I just love it when people enjoy and take pride in their work. It just facilitates such a community of cameraderie and joy between coworkers. The folks here let me sit in my car while they changed the oil, so I got to watch & listen to them work and it was a really fun experience. :) I appreciate y’all & am encouraged by how you work together.

The manager Roger Butts is the man. He was very helpful and courteous. I was 4th in line and he took me ahead of others because it was a simple light bulb change for my headlight. Ive never experienced this type of Customer Service before. I hope his bosses sees this and gives him his props. I will always go to this location for my car and recommend others as well. Came in at 8 am and as soon as the doors opened someone came out to my car trying to assist me. I was in an out in 30 minuets. When the employee saw my filters were dirty, instead of just trying to upcharge me, he brought the filters over to me and let me decide if i wanted to replace them or not.

I was overdue for an oil change… dealership was a month out with appointments so I stopped by this place it was drive-thru didn’t have to get out the car. The problem is you pay what you pay at the dealership but you don’t get all the Multi point inspection stuff… it’s express for a reason very basic oil change.

Cory and the other service techs that helped me were very professional and nice. Have used other big name oil change places in the past none ever checked the cabin air filter. Castrol Premium Lube is now my go to oil change location.

Its an oil change. Nothing great.

I went in for the state vehicle inspection. The tech noticed that when he went to restart my car during the inspection, the engine turned slowly. He offered to test the battery, which he did and I found out that the 5 year old factory battery was going bad. It is my wifes car and it is in the garage most of the time. Your tech made me feel like he really cared about me as a customer, you know like part of the family.

The technicians were extremely friendly and got us in and out quickly. Will definitely use them again!

These guys are great! I had a very positive experience with them. My water pump went out and they fixed it that day despite some challenges while also caring for other clients. Marshal, Austin and Mike were great and had my vehicle repaired quickly.

Very very nice staff! Did not feel pushed to purchase anything. Had a couple good laughs being I thought my car was gonna blow from the excessive miles I had put on my vehicle surpassing my oil change sticker that literally rests on the top of my window in plain site since the last change....would visit again!

I will continue using these guys at this location. They get you in and out in a very timely fashion with a smile. I have to have my oil changed about every 2 to 3 weeks so I have been there often and several times now.

Came here because of an issue with my husband’s car. The guys here were so nice and helpful. I want to thank Marshall, Austin, Mike, and Dan for all of their help. Plus, they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg to fix the car. We always go to this location because they are the most honest and friendliest people! Total Scam!!! I brought my 2014 f150 here for a basic oil change. The tech told me I had to buy the full synthetic service. I told him I just wanted the basic. I explained that the ford dealership has changed my oil since I purchased it. Ford has always used regular oil. Even in the manual and on the oil cap and change sticker from ford states regular oil. The tech told me it was their corp policy to only offer the synthetic oil. He said the engine could blow if I didnt use synthetic. After confirming with Ford, auto parts stores and even other oil change stores I did not have to use synthetic.If they tried to do this to me , I wonder what they are charging other people for service they do not need.PLEASE refer to your cars maker what is factory recommended.!!! If not it appears that this place will take advantage of its customers lack of knowledge.

My service was quick and courteous. The benefits of Castrol GTX was explained to me and why I had to put it in my car. This was the first oil change for me in this car (recent purchase) and I had no idea what type of oil it used. If I had just added regular oil, the results could have been disastrous. My service person went through the entire Service Checklist and all was OK. He added washer fluid. I will be back

I bring my car in every time I need an oil change. I love Castrol because of their honest and hardworking attitudes. Last time I was there Marshal mike Austin and dan did an amazing job on my car. I really wanted to relay the message to their higher ups that these four are exceptionally good at their jobs!!!

I simply LOVE this place! Ive been coming to this North Cobb Castrol location for years and the employees there are like my family. They are personable, caring and experienced. They take care of my car as well as my daughters car and I know that when I leave there, Ive gotten A1 service. I was sitting in the waiting room once and a lady said,, It seems like every time you bring your car to be serviced anywhere, they always find something else wrong. I assured her that if Tyler or any of the service guys recommends something, trust that you need to get it done. I stand by what I said wholeheartedly. It feels good to have a company and people you can trust with your car...with your life.

Very efficient as well! I was able to just stop by and get everything done (needed some more things than oil too) within 20 min

Good and quick service. They didnt reset my oil censor before I left so I had to Google how to reset it so it would stop yelling at me every time I started the car. Really friendly service just be careful for the up sales just like at any auto shop they will try to hit you up for a little extra than you went there for.

I was on a trip from TN to FL when my check engine and oil change lights came on. This was strange because I had my oil changed the night before. The guys pulled my car in and gave me a quote for the issue, then one of them noticed I had a zip tie in front of the sensor that was throwing the code. He pulled it out and I was on my way- thankful for honest people who dont insist on replacing something that doesnt need replacing.

I only came there because I had a coupon and really needed an oil change. This was more on my way home than the usual place I go. The guy forgot to reset my oil menu or give me a sticker for my next service, so I guess he didnt care to keep me as a customer. I didnt like having to get out of my car for the service and wait in the muggy waiting room. They did have customer wifi which was nice but the customer service I got for how slow they were at the time was odd to me.

You can get an oil change pretty quickly here. They make more by up selling so expect them to find some issues. Stick to the reason you came here and you will be on your way quickly.

The guys did a great job changing my oil quickly. They found my power steering fluid was burnt and needed changing to avoid costly repairs. So without pressuring me, it was great to get that taken care of at the same time. I was back on the road very quickly!Shelly

It was my first time ever going to a Castrol Express. I pulled my car in and some dude with white frames glasses didn’t even greet me, he said “its gonna be about 30 to 45 mins before I can touch it!” like he assumed I was going to complain. I pulled my car to the front and he yelled from across the parking lot “If you want service, you gotta park back here.” Dude was so rude the first 60 seconds I was there so I left and went to the location on Jiles where they were waayyyyy nicer.All in all, I know not to go to that one. Next time, he’s having a bad day, send him home. He shouldn’t be taking his aggravation out on new customers.However, Castrol as a company is AWESOME so I gave it a 3!!! I recommend the location on Jiles Road!

My experience at this facility and their sister facility on Jiles road was terrible. I have used this location several times before, mostly when it was owned by a different company, but I will not return.My son has a 2013 vehicle where the turn signal bulb needed to be replaced. I sent him to the Cobb location and they didnt have anyone qualified to change the bulb, so they sent him to the Jiles location. A qualified technician changed the bulb. When my son got home we notice the fixture was broken. We called the very next day to report that. At that point there was nothing but lies denials. We elevated everything up to the district Manager, and he was about as bad as the immature employees at his stores. After multiple calls going unanswered, he finally called back with excuses. Bottom line is that my turn lamp fixture is STILL BROKEN.If you expect professional service, professional expertise and accountability, DONT GO TO THESE STORES!!I have called you on several occasions, but I will call again to see if this can be resolved.

Quickest and most efficient way to get an oil change. The workers were also friendly and respectful.

A job decently done would earn 3 or 4 stars. But the staff failed to avoid leaving greasy residue in the interior of my car. I know that its hard to avoid greasy hands, but leaving oil marks inside the customers car is unacceptable.
