The counter guys at the Neenan Co are knowledgeable, were able to pull the products and ring me up in a timely manner. It is nice to know there is a fair priced plumbing warehouse that is stocked and has multiple locations if needed!

The guys at the front desk sure dont mind belittling the customer they are trying to help right in front of them, thinking we will not pick up on it...great customers service.

One location didn’t have what I needed and he helped track down the outdoor spigot repair kit at another location. Great service! Very helpful!

I just had an amazing customer service experience thanks to Neenan Companys location off Pflumm. I went there because of an issue with a replacement part from a manufacturer. They had multiple guys look at the issue that the manufacturer wouldnt listen to or help me with. Neenans employees talked me through it and sent me out with the correct part. Im so thankful for the help and experience I had.

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff.I got a 10 inch rough in toilet there Saturday for an impossible perfect at my house. Fit perfect the first time. Wish i could post pictures. The price was right, and Lowes doesnt offer a 10 inch rough. Lowes also had no idea what that means.

As a homeowner I stop here 1st when I need parts for replacement or repair before going to a big box store because I prefer to support local business. Sometimes when I ask for advice or suggestions there I am treated with such arrogance & dismissed as an idiot. The last time I went in looking for parts they told me I didnt know what I was talking about even though I showed them photos & a parts list from the manufacturer their response being Ive been in this business for blah blah years, etc I ended up leaving disgusted & not buying parts from them. I have had this experience before but still came back but, this time, I went to their competitors winnelson & got such professional service that Ive decided to no longer use neenan. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they do have 1 or 2 decent staff members but after getting treated poorly again & again they have lost my business..

They lie to you and delivered my hot water heater, but left it out side for some one to take. I asked if they could put it in the basement and the guy said no. 🤔

Very very very bad people they lied to you constantly tell you one thing offered to help you out and then back out of it and way overcharges people for supplies and also has bad people representing their company and disrespecting their company saying they all are horrible people to work for do not use this company you would be smarter to go somewhere else they are worthless when it comes to plumbing supplies everything I bought for them has broke multiple times or they have sold me the wrong stuff on multiple occasions and their customer service is not at all worthy of any customers to ever go there this place needs to be shut down very disrespectful and do not stand by any of there warranties
