I was truly blown away by the store, staff, and service. It felt like walking into an apple store. I’ve never experienced this level of service when needing tires. I was having a bad day due to a screw getting stuck in my tire. After some discussion I decided to replace all four. If you’re trying to decide where to take your vehicle just stop and head there. You won’t find anywhere that can beat the speed and quality. Big thanks to everyone that turned my bad day into a huge win!

I bought my tires from the Farragut location and thought that the new location would be convenient. Took my Jeep to have tires balanced and wheels rotated. Took 3 appointments to get the tires balanced. Low tire light came on and all tires were below door recommended psi. Now low tire light comes on and flashes intermittently. Taking it to the Farragut store to check this and from now on. Nice staff and clean shop at west location, but they are obviously inept.

Amazing and efficient service! They are definitely on top of their game. I had placed an order online for wheels and tires which they had to order into the store. Unfortunately, the wheels I originally had wanted online were not available so they quickly got in touch with me and I was able to find different wheels from the same company that I happened to like just as much if not more. They got them in as fast as possible and had me in and out the next day within an hour.

Stripped one of my lug nuts so badly that I had to have it replaced. Sent a complaint on their website and never heard back. Sad because the folks who worked there were nice and the place was clean. But clearly one of their techs got a bit too happy with their impact tool.

Its my second time back, service was quick and exceptional first time, but this second time I was astonished not only for the amazing service provided for me, but also because while I was waiting for my car I could listen to the happy greetings, their positive attitude and willingness to help for all customers present and on the phone. Stephen, the store manager, was extremely helpful even though my husband and I showed up a few minutes past 6 p.m. we had been driving on the holiday weekend on the thruway when we got a nail in our tire and even though it was Black Friday and a holiday weekend they made me feel as if I was their first customer of the day. (And come to find out the tire with the nail wasnt even purchased here!!) Stephen told us about how the store was less then 6 weeks old and was a brand new, state of the art location and also that he and his other crew were brought in from other locations to make this store perfect. Well so far so good gentleman! Thanks for taking care of us late that night...bonus...awesome high tech and customer service options while you wait!! They have flip up usb slots and plugs for charging phones or laptops. They have a complimentary water bottle cooler, along with near the restrooms they have a sanitary water bottle filling station. Absolutely beautiful location. State of the art equipment. Staff and management were amazing. And on top of it they wouldnt take any money for the flat repair!!! Free water and free tire repair in 2020?!?! If I could give more stars I would!

I could sing their praises for hours. They were excellent in terms of communication, and even though I called them multiple times with questions, they still took the time for me. They were able to order the tires I needed from Nashville and get them the next day, which was such a relief. My whole experience with them, from the first time I made contact has been positive. I had an appointment scheduled, and they got my car serviced surprisingly fast, even though they were steadily busy the whole time I was there. I will be coming back in the future. This is one of the most positive auto repair experiences Ive ever had.

Last year I purchased tires from Discount tires and I am very satisfied. Today I had nail in my tire and these guys took care of it very fast and at no charge. Outstanding customer service they deserve 5 stars.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT DAMAGED! Not sure why this place has so many great reviews. I brought my car in today to get two new tires, which cost me over 300 dollars, and the guy working on the car stripped my lug and the rotor portion as well. Instead of owning up too it, they fed me a line of B.S. and stated that they had nothing to do with it, and that it was already stripped. Then the guy proceeded to try and send me to a nearby reputable mechanic to get it fixed, who wanted to fix it for an astronomical price.

By far the best experience. Although our time quote was off by a bit the communication and customer service was fantastic! Patrick and Stephen working the front desk were awesome with price quotes and keeping their team moving in a positive direction. Definitely impressed! Thanks y’all!!

Discount Tire has always been my preferred tire shop but this store specifically has gone above and beyond for me. They were able to get my special tires same day and even had them picked up from the Maryville location so that I didn’t have to drive down there. As soon as I showed up, the general manager was ready and waiting to get my SUV in for the new tires. Thank you guys for your hard work and great customer service!

I originally had a not so great experience and posted a review about it. The very next day they called me apologizing and asking what could be done to make my experience better. I felt like they did truly care about my experience at their store and made me feel a lot better! Talked to Steven a lot and he made sure that I was satisfied!

I went in for a balance and rotation. I was greeted by an employee within 60 seconds of exiting my vehicle. I explained my concerns, he asked questions and collected information and had my keys within 5 minutes. The tech that received my keys literally sprinted over to my vehicle and had it inside the building with the tires off before I even finished making my payment. Rotation and balance in less than 30 minutes and they also helped me with some other tire related information that I requested. Friendly staff, speed of service and overall experience at this location absolutely deserves a 5-star from me.

