If you can’t build a bronco in 90 days or need to install any of there parts to be sure that they are correct Do Not buy from them!Relied completely on there experience to get me the correct stock height suspension for both front and rear with shocks included. I installed all but the shocks and noticed it sat perfectly level with no engine or transmission so I immediately notified them of this and was told by Brian not to worry. I installed the engine along with transmission and sure enough it dropped 2” so now it looks like I have hijacker air shocks on the rear. The front shocks are to tall for my application with only about 1 inch of travel. After numerous emails (they will not talk to you it’s all done by email) they finally offered to take them back as long as they were perfect with no marks , scratches, etc. and give me store credit. After what they put me through why would I want store credit, I just wanted the correct parts. Then they replied they don’t offer stock height shocks, so why did they send me parts they knew was incorrect?? Don’t Buy From Them all they want is your credit card . Service after the sale is terrible. Please keep in mind I made no part selection I relied completely on them to provide correct parts.

Customer services is the freaking worst ever! I ordered nearly $2000 in product from them and had a question so I emailed them 8 times total with no response. I then called and the tech said he would have to get back to me. He never did, a month ago. Then I called and left three voicemails. No one ever returned my call. I’ll never buy here again. Wild Horses and Tom’s are awesome with customer service and have great products too!I ordered their c caps. They came with rust and chips on the powder cost. These guys just don’t have the quality or attention to detail.
