Matt was very helpful over the phone answering questions about a 28 old E350 Ford 15-passenger Church van, he took the time to explain what the van needed and if he could get the part Matt went way above what most people would have even consider talking about the vehicle for that long and not for sure if i would ever buy the small fuel injectors kit from him. I would recommend them.

They do good work here! I just moved back to TN and couldnt find a non dealer shop to work on my Italian car. Until I got referred here by another mechanic I used to use. I also was referred here for good diesel work by a coworker. They do more than just diesels and do well though had my intercooler replaced and the turbo seems better than ever! I saw a lot of German cars here when I dropped mine off. Im taking my truck in next!

We were out of state traveling and our car broke down. I called many garages in the Pigeon Forge where I broke down nobody could see us until mid July when I called this garage they were completely willing to see us that day and diagnosed the problem.They had the part delivered and repaired the next morning so we could safely travel back home from our vacation.Even let us borrow a loner vehicle.Thanks Matt and Chris for your help.

Truck had a major fuel system issue. It was a big job, including injectors and fuel pump. Issues were explained very well (thanks Matt), and I was never pressured into having the work done, and I felt confident they were being honest about the situation. Not the cheapest price, but fair, and Im okay with paying for expertise. Job was completed quickly, and the truck runs beautifully.

Very top rate facility. Plan on taking my truck back for anything it needs in the future. Very knowledgeable and let know up front anything that needed to be done plus an estimate of the cost before they did the work.

Driving from out of town, pulling a very heavy fifth wheel trailer, we experienced some loss of power and a check engine light. Pulled off at the next exit to find a Ram service center. Stopped in to have them scan for the code to determine if work needed to be done immediately or not. The price for the scan alone was $145. Im not sure what industry standard is, but I left. Called the folks at Knox Speed And Diesel and they were able to see me right away. Shop foreman came out immediately and determined that it was fuel delivery. And recomm need changing the fuel filters. I agreed and they got me in immediately. Very happy that they did, as it began snowing and we did not want to get stuck in town with a snow storm. The work was completed quickly and was even verified by the shop foreman , by driving my truck up some steep hills while utilizing the diagnostic computer to verify fuel pressure. Great guys and would highly recommend them for diesel service and diagnostics.

I was in Knoxville for work, my truck (F350) started giving low fuel pressure warning. I called Knoxville Speed and Diesel, told them I was out of town and having issues, they told me to bring it on in. I dropped the truck off at 8:30, by 10:30 they called me with what the issue is and my options for repair. I also had other things in need that I already knew about which they pointed out and gave me prices for everything. So they jumped right on my truck, took care of everything I wanted them to accomplish ! The list was quite extensive, but there was no pressure and I didnt feel like they were trying to up sale me anything, just taking care of my truck. Which I greatly appreciate. I normally do my own work, this is the first time my truck or me have been to any diesel performance shop, and I have to say the experience was awesome !! Mike is full of knowledge, and even though he was obviously busy, he took time to speak to me each of the three times I stopped by, as well as a few other customers that stopped in to check on their rides. It seemed like everyone was treated like they were the only customer, which is really nice. I will definitely be back for anything my truck needs, I am 2 hours away but quality work and great customer service is worth the drive. Awesome group of guys, excellent quality of work performed. Even received a phone call just before they closed to check on my truck and making sure everything was good and I was happy ! Im not familiar with other shops, but Knox speed and Diesel has to be the best !!

Dont let the name fool you, these guys do more than just work on diesels! I first stumbled upon Knox Speed and Diesel while looking for a shop to help me to some work to my Mustang.I called in and had the pleasure of speaking with Logan who went literally above and beyond to answer every singe one of my questions and concerns about everything. Super friendly guy. I was shocked when they were able to schedule me in to get all the work done so quickly, and even more shocked when I found out they even offer loaner vehicles for those people who are needing more extensive work done to their vehicles.Meeting them in person was just as it was on the phone. Super friendly, and very caring. I dropped my car off to them, and even when additional issues arose with the install (which generally always does when youre dealing with aftermarket parts, so it wasnt unexpected), Logan called and kept me in the loop each step of the way.Once everything was completed and ready to be picked up, they were even kind enough to let me take a peak at the underneath of the car and examine all the work they had done. Work looked great! Car sounded great!I was so pleased with them as a company as well as how helpful, polite, and caring they were that Ive already scheduled up another appointment with them to get some additional work done, and Ill be back for all my future needs as well!Do yourself a favor and stop in to see these guys before anyone else.
