to instead of just watching a video and/or reading; I really appreciate that). I also watched the technician, mostly out of curiosity, partially because it is fun to see the transition from the old tires to the new tires, and I really wanted to see if he torqued the lugs correctly (a very basic thing but I have seen plenty of people just throw them on in a circle) and he did properly torque them, not only in the right order but also to specification. A small detail (a person could argue otherwise and would not be wrong) that was not skipped, even though the shop became busy. Great job and the characteristic of a good technician. I forgot to order a tire to replace the spare (tire was still new but I like to have the spare use the same tire as the other wheels. Crazy idea, right?) and I plan on ordering a tire and having them mount it on the rim, as simple as it is, but having confidence and appreciation for good service is important. I definitely recommend this shop, BUT I would highly suggest checking if they have the tires you need in stock and if not then have them ordered. ALSO, it would behoove you to make an appointment. This is a good shop, people know this, and they can be busy. My experience is only with planning in advance to have the tires installed and have an alignment performed. My only complaint is that there was rain moving in, so I am going to need to wait a day to detail my car to show off my new tires. I do not think the shop has the ability to control the weather however... but who knows, there is always something to complain about, right?

Ive been meaning to leave a review for about two weeks. I was so nervous about going to get tires put on my car for the first time by myself. I could not have asked for a better experience with this place. I had tried Walmart about five times with no luck. I had cried earlier that day with a spare on my car not knowing where to go. After reading the reviews on this place, I decided to give it a try. The reviews truly speak for themselves. Phenomenal staff, quick, great communication, and great pricing. I got to speak with the manager actually while they were working on my car and absolutely loved her. She was so incredibly kind and patient, and I am so excited for her and her new puppy still! I will be going back here for anything I need that they can do!

The manager was very kind and accommodating. I have a fairly exotic car that needed specific tires. Tire barn was able to special order me my tires, and mount them for a fair price. My car was treated with the upmost care, and they even placed it on a specialty lift that was more secure than a standard two post lift. I have used them a few times before, and they continue to provide excellent service. I highly recommend them to anybody.

I booked an appointment to have some tires installed last minute on a road trip. Jen at Tire Barn went out of their way to accomodate my shifting schedule and got my tires installed on a weird vehicle that isnt in the usual year/make/model drop down boxes. They did a great job with mounting and balancing tires, and even did a nitrogen fill. Thanks for getting me on the road on short notice!

Business Truck was on side of the road with a flat. I went in because all of the other tire places were packed. There was no one waiting in the lobby. I already had the tire off. Was just hoping to get it plugged. Was told it would be a few hours. So, I tried to explain our situation. The lady at the counter started getting loud and wanting to argue with me. I just left and went across the street. I went across the street to Affordable Tire Co. They were really busy but still helped us right away.

I came in desperate for a set of tires (because mine were bald), and Im so glad I did! The manager Jennifer greeted me immediately and took care of my situation with great care. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for tires!!!

I was on a road trip through Knoxville when someone forced me off the road by merging into my lane, I hit something and cracked the wheel on my jeep. I had my vehicle towed to here. The following morning they took the tire off and showed me the damage. I ordered a new wheel from the jeep dealership. Once it came in the jeep dealership ran it across the street and this place installed it. They took care of me and didn’t charge me a dime to put the new wheel on. They took great care of me and helped me out. I will be making the trip back there the next time I purchase tires.

This is a great place for getting tires mounted and balanced on your auto. The can do most alignment work and prices are very reasonable. This is a recommended @TireRack local installer so tire can be direct shipped for installation. Highly recommended with over 5 sets of tires installed here.

Discount tire just opened next door, I suggest going there. I scheduled my appt online 2 days in advance. There were plenty of appt times available. When I showed up at the appropriate time, they had no idea about my appt online. She didnt have time to get to the system because they only have 1 tech. Ummm so online appt dont get any priority? Why have the ability to set them up? How about an email stating youre having issues and cant make the time? Or how about just hiring some ppl so you can do the work you promised you could do when I purchased the tires to begin with. You know preventative maintenance, like tire rotation and balancing is all Im looking for here. Now I have to go pay someone else to do it so why both using this place ever again...I brought all my cars here but I can see now it was a mistake, lesson learned.

