I just love this group of folks and their knowledgeable, courteous service. I WONT trust my car to anywhere else. The guys there all work so WELL together when coordinating anything I need done to my car. The service there is QUICK and thorough. They dont miss a thing when it comes to my safety when being on the road with my vehicle. They inspect every inch of my car EVEN when I take it in for an OIL change to make sure I am safe. I cant thank these guys enough for all that they do and for the services they provide. Austin was extremely polite and professional. He and Chase were informative and didnt try to sale me unnecessary services or parts. I did get my cabin air filter changed but didnt feel pressured to do so. The customer service was above and beyond!!! Highly recommend Austin and Chase!!

I have not had a bad experience at this location but the last two times I have been here they have been amazingly great. I watched them the last time because I was worried they were going too fast, no they just have a good team. I give them high marks in going over everything they inspected, and asking before changing filters by showing them to me (one needed the other not and he confirmed that as well). I would highly recommend.

Came in for oil change went to use bathroom when i came back i noticed my triple baconater was missing from my passenger seat. I looked over and the big guy had strips of bacon hanging out of his mouth and a burger wrapper in his hand I think his name was mike. I want a baconater meal with my next oil change please or I will have to go elsewhere with my services maybe a shop with vegans only

The team made it super easy to get what I needed accomplished on my lunch break. By the time I pulled up and entered the building they’d already pulled my car into the bay. The waiting room was extremely clean, plenty of room for distancing. I was in and out very quickly and everyone was very efficient and kind.

Needed an oil change badly for my car since this virus pandemic when everything was closed but I still had to go to work. The Castrol place was open and fast! Very friendly and professional! These guys always treat me good when I come in to get my fleet serviced. I have not seen them playing the usual games other places play with creating issues that dont exist. The price is not too bad considering the ever rising prices for oil products.

Came here for a oil change yesterday and Ty answered all my questions went through his checklist and showed me I had a bad engine air filter and cabin filter. I know some places that just put oil in the car and that’s it. I appreciate a place that actually looks over the vehicle tells me what I need to keep my car on the road..... My wife had these idiots replace the fuel filter on her car. They put it on backwards. Stranded her and my 3 year old son on I-85 in 90 degree heat on a Saturday for over 3 hours. Great job guys, thanks. FOLLOW UP 2 WEEKS AFTER RESPONSE: NOBODY FROM CORPORATE EVER REACHED OUT. JUST A LAME ATTEMPT TO TRY AND SAVE FACE. PUTTING A FUEL FILTER ON BACKWARDS WOULD BE LIKE FILLING YOUR GAS TANK UP WITH OIL. I WOULD PAY MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE JUST FOR THE RELIEF OF AVOIDING THIS PLACE.

This place is great for standard oil changes but nothing more. They replaced my timing belt and it took 3 trips and a trip to a different location in order for them to correctly install the belt. My vehicle also developed a steering pump leak shortly after having them change the timing belt which Im sure had nothing to do with their incompetence (sarcasm). I do not recommend this place.

I was quite pleased that they brought me out to look at the vehicle and told me about multiple items (PS Fluid, Trans. Fluid, etc.) that DID NOT need servicing or replacement! They also showed me that I was getting significant rust buildup in the coolant and recommended that I get the radiator flushed. I agreed and had them do the flush. Excellent customer service. I have come to expect that kind of treatment at this location.

When I got back to my car after they were finished, there was oil all over the outside door handle and I have a WHITE Suzuki, so how do you not notice and clean that off? Then, I get inside and it’s all over my leather door, and the inside handle, the steering wheel, brake and the gear shift. My question, why are you in my car other to move it into place and pull it out and why are you not making sure you are clean when you do so! Then! Why not clean it?!?! Never going back. It was all over my hands and spent my own time cleaning it off my car. Why would I pay for that? Pure laziness and no consideration for the customers belongings.

I had a coupon and showed the coupon BEFORE the service and at the end they charged me more (almost double) saying that I had a special kind of oil filter that was more than the coupon allowed for. They never came and ask me anything to see if they should move forward with the removal of the filter or that they could not honor the coupon with my kind of filter...I drive a KIA so its not like I have a expensive filter and to charge me 15 plus dollars for it was out of line. The filter cost $3 at auto zone I found out.

Nice and cordial staff. Went out of their way to check for things Volvo didnt even check for. Their estimate was like 200% lower than Volvos for things needing repair on my car.

Went here last Sunday for an oil change. It was my 1st time. The mechanic talked me into getting a 50 dollar oil change so I wouldnt ruin my engine. I had some problems with my right front wheel shaking, so I asked them to take a look. The mechanic went underneath my car and said that my CV axel was busted, debris was accumulating and eventually it was going to break and my wheel would fall off. I believed him as my wheel was making a crazy sound so bought the part from auto zone and took my car in to my normal mechanic who is much cheaper. Come to find out my CV axel is perfectly fine. My mechanic even pulled it out and showed me. It is in perfect condition and is not busted at all. Turns out I just need my wheel barrens changed. My tires are were pretty bad too and they did not warn me about them. Wasted time and money for no reason at all. Stay away from this place at all costs. They dont care about your safety or your care. Just looking for money and are willing to lie to get it.

