I have a 2009 Ford Expedition that was running rough. I suspected a timing chain issue. Its difficult to find a shop that will work on timing chains...not an easy repair.I scheduled a diagnostic appointment. They called me back that same day and confirmed that it would need a new timing kit & high pressure oil pump. They didnt mind me asking lots of questions and I felt no pressure to go with them if I chose to not do the repair.Its been about 5 weeks since that repair and my Expedition is running great. Im thrilled with the job that Jimmy and his team did. I had the hemi tick from a bad lifter in my 2012 Longhorn Ram 1500. I took it to Jimmy at All Pro Automotive. He explained how many times he had repaired other Rams with the hemi tick. Poor design in the lifters which leads to eating up the camshaft. But no fear because Jimmy was able to fix it . Cost me $3,000 but as you can see from the pictures, not an easy task. After Jimmy fixed it a few days later the tic was back. Apparently one of the factories lifters was bad. Imagine that!!!And apparently they were on back order. Just my luck. So Jimmy graciously took my truck back in when the part came in. He had to tear it down again. After that it was fine. Thanks ALL PRO AUTOMOTIVE & JIMMY &TECH MechanicsHere l am once again at all pro Automotive. Check engine light on. With error code p1416 cylinder number six misfiring. Replace MDS solenoid #6 was sticking. Drove away running just fine. Next day check engine light back on again. Same error code p1416. Replaced crankshaft sensor &camshaft sensor my self. Not the problem. Truck was running rough so I had auto zone run a scanner on it. This time it said #1 & #6 misfiring. So I replaced ignition coil on #1 & #6 ,still not the problem. Thought I had a bad EMC brain and was about to replace that until Jimmy said to bring it back to scan while it was running rough. This problem would come & go so it was hard to scan. Who would think it was a bad MDS solenoid that was replaced. How can that be it was a brand new part. But thats what it was. So Jimmy said he would replace all 4 solenoids at no extra charge. What a great guy. 😎. I highly recommend ALL PRO AUTOMOTIVE for whatever problem you have. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE 🙂

Watch out for this place they will take your car on vacation and They are destructive to your property they will find ways to wiggle out of it being there problem wiggle out of what happened to your vehicle and leave you with your car destroyed vehicle these places need to be sued

I heard a ticking noise in my engine and suspected the lifters. I called Monday morning on the week of Thanksgiving to get an oil change and have the noise checked out before I drove to TN for Thanksgiving. Jimmy, the owner said since this is a short week we are not taking any more appts. But, he said, bring it on Wed. for the oil change and I will check out the noise. He added a good engine additive which can resolve the problem. He later told me the lifters were fine, but he saw that my alternator belt was going bad. It would be dangerous to drive to TN. He said he could fix it right then, and the whole bill was only $166.00! Including the oil change. Pretty great service for not taking anymore appts that week! I was out of there in about 90 mins. His wife Faith, who mans the front desk is as kind and sweet as she can be. I love that this is an honest, family owned business. I will be back and will tell my friends about this shop. An honest, well priced mechanic is a GOLD MINE!

The best place to get your vehicle repaired when the need arises. They fixed my truck in day and the repair came in at a $100 less than the initial estimate. And their estimate was already $200 less than everyone else. Billy is the best mechanic at the shop in my opinion. I dropped my car off 2 weeks ago today to have a gas line leak fixed. I picked my car up today without anything being done to it.. I was given excuse after excuse as to why it was taking so long...the receptionist even told me that the mechanic needed a few days to “think about it”. I was more than patient even aft that bs excuse... finally I speak to the mechanic and he tells me that he finally got the parts to fix my car( mind you the part store they deal with is directly across the street) and that it would be a quick fix and would cost me $300! GTFOH...QUICK FIX???That was last Tuesday!!! So I just went to pick my car up today and took it somewhere else and the mechanic had the audacity to tell me he was going to “fix it today”. SMH... My hope is that whoever reads this ... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CLOWNS... A complete waste of time