My tires had dry rotted & I knew I was getting close to needing new tires but had no idea how bad they were until I had an oil change yesterday with tire rotation. I was told I needed new tires IMMEDIATELY & it was an immediate safety issue. I came home & googled best tire companies in Knoxville. Their business came up on the top of the list. After reading many reviews & not being from Knoxville I knew I had to go to Tire Barn Warehouse. Their reviews were off the charts & from many locals. They would beat any price. Franklin was mentioned so many times I knew this was the place to go! So affordable, so knowledgeable & not one pushy bit of advice. Such a gentleman...They got me in today the day after I found out about my tires! I went in @ 1:00 & they were done with beautiful new tires @ 3:10. I drive a 2008 Honda Pilot with low miles for its age as I have taken very good care of it. It drives today when I picked it up like a dream & I am so thankful I found this place!!! I bought 2 brand new tires here and months down the road a stick punctured the left side. So I call them they tell me to come down they will make it right. I get there have to sit 1 hour waiting in the car with my baby only for them to tell me I’m stuck buying a new tire. They wouldn’t replace it or anything. My tire has a warranty it was brand new. Told me a Toyota Corolla tire was 160 dollars when I paid 129 for 2 months ago. Great people but terrible service you can’t make someone sit there only to tell them nothing we can do. I won’t be spending my money here anymore.

Ive been doing business with Tire Barn (as an Installer for my tires purchased at Tire Rack) for quite a few years. However, and with the most recent order and installation, Tire Barn (Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN) has completely disappointed me, and theyve lost my confidence as a company that used to do honest work. Heres what happened. I ordered four (4) 235/50R-18 Kumho Majesty 9 Solus TA91 XL tires and they were delivered to Tire Barn on Kingston Pike in Knoxville, TN. As the installation job went along, Jen (one of the front desk service reps) told me that I needed new TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) modules -- because of the age of the OEM TPMS modules (as she said, the batteries were old). I asked the price, and she quoted me $49.99 per tire, or $200.00. I didnt second-guess her suggestion and I told her to go ahead with the install of four (4) new TPMS modules. Well, after they were installed, my young daughter picked-up the vehicle and after she got home, advised me that the TPMS caution light was illuminated. So, I asked her to follow-up with Tire Barn on Kingston, Pike, and she did. But, the problem didnt get fixed. So, I took her car to Tire Barn on my day off and spoke with Jen to advise her that the TPMS modules were not working. She said to drive the vehicle to one of her service bays and one of the guys there attempted to fix the problem. Long story short, Ive been back to Tire Barn FOUR (4) times to attempt to get Tire Barn to fix the problem. On one occasion, I reminded Jen that I had not second-guessed her recommendation to replace all four TPMS modules, nor the price of $200.00 or $220.00 with tax -- and they didnt work! To that (and this is kind of unbelievable, but she said it), Jen said, I gave you the discounted $49.99 price per TPMS module! No kidding, Jen! But they DO NOT WORK! She then departed the Good Deal approach and changed her logic to there must be something wrong with the car! Keep in mind that Jen advised me that all I needed was new TPMS modules (to a total of $220.00) and our TPMS problems would be over. Not quite so. In fact, the problem still exists. Tire Barn sold me a bill of goods and did NOT follow-up to fix the problem -- nor did they compensate me. This is FAILURE to remedy the issue. To me, this is quite dishonest and I dont appreciate being ripped-off for $220.00. I simply dont have $220.00 of money to WASTE on TPMS modules (or anything else for that matter) that doesnt work as-advertised. So, I really am NOT IMPRESSED with Tire Barns new attitude of fleecing customers for money -- and then not making a remedy for a problem--AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. Ridiculous. Ill copy and paste this review of Tire Barns dishonest behavior until I receive a remedy to the solution. Ripping a customer off for $220.00 because you can is not how to retain customers. My entire experience here was AMAZING! While on vacation I blew a flat and needed a replacement tire. Unfortunately not even the Audi Dealership was able to accommodate me. Tire Barn went above and beyond in locating a tire that would work for my vehicle and got me in and out the door in under 45 minutes! One of the best experiences I have ever had with an automative repair shop!!! Sadly I am not from the area otherwise I would go no where else for service!

