Ive used Joe Neubert several times in the past . So I thought they would be the go place to replace my rear bumper called them ask how much to change my bumper out that I had my own bumper. He quickly told me we dont do that kind of work. Really your a body shop. Thats ok though I found another body shop that would. I will never go back to Joe Neubert or recommended them to anyone else again!

Joe Neubert on Clinton Hwy absolutely blew my mind with their customer service!I have a 2005 Chrysler 300, which sits low to the ground. I had busted off the rocker panel, and pulled my bumper partially off by bottoming out. I took the car to their shop and asked them to have those pieces reattached. I also had a new headlight lamp that I wanted installed.They simply asked me to leave the car with them and that they would work me in, and call me when it was ready. To my surprise, they called me back the same day. Then, I asked them how much the bill was going to be, and I was completely SHOCKED!!!!!Mike, the guy I dealt with, told me I didnt owe him anything. He said it was a simple reattach, and that it only took them a few minutes to do the job. He said that he didnt feel right charging me for something so simple.This is the kind of story that you only hear about, and then wonder if it is true. But Im here to tell the public that this actually did happen to me, and if I ever have anything auto body related I will definately be going back to Joe Neubert Collision on Clinton Hwy.Thank you so much to Mike, and your team at this location!!!!

I came in at the end of July with damage to my truck and spoke with Garrett. I personally called and text and emailed Garrett half a dozen times and never ever got a response. I called the shop left messages and never got a call back from his co-workers. Ive used your company three or four times already. I ended up pulling my vehicle and payment that was already sent and took it to Caliber Collision in Farragut who has already taken care of me very quickly and professionally. I have had good experiences with you folks before but this was totally unacceptable. Tom

Did a great job repairing my car after collision incident with some trash on the road. They worked with my insurance so I did basically nothing to get the claim, the cost was lower than I expected, and they had it done within a week of dropping off my car. Car looks exactly like it did before the incident. They even washed my car and vacuumed the interior. Hopefully I wont hit road trash again, but if I do, I will come back!

I cannot say enough great things about the repair I had done on my vehicle. From the estimate time, to scheduling the repairs, to the completion of repairs, it all exceeded our expectations! I never waited more than 5 min, Mike was the representative that helped us, he knew our name, and greeted us right away, he went above and beyond to help us with every aspect of our repair. It is so nice to find a business with integrity that does exactly what they tell you they will do, and my van was actually done earlier than the estimated time I was told.

I’ve had an awful experience through Allstate trying to get my car fixed efficiently but Joe Nueberts has been such a great help with what they can and have called me within hours of hearing something from Allstate. I will definitely be going to them for any future auto body needs!

They did an awesome job fixing my Mustang. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!I brought my Mustang back after a second accident and they put her together again, good as new :) Very polite and friendly techs. Theyre wonderful!

I have had more reasons to do business with Joe Neubert Collision than Id care to remember. Between an elderly mother and a daughter who liked to bump into things and at least three uninsured motorist claims, I have depended on Mike Courtney first on Fifth Avenue and later on Clinton Highway to keep our fleet on the road. Most of our repairs have been insurance claims and there are always things the appraisal misses. Mike and the folks in the shop work with the insurance company to see the additional damages are included in the repairs. I rarely recommend a service to a friend or relative. Ive sent several folks to Mike and Im confident the rest of the team is equally competent. Ive had insurance companies try to steer me to another shop, but Ive always gone back to Neubert.

Mike and his team went out of their way to take care of us. They found used parts, reworked existing parts to lower our cost, and did everything they could to keep repairs cheap. There is a reason they have the reputation they do: Great customer service, exceptional repair work, and compassion for their customers. If we ever need repairs again, this is where we will be coming.

Joe Neuberts has been wonderful for me and my family. They have taken care of our vehicles in a timely and efficient manner, and when we got them back it was like nothing ever happened. They are excellent, and I would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would... I got in a fender bender and messed up the front of my Honda CRV. Yes it was a wreck but only the front was damaged. They told me the estimate was $3900. Which I thought was reasonable for the amount of damage done. Well, today my insurance company called me and they are trying to charge me TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE THAN THE ESTIMATE for ‘extra’ fixes. Now my insurance company wants to total my car OVER A FENDER BENDER BECAUSE JOE NEUBERT IS CHARGING ME SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS. With that much, I could almost buy my car again. So I tell them that I am not going to total my car for a fender bender and that I’m going to take it somewhere else for another opinion.... and get this. THEY STILL WANTED TO CHARGE ME. Even though they hadn’t done a thing to my car, they still tried to charge me. I’m a college student that is literally living pay check to pay check and it completely blows my mind how much these people are trying to take advantage of me just to make a few more bucks. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! They are only in the best interest of their wallets!!!

The tech who worked on my car did an excellent job and the paint is perfect. I could not have asked for better service all around during my stressful situation. Absolutely worst experience I have ever experienced with a body shop. The people were disrespectful from the moment I walked in the door. I had some hail damage done to my car, and I was going to check a few different body shops to see which one had the cheapest estimate. I think thats pretty understandable, Im trying to save money where I can. Well once they learned that someone else had done an estimate, they started to argue with me, they were being extremely rude, and said they want to know what the other body shop quoted me first. I proceeded to say, I would like to know there estimate before I tell them, because Im trying to compare prices. So then one of the guys, which I think was a manager, said this aint a damn game, I want to know what the other shop quoted you, Im not in the business to help save you money. I was actually shocked that he would say something like that especially considering we had only been talking for a few minutes and I wasnt being rude or anything, and I was even calling him sir the whole time. So I then replied so your not in the business to help your customers? He said back no, I help them, but Im not helping them save money WHAT?!?!? I just got in my car and drove off after that. What kind of customer service is that?!?!? I cant speak for how well they repair cars, but I can say they are extremely rude and clearly dont care about there customers at all!!!!! STAY AWAY, UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TREATED LIKE GARBAGE!!!!!

Reasonably priced work is done right

I would avoid them. I cant say whether they do good work or not, but after the ridiculous estimate with 14 hours of labor for a couple of places of scratched paint (talking two spots about the size of a quarter no dents just scratches) and replacing a tail light ($107 for the light which is fine) have to say stay away.

After having 7,000 dollars worth of damage, I have to admit I was worried about the truck being fixed right, and the right way.During the course of a month, Mike the manager of the business kept in communication verbally and sending pictures of how things were going.Although I was was wondering about after the project how things would go, I had a very minor issue, when I brought it to Mikes attention, he fixed it with out any debate.This sold me on them.Being impressed before and after the project that says alot about this business.They will have my business should I need it, and I will refer them out to others.Also want to mention they were 700 dollars cheaper than their competition.Great job Mike and staff.

Also a very bad experience patch job and my car is still not driveable they cant even tell me whats wrong with it no I do not recomend them at all and they had it for 4 weeks and they called us to pick it up and it was still damaged then they tried blaming it on the mileage but it was just serviced before the collision and had no problems at all,so you are welcome to contact me if you decide to actually fix the car or have it repaired by someone else,👎 I will let everyone know how this ends. Still waiting on a reply no word yet,