This is by far the best tire place I have been to. I usually dread getting my tires done but not when I come here. The associates are very honest and helpful, I have never been pressured to buy anything I didnt need but they also suggest the things that you do need. Ive been to a few tire places and also a few different Discount Tire locations and this one is outstanding and my absolute favorite, they offered us all bottles of water and came to talk with us and make sure we were all comfortable and taken care of. They even went above and beyond to make a customer comfortable. They come out and explain what they did to your vehicle as well, so you are always in the know about your car. I cant recommend this place enough.

WOW! Great customer service...Actually, Awesome customer service. I was a few minutes early for my appointment was taken right in and in less than 45 minutes I was on my way with new wiper blades, 4 new tires, and installed tire pressure monitoring sensors. The price was probably a few cents cheaper than other tire stores I had shopped with the exception of an online tire store--but who wants that hassle--and where is the service with a smile from online? Discount Tire has won me over with a great price, awesome customer service, AND the speed in which I was in and out of the store. It was like watching a pit crew--they were organized, quick and nimble, and I felt good about the final price for a top rated experience.

Remarkable Place! Professional and extremely well-trained employees will take care of all your tire needs. A young man by the name of Parker serviced my SUV and he was very respectful and knowledgeable. It is fantastic to see, how a company understands that a great appearance, training and respect make a customer feel very welcome.

We were in Knoxville picking up a skid steer on New Years Eve and found a nail in one of the trailer tires. Stopped at 2 other places and one was only willing to put air in and the other was closed. Discount Tire offered great and friendly service and didnt even charge for the plug and patch. The place was busy and the employees were hopping! Would definitely recommend this place. Have to shoutout this place. AMAZING customer service unlike I have received at any other tire store before. Literally had my name on a sign in a bay waiting for me to get there. THEN I got there at 1015 and was done at 1057. 🤯 Other tire places I have been to take HOURS.Plus all my tires are from 2021 which makes me feel good about my decision to purchase from there. They also only keep tires on the floor for 2 years tops, meaning you are not getting ripped off paying $$$ for a tire that might be 3-4 years old already.Will definitely be returning and recommending them to everyone I know!

5 stars hands down! All I needed was a tire repaired but the gentlemen that helped me (Coulton and Parker) were extremely helpful even though the visit was free. They made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area with complimentary water and WiFi. They were friendly and inviting in their tone and made me feel like they had been handling my tire issues my whole life. I will without a doubt be back there for any tire or wheel related issue!

Wonderful experience at this new location. They were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Got me in and out in under thirty minutes. While I was waiting, I asked for suggested tires for my wife’s vehicle. They made genuine suggestions, not trying to sell me the most expensive option. They even make sure to mention that they do not work on commission. When completed, my keys came back to me in a bag just to ensure safety. Could not recommend Discount Tire more!

If you need any kind of vehicle work done, make SURE you contact these folks first. This my second time using their service and again first rate customer service. It was April 5th at 3 oclock, phones ringing off hook, multiple customers in waiting area and car bay packed. They addressed you when you came in, all answered phones and all registers with customers. Nothing but polite and apologetic for those having to wait.Id much rather have to wait, because people use their service, then walk in and no customers.

This place is awesome!! I can’t say enough. I was traveling on vacation and discovered I had a tear in one of my tires that was about to burst. I found the nearest Discount Tire since I know they are a reputable place. Donte was great. They were packed. I was stressed knowing this was going to add hours to our already long trip ahead. There was no upsell and Donte explained my options from the cheapest to the most long term option. Most importantly he must of put a rush on my car because he got us out of there in 45 minutes instead of the anticipated 2 hours quoted. I almost cried! I had to hug him. ( I’m vaccinated). Thank you Donte and Discount Tire. You made this tired traveler a little less stressed and able to enjoy the rest of her trip!

I originally came in for four bent rims. Steve the manager was able to install in a very short time. my tires were also worn, so they recommended i put thicker tires on. after doing this, the gas mileage suffered and it slowed the car tremendously. They were extremely understanding and exchanged me with a set of the OEM tire size.They are a little pricey, but I definitely recommend this place! Very professional!!! they care about customer service too much!

The service was professional and friendly. Everything was done quickly. However they have loud contemporary Christian music playing in the store. Given today’s atmosphere of intolerance, that seems to send a bad message, made me uncomfortable and might make some customers who aren’t Christian feel unwelcome.

I had my air checked and they also checked my treads, only to find out two of my tires were bad. They provided me a solution and said we can get this done today in 45 mins. Not how I wanted to spend the morning, but I was in and out in 45 mins.Great work, I will definitely be coming back. Truly impeccable service! The whole crew wore masks, they completed the work in a timely manner and the locaiton was clean and everyone there incredibly friendly.
