Corey C. wearing a grey shirt and was absolutely no help. I called to check if an item was in store before making the trip(Spoke to Corey). Get there and ask if they have somewhere to get water to test the part on my vehicle, Corey tells me I have to go next door even though they have a full functional bathroom sink. Then, if that wasnt enough, the item he confirmed over the phone had multiple of, get there to be told by him they were out. The other representatives may be great, but do NOT believe an info given to you by Corey C!

Cashier did not listen to phone numbers being put in...he does not like to talk to people obviously. Acts like hes half asleep or avoidant whatever you want to call it....hes about to get off work and couldnt give customer service....didnt want to look up part numbers or follow instructions as well...I spent $200 and had a bad experience....car problems should be all the problems I should have to face....not this...

I like this company not only for their knowledgeable staff and parts-in-stock, but also because they were an early adopter of Linux for point of sale support. Yes, I am a geek.

My car needed a head light bulb, it was late and very cold outside.I just wanted to get home safe with my son in the car.Michael T , ask how he could help me and in less than 10 minutes he installed a brand new bulb for my head light.He said he just wanted to make sure, that we drove home safe during the cold holiday season.Its amazing employees like Michael T, that keeps loyal customers shopping at AutoZone every day.

The customer service here is fantastic. Clinton in particular was very kind in explaining all my options and helping me complete the purchase. All the rest of the staff was also helpful in diagnosing my vehicle’s broken battery and replacing it. The people here were great and really cared about me. Clinton and the team would make me come back.

My check engine light had come on and it was a cold day. William was so kind to show me how to do the diagnostic test to find out why the light was came on. Then we went inside and he gave me a printout that I could take to my mechanic. He was so kind and patient.On another occasion, I was driving behind a friend who had a flat tire and we pulled into Auto Zone to see if they had a pump. Corey tried to inflate the tire, but it had a hole in it. Neither of us could change the tire, so Corey was kind enough to change the flat and send us on her way.This Auto Zone is all about customer service and I will shop there for all my auto needs and send my friends their way.

Under-trained gave me wrong parts on multiple occasions had to ask for specific part numbers to even get the right part from them.

Have been coming to this store for my basic car needs, but will not anymore. Walked in and was asked what I needed help with. Told him I needed a light bulb and he told me what kind I would need. I explained that I had gotten my other light changed last month here and I wanted the same light. He picked two and told me choose one. I said I would have to look at the light to know, so he walked away and put the two on the counter. I had no idea how to take out my bulb... i had to find another worker to help me, that worker even showed me how. Even if the second employee was fantastic, that first experience was enough for me to never comeback. Very disappointing to have such poor customer service.

Not very quick to help, don’t have a lot of car accessories that other auto stores have. Dude was was probably just having a bad day cause he was rude to others too. On a good note, it was very clean.

The man that I asked to look at a small hose, broke a molded plastic part that is a dealer only item. I had to have my truck towed home and will have too have it towed to a shop tomorrow morning. I have no doubt that this will be an expensive repair because of someone else. Two tow bills and an expensive repair bill, because of AutoZone.

Once again, they have kept me in a forward motion.

Sent me to harbor freight instead of selling me the tool set I went to OReilly for.

Got a battery installation in less than half hour. Drive in and out. Didnt kill my wallet either.

I needed new windshield wipers and stopped here to get them. They even installed them for me. They quoted a price...but I guess I misunderstood. It was the price for 1 wiper and not thr 2 I needed. However, the sales person was friendly and efficient.

Extremely helpful and friendly, and changed my headlights in less than 5 minutes from coming in to driving out. Will definitely be coming back

AutoZone is a great choice for your auto repair needs. This particular location has always been accurate and helpful. Typical autopart stores send you out the door with incorrect parts on the first visit. This AutoZone is accurate and you get what you need the first time.

Ive visited too many AutoZones in the nation. This was one of the most friendly ones. They genuinely try to help you and get you the best deal possible. From now on Ill order everything related to cars from their store instead of Amazon. You dont want these hardworking, good people to lose their jobs.

The staff here is absolutely top notch, Michelle and Jeff helped me replace the battery in my car since it failed after a year of use (no fault of their own). Michelle even remembered me after not seeing me for a year. They were incredibly quick in getting a replacement battery and installed it too. I can’t speak highly enough for Michelle and Jeff, they are truly great at what they do and deserve high praises.

I was in and out in less than a minute, the service was super fast and incredibly friendly. Ill never go anywhere else again.

Jeff Anderson, a manager, went above and beyond to take care of me. You can buy parts anywhere, but it service and care that makes all the difference. Thanks so much you all!

Adam was great and helpful. Loved his personality. Made me feel like he really wanted to help instead of just selling me something. And he also offered me a chair while I was waiting for my battery to being installed.

They have one person working the front desk, and five employees walking around lost while customers are waiting. I WAS going to buy 500 dollars in brakes until Misty got a attitude with me.

Well I did have the correct battery at the counter that would work in the pickup truck I was trying to get running but it was a different group number than the old battery. The catch is the positive terminal is on the wrong side for the standard battery of the same group so I had to get a very specific battery to actually fit the cables in the truck and one of the employees yelled at me because I wasnt getting the stock group number to match the old battery. I took it home put it in the truck fired it right up. if I just blindly gotten the old group number the battery cable wouldnt have reached the negative terminal.

Auto Zone is the best! I drive an import which has over 200,000 and still going strong the staff at Auto Zone are informative and willing to assist me with all my auto needs

I had to stop in to get some screws for my license plate and the employees were very helpful they took their time and made sure that I had the right bolts in order to put my new license plates on and the prices are very cheap I also bought windshield wipers and they put the bolts on for me thank you guys so much for your outstanding Services you always go above and beyond to help everyone keep up the great work!

Autozone is the place to get in the zone. Everyone is helpful and I have always had great luck! Highly recommend this place to get your parts the only other place I go is Napa in loudon because they have a great machine shop if you need any machining done. Warranty is great with autozone if you go with the duralast parts as well!

I always buy my auto parts from this location, and always get excellent service from the people there. They are very friendly and service efficient. I brought my car in this morning and I was worry not able to get to work on time. I told Andy have to be at work at 12:30, and he make it happened. Keep up with the great service. Great help. I have very odd sized windshield wipers and they not only had them in stock, but due to the odd nature imminently installed them. Took the time to explain why they are more expensive than normal wipers. Also showed me how to install the adapter. They also took me that its no problem for them to replace them for me in 4 months. As we know that shpuld be done. They were not pushy, just providing good service

Experiences here vary, from good to terrible. My biggest issue is a line of 8-9 people, 1 employee at the register, 1 outside and at least 2 hiding in the back. wheres the management?

We were broke down on the road on the way home to Nashville from the smokies and walked to the store. Once employee Shilo Mossomele saw that we were covered in sweat from walking there she took her 10 minute break to give us a ride back to our vehicle and even assist us with the repair. Great employee and great service! Kudos!

Emergency equipment needed late yesterday and the gentlemen that assisted me went above what I expected to help a friend who was stranded on the side if the road.
