I WAS 8 HOURS INTO A TRIP FROM DC TO ATLANTA, I HEARD A LOAD BANG. COMES TO FIND OUT MY BALL JOINT ON THE DRIVER SIDE BROKE. I DROVE 2 MORE HOURS ON A BROKEN BALL JOINT, WITH THE WEIGHT OF THE TRUCK KEEPING IT IN PLACE. They took care of me. My Hummer went down when I GOT to my Hotel in Kennesaw. I bought the parts that I needed, but the labor i did not agree with. But it is what it is. ( YES I KNOW WHAT THE LABOR SHOULD HAVE BEEN. I OWN A SHOP). I WAS JUST IN NO PLACE TO ARGUE. BUT THEY GOT ME DONE IN A FEW HOURS I WAS HAPPY THAT MY TRUCK GOT FIXED.

Having previously needed their services for 3 vehicles, I decided to drop off a rim and 2 tires to get swapped out. I was on my way to work close by, and was planning to pick it up the next day before work. However, after checking in at the desk, I saw Mr. Sellers, exchanged greetings. His team immediately rolled them in, and started the process. I was out within 15 minutes, and got to work in plenty of time. I would highly recommend this place of business for anything automotive. Also, I believe that Discount Tire went out of business nearby, so it would be a wise choice to rely on these helpful people.

We was traveling to Fla and our windshield wiper on drivers side stopped while driving in rain. We got off at our first available exit and came here. In a short time John S. provided us with a complete understanding of the problem (and was able to even save us some money‼️) Outstanding customer service‼️ Thankyou John and the technician who performed the work👌🏼 Great job

I was in a desperate way. I had an enclosed trailer tire that I needed to have seated because my son had a moto cross race the next morning and I had to pick up his dirt bike from his mechanic before they closed. I drove into this shop without an appointment and asked if it could be done that day. The manager said he could do it. I asked how much he would charge and he said, “No charge, ma’am.” I was pleasantly surprised that I was not going to be charged for this service and that he could do the job the same day without hesitation!He was extremely nice and accommodating. I would not hesitate going to this location in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for good, honest service.

The service here was excellent. The employees were very professional. The service manager John even went above and beyond and cared enough to ensure we received the exact services that we needed to provide a safe ride without spending more money than expected. We will definitely return for future needs. We were in Good Hands!!!

Ive always received great service but this time my appointment was scheduled at 1pm. They did not get my car in until 2pm.There were oil stains onoff white interior, as well as smuges of oil on the exterior. I recommend proper training,,changing gloves. Using paper coverings inside and if oil gets on the exterior/door handles, please take a cloth and wipe it off.Work on scheduling times. Better

I showed up last Friday afternoon with a grinding noise from the front left wheel. I explained it happens in the last 6 feet of a complete stop. Having relatively new brakes and rotors did not understand how that could be. John, the manager, took it in as I waited. Came out some half hour later to explain the details in a very novice way that I could understand. They dressed the pads and problem resolved. Under warranty and no charge. Been going there about 20 years with all my family vehicles. They take care of the customer. Highly recommended.

Mitchell, who, remembered my truck from a recent oil change, pulled it out and checked it free of charge. (No leak). Thanks again Mitchell! Was told by another mechanic that I needed an alignment. Took it here for the alignment, but it was already aligned. No charge for an alignment check and was out in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely be back!

I moved to the area recently, and time and time again the folks at Goodyear prove that they need to be the only shop where I need to bring my car.Today, for example, I blew my tire and drive by 4-5 other shops in order to get my car over to this Goodyear.Also, while deciding on whether or not to bring my car to Goodyear or the dealership for an axel replacement ($$$!!!), John Sellers (Service Manager at Goodyear) was patient in not only finding the replacement parts (which were very hard to find due to their scarcity) but still did it again after the dealership gave me the runaround and I had to go back to Goodyear (long story).This store rocks!!!

The staff was pleasant and provided information to me about my car repair and why it was needed in very simple and understandable terms. I appreciated the team taking there time to explain everything to me. I also used the shuttle or can service to get work that day. The shuttle was clean and the driver was extremely polite. I never write reviews but felt the need to give this place one. John at Goodyear didn’t try to scam me out of my money and personally called my dad before going through with anything that would cost more money (which is a nice change of pace when every mechanic nowadays fixes stuff without asking and expects you to pay for it). My car was fixed in less than a day even with him being on backorder for the specific parts for my car, and it was all at a reasonable price. 5/5 highly recommend and will be going here for the rest of my time in kennesaw should anything else come up.

D.W. Campbell is a great Goodyear. In the last several year, Ive had many oil changes and a few repairs on my old car. I really felt their repair advise would be the same they would have given their dad or a close friend. Cortland and his team are good people.

Ive been using these guys for 20 years, which means I dont have a lot to compare to, but theyve always been go to me, so I havent seen a need to change. They give good explanations when something isnt working right with my car, and dont try to oversell me. The prices seem reasonable as well.

I’ve NEVER had a problem at this location. I simply show up, let them know what service(s) I need, they drop me off at work, and call to let me know when everything is done or if there are any recommended services needed. Even if there are recommendations, they never pressure you to get them completed. They just let you know what they find and you make the call. I’ve never gotten the feeling that they were trying to upsell me like I’ve experienced at other places. I’ll forever be a customer. Great customer service, quality work, pricing isn’t outrageous; what more could you ask for??!! :)

This place is great. Ive been going here for service for over 15 years. Im a car guy and Im very particular about how my vehicle is treated, and how I am treated. Car maintenance/repair can be expensive, the least a shop can do is be courteous and helpful. DW Campbell on Busbee is all that and more. They offer excellent customer service and automotive service I trust and recommend.

Thinking I got super scammed? Got 4 regular 16 tires. For 700.00 bucks, with out the white walls? Then after I left he I seen he added 75.00 insurance on the bill, without even asking me. I was in a super hurry, thinking he pick up on this and hustle me real good..Walmart had the same tires for little over 400.00 but had a 4 hour waiting time.Of course this guy saying even tho they say and sell Goodyear tires at Walmart, there not the real thing?So either way this guy stole 300.00 from me basically how I see it.Left here feeling cheated for days. Over it now.

These Gentlemen really turned a dire, stressful, expensive experience into one that became manageable and affordable. John one of the service managers there took the time to inspect my truck himself when he had no one else available and communicated with me every step of the way. Courtland stayed late to await my arrival for me to pick up my truck. I own my own business and I was taught the best way to success is to duplicate yourself as many times as possible when employing personnel. I dont think its possible with these guys they are the best on Earth, I live in Covington Ga. and I am willing to travel the 70 miles to get there to experience this type of care and customer service.

I called a week in advance and made an appointment. The service manager told me that my cost to replace my break and resurface the rotors was $199.99. After arriving at the Goodyear the price jumped from $200 to 463 the price for the rotors he said was $110 each. Also he mentioned my rotors couldnt be resurfaced and that I needed to replace them. I called another Goodyear an actual Mr. Tire and got the job done; no resurfacing needed for the vehicle. Anyone with have a brain could see that the car shop is one of these horrible places that gives mechanics a bad name. Please save your self time and money from being ripped off by this lunatic. I am not a blogger or review critic but I must comment on this, and if possible I would leave no stars if it was an option.

And if you dont buy whatever hes telling you that youre car needs, he gets a complete attitude and is unbelievably rude. Dont go here unless youre prepared to be completely ripped off.