My car has a little vibration at high speed and took it to this garage for rebalancing and tire rotation. They fixed it in 1 h without charging me fees since I bought tire service from them last year. The small problem is that I wait too long in the store. Youd better had an appointment or drop off and pick up latter.

Fantastic service every time I come in. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am when they opened for new tires, and I was notified that my vehicle was ready to be picked up within the hour. Overall, I’ve had a great experience. They are quick and very nice. It’s easy to make an appointment. I got my tires here, so I get free rotations which is wonderful. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I know that offer $20 “tire insurance” for a free tire replacement and I didn’t get offered this when I purchased. I know this because I had to replace a tire and they asked me if I wanted it, and I asked why I hadn’t been offered this with my original purchase. They looked at my chart and said I had. I know I hadn’t because I definitely would have purchased. Still, it’s a testament to the fact that they have good offers.

I love this place! I have always gotten the best of service and they are always happy to see me come back by. This is the only place I buy tires in Knoxville.

I’ve always gone here to have my tires balanced because they do it for such a low price, until one day, this young guy gets to the register and tells me that it’s gonna be $64 and I told him that it’s always been $25+tax. He said he’ll “stretch” the price to $50 and I said the same thing, “look man, it’s always been $25+tax”. I ended up paying $45 for a tire balancing that usually costs me $25 here. I’ll come back if I can get those prices again, but until then, I’ll go somewhere else.

Honesty should be their business name. Hard to find such a service in this day and age. Went there to get a second opinion for brake repair as I was given a bill for $500 elsewhere. These guys simply inspected everything and said the brakes were just fine, put it back together and off I went. Coming back here for my repairs. Such a great service!!! The staff at this Tire Barn Warehouse is very responsive, attentive, and quick with their vehicle maintenance. I have had a very positive interaction with this business for the past several years, and they will keep me as a loyal customer.

Customer service reps were very nice; however, they did not fix our problem. We brought a tire that had gone flat 2 times previously, the rep stated that they couldnt get it to hold air and we told them the valve stem was where we suspected the leak. They held the tire overnight and said everything was fine and we could pick it back up, that they couldnt find a leak, even though they had previously said that it wasnt holding air. Not even a day later and the tire is flat again.

Nothing but good things to say about these guys (and gal). Jennifer gave me the best price in town on a new set of Michelins and the service to match, not to mention I was in and out in under an hour. Only small thing they missed was taking down my mileage, but a quick phone call remedied that. If I need tires again in Knoxville, I know where Im going.

Ive been using the tire barn for all of my cars for the past 8 years. They are honest, knowledgeable and very fair. Ive had great experiences... one time they were closing and I had a nail in my tire that needed to be removed....they stayed 45 minutes after closing to fix the tire. That is one of many stories (unfortunately Ive had my share of picking up nails in my tires) Great customer service and very friendly. My Michelin tires have been great and they are the most affordable place in town! 5 Stars All Day!

We have been using Tire Barn on Kingston pike in Knoxville for several years and have always gotten good service. Today was no exception. I took my jeep to get two tires because one had a plug in it. Actually all I needed was a minor repair. They could have just changed my perfectly good tires and charged me $300, but they didnt. Thanks again guys!

This is a wonderful place, and they do a great job of providing the different price tiers of tire prices. The staff is always very nice, and accommodating. I am withholding one star only because if you dont have their premium plan on tires, it can be a little bit more expensive and not everything is covered and I felt like I was mislead a bit (could definitely be my one fault) If you go here be sure to use their premium plans, you will save a ton of money in the long run and be covered for for basically anything that happens.

These guys (and gals) have been Great for service and repair for for my tires for both myself and my wife. They have been able to fix my rim (when I hit a curb) and also fix and plug the many nails that seem to find my tires. I would recommend them as they help and do not try to force you to buy tires just so they can get a sale.

I went to tire barn today and got a new set of tires and it was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an auto shop thanks to Jennifer, did a great job explaining pricing and helping me pick a few options better suited to my car without being pushy, absolutely will be coming back.