I didnt expect to have my car fixed the same day, I just thought I would get a diagnostic and make an appointment later in the week. After leaving in disgust from the local Ford dealership, I was referred to All Pro Automotive.To be honest I was a bit hesitant taking my mint condition “1999 Mustang GT” there at first, as the car is very special to me and I have always been very protective of it.I was greeted by friendly people and when I told them that I suspected that I had bad deferential and possibly rear wheel bearings, the response was, we have to check it out for ourselves to determine what actually may be wrong.My first thought was here we go again, $99.99 to just look at it.However, I was pleasantly surprised when he said and there is no cost for an inspection.I took my car to them at the appointed time and yes, I was correct the deferential was bad and the wheel bearings were going bad. They did the repair for the quoted price and the car runs like the day I bought it.I was so pleased with them that I have since taken it back to them for “Transmission Fluid” change and “Coolant Flush”. They were very competitive on price and again did a great job.From now on I know where my Mustang will go for all service and repairs in the future.I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs!

I rarely give a five star to any place. All-Pro deserves all five stars, without hesitation. They have performed a lot of work for me in the past, including rebuilding antique engines to pristine condition. I trust their work and if they say something, I believe it. When I come up against an engine problem and feel it is beyond my expertise, Clint gets my first call. Put it this way, he worked on a car for me recently, while I was out of town and unreacheable. I told him to fix whatever he encountered that he thought reasonable and I would pay it. While not everyone can feel comfortable doing that, I do.

Took my chevy astro van to them to replace an idler air control valve because my idle was weak and the van would cut off sometimes on a cold start! Took them 3 days to fix nothing so I go to pick the van up and, start it up right away I new something was wrong because my flip out radio didnt come out look closer and its soaking wet ,nothing is working on the radio it wouldnt even come on! WENT inside to complain the guy who runs the shop seems to be unaware of anything wrong but the mechanic who supposed to have been working on my van looked so shady at me and claimed he didnt touch anything!Anyone that is familiar with flip out radios they activate as soon as the key is put in the ignition for him to tell me that when he put the key in my van the radio did nothing I knew he knows what happened to it ,on top of that my 22 inch rim is scrapped on the driver side! I complain to owner he said to leave the van there so he could blo dry I said no thank you they will not be touching any vehicle of mine or anyone I kno!! They basically said they are not responsible! So its Sunday two days after,radio still acting crazy 400$ down the drain not counting installation take heed people!!! Anyway never seen a mechanic in a shop wear jean shorts to work?

Based on a personal recommend, I chose APA to do a power steering pump replacement for me. Sadly, my experience with them was not a pleasant one in the least. I share my situation with others not to say this will be your experience, but just to give you a heads up and encourage caution.Having worked in the customer service arena for several years, I have a good understanding of what excellent customer service should look like. Communication is key to great customer service. During my experience with using APA, I felt they were not very pro-active about contacting me and providing a status update on my repairs. About 9 times out of 10, I called them after they hadn’t reached out long past time I’d expect them to.After they replaced my power steering pump, I began hearing a squeaking noise that progressively got worse over the next few months. They initially said it was just due to some power steering fluid they spilled on my serpentine belt (srsly?) and promised it would go away after cleaning it with Simple Green a few times.When this didn’t stop the issue after about a week, I took my car back in and they replaced the serpentine belt (hesitantly), hoping that would take care of it. After about a day or two, the noise came back. After my next visit, they told me the belt tensioner and harmonic balancer needed replacing, and that they were the cause of the squeaking. I asked if it was my power steering pump, since that’s what was changed prior to the noise, but they were adamant it was NOT. So I opted to replace the belt tensioner myself due to cost and deal with the harmonic balancer later.Even after replacing the belt tensioner, the noise persisted, and only grew worse over the next couple months. I ended up taking it in to get a second opinion by another mechanic who informed me the power steering pump was faulty and causing the noise. *sigh*When I called APA and gave them this information, they did not sound pleased at all and told me they could replace it under warranty (along with my serpentine belt), but that it was **the last thing they’d do for my car.** because they felt I was just accusing them of doing a bad job.
