Replaced two front tires on my RV. Kudos to them for being efficient. Got to my next stop and found the center to my aluminum wheels has gone missing. Apparently it was not installed properly since it had been there for 3 years prior. I also have a strange tire noise between 55 and 65 ill have to investigate further upon returning home.

Service above and beyond; integrity over a quick sale. I went into Fleet believing I needed tire air valve extensions installed on my motorhome. The employee pulled off and realigned a wheel cover, and suggested that extensions were not necessary in order to check tire pressures (dual wheel system) and, because extensions could prove unreliable over time, he further advised against their installation. I had been quoted a price of $130 at another tire dealer; Fleet put honesty and service over mere profit. I offered to pay for the time, work and advice. The employee declined acceptance. A refreshing experience in a quick-buck world.

The people here are very honest. My car have frequent TPMS issues during winter and have taken my car for more than 5 times in a span of 2 months. Every time they check the car and fixes up pressure without charging a penny. I insist in paying but they refuse all the times. Friendly atmosphere and great service. Definitely recommend!!

Back in June, I travelled south from NY to buy a Ford Excursion. Having bought it, as I drove it, it would shake and shimmy, wobble and walk. I stopped into Petes Alignment Service around the corner from Fleet —123 Oklahoma Street— and Pete told me nothing was wrong with my front end (since then, two other mechanics have said the same thing), that it could be the tires, and to take it to Fleet. So, I took it to Fleet... and I have never been to a better tire service center.First, I got an education — as they used their road force balancing system, they explained to me in detail more about tires than I had ever imagined. I know, it sounds like a gimmick; but, when I drove away and back north, the shimmy was gone. Second, forty-five minutes later, five rotated an balanced tires later, and an education later, they charged me a whopping $37.15! (Edited much later: I thought they were going to charge me much more.) And they knew that, likely, they would never see me again. If I had not been sleep deprived, I would have thought to tip them.And about Petes — that experience was just as good (and I left a review there, too).

This place is awesome. Prompt and quick and excellent service and excellent staff. I was able to get new tires completed and finished on my lunch break and still get back to work on time. These folks were helpful and efficient. I was sent here by Mike at Pete’s Alignment because they were not able balance my tires due to the kind of rims I had. Cost me $24 for all four rotated and balanced here. I do believe I will be back!

Ordered tires online and had them installed at Fleet because they offered the best deal for mount and balance that I could find. One tire ended up being defective, and they offered to install the replacement for free. Super nice people that do great work, and I will return there every time I need tire service.

Fleet Tire on Woodland Ave 37919 get you in and out with as little waiting as possible. This store values their customers and their customers time. I was a loyal customer of another well known local store. I lost so many valuable hours waiting to get tires changed but not with Fleet tire.

This place is incredible. I never thought I would say that about a tire place of all things but jeez! Ive never experienced such great customer service. I moved to knoxville from California for the summer for an internship and the tires on my van were shot from the drive east. they quoted me a great price, installed them that day, and were nothing but helpful with a few issues arose after then initial installation. If I lived in Knoxville permanently I would never buy tires from anywhere else, ever. Hands down. Thanks guys!

Will never go to another tire store again. Dont waste time pricing other stores this is the cheapest Michelin tires in town (Didnt price other brand). They even threw in the nitrogen. Very friendly and professional. Free tire rotation. Unless you require a huge waiting room with a complementary latte this is your place.

Awesome service and prices. Felt totally comfortable sending my wife down to get new tires. They have always done a great job.We have an Infiniti QX and the tires are outrageous. So after calling around I remembered to call Fleet Tire and they were about $150 cheaper than everyone. They also give you the tax included and mounted pricing. Now I just call Fleet first instead of wasting a whole day calling around.