Used to go to this place frequently you are usually in and out quick which is a good thing but also can be bad.Expect for the sales people to try to upsale something each time you go.Well my bad experience with this one started Feb 16th took my Escalade to get a normal oil change and decided to do a 200k mile transmission oil change I requested a pan, gasket, and filter change. Thats when the manager at that time suggested a transmission flush said he recommends that instead of the pan and filter plus that they didnt do that at the located.I aggred since hes the expert well thats where it went wrong transmission started giving me problems but didnt think it was the transmission at first so I went to another Castrol lube place to get new belts and such issue not resolve so I started driving that car less time went by I finally took it to a Chevrolet place to get diagnose and they asked if the transmission had been flushed I said yes and they explained thats the problem that transmission is not to be flushed only done the right way because of all that trash getting sucked back in and tearing up the transmission. (Which it did) so I called this place they cleaned their hands saying he no longer works at this location so I tried calling the other location and no answer or call back I finally went to this store to be given a phone number of the guy above 4 stores Jamie Ingram well called and pretty much said we are not doing anything about it that the flush didnt cause the transmission to go even the manager at this location the new one said he doesnt trust flushes because of the same results. So make sure they are doing the proper work to avoid this issueJust submitted a civil suit against them today awaiting on this long process and I will make sure they pay and pay for my rental from here until it gets fixed.

Fast, efficient, affordable

Last time I will be here. The guy who checked us out was nice but the service was far from completed. Tire pressures were not checked no sticker in the window, makes me wonder what else was overlooked.

I like this place ...I come for a simple oil change on my Audi or an emission test , and service is good . They will answer all questions and for the most part they are welcoming . Ive never experienced a problem . But I dont get major work done here either. They usually get me in an out .

Bad customer service. Tried to force me into getting synthetic oil by saying its going to ruin your warranty whatever its your car bro. I read my manual and it does not say synthetic oil anywhere. Fast service but not good customer service. Also when I pulled up 45 minutes until they closed the guys body posture was rude like it was 5 minutes until closing time and he shouted what time is it anyway to his coworker like I couldnt here him. Disappointed in this visit. My first visit was great. This one, not so much. Unfortunately they lost two customers (my wife and I).

I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you have your oil changed here then you better check it everyday because they did not put the oil plug in correctly (plus they lost the original one and had to put in a universal one) and 9 weeks later my husband had to get a new engine because all the oil burned/leaked out. We then sent a letter to the owner and they didnt respond back or acknowledge their mistake. Poor customer service and we will be contacting BBB.

Sketchy business practices! There is a reason why I stopped going to these quick lube places. Went there for a coupon oil change because it was in a convenient location. I pretty much sat down in the lobby for maybe 3-4 minutes when the technician came in and tried to upsell my air filter. No biggie, I understand that part. But the next part shocked me. He showed me my in-cabin microfilter. It looked like someone dragged it through a restaurant garbage can. You mean to tell me in 4 minutes this guy removed my entire glove box from the dash and pulled out this piece of trash? He didnt know I replaced it 9 months ago. You have to remove 4 screws, pull out the box, disconnect wires, etc. IMPOSSIBLE! I told him I just replaced it, then he paused and said maybe you drive in very dirty conditions. Goodness. I bet that gets most of their customers, but that is very dishonest.

Customer service is terrible, but the service was great. Im a standing at the register, clearly the employees see my. I even ask them if my vehicle is ready, and its ready. Im just standing here waiting to pay so I can leave. Havent been helped in 15 minutes.

I was a regular a customer at Castrol In Jiles Road in Kennesaw to get my vehicle oil change;until I had to take my Honda Civic to the Honda dealership to replace the oil pan and I spent over $600us .The technicians at Castrol to save money put in my car an oversized volt over the course of two years ,and this caused permanent damage in the oil pan, and I had to replace it with only 60k miles.I went to Castrol to present my complain,and the manager did not take any responsibility , I don’t recommend this place, the techs are unqualified and to save money they don’t use the parts that they should to perform a simple oil change. Stay away from that business!

Worst experience ever! It started with an oil change. The next day my oil light came on, I checked the engine to find oil everywhere. The filter had not been screwed on well and oil was leaking profusely. I was almost out of oil. The guy I spoke to seemed not to care(I think he was the owner), did not reimburse me, or fill up the oil. He was a total jerk! So you know how he looks if you go there, mid50s, big pot belly, unkept salt and pepper hair and unkept facial hair. They lost many customers, myself, wife, extended family, and ANYONE else I can tell. #NEVERGOTHERE

I used to come here regularly and I trusted the service. That was until I experienced power steering problems. Took it to a mechanic and guess what, the resevoir was EMPTY!!! I got my oil changed two weeks ago and they said levels were ok. BS! If they had checked, they would have noticed the problem two oil changes ago. Very disappointed and feel ripped off!

I went in for an oil change and to have my rear brakes replaced. I was in and out in less than an hour. Fast and friendly.

The only place I go now - they have won my trust. There is no high pressure to do the things you know need to be done but are not prepared for right now. They saved me several hundred $ on brakes. The only problem I have had is when they get busy it does take some time waiting for the service.
