I would give more stars if allowed...! Great People! Great Quality Mirrors! Great Prices (best in town and even if you try to order via amazon or an online mirror company)! Super FAST turnaround! I ordered three 4ft x 6ft mirrors and their turnaround time was superb...! Not to mention great quality delivery if you need it!!! I couldnt be happier with the team at Gate City Glass. Dont bother looking elsewhere - just call Gate City Glass with any mirror or glass needs you have!

Took plain window in for new glass. Promised in a week-10 days. Two weeks later still no window due to batching problem at order. They sent to Manhattan,Ks with special coating order so tough luck by family rep @ this family owned business. Meantime my 2nd floor is open to elements critters, and another Rockhurst University baseball. ( why it broke )Edited 10/27 ~ 3 wks now - STILL no repaired window that they allegedly ordered from Janko windows ( who could not find order when I called last week & referred me back to Gate City Glass to ask where it was) and so was without a 2nd floor window thru last weeks rain & yesterdays snow

This is the place to go! Super friendly, quality work at fair prices. I mistakenly tried another local glass shop before coming here --- the other shop wanted more money and 1 week turn around time for a single pane storm window. Gate City offered to replace the glass while I waited, charged a fair price, and was super pleasant to deal with with

INCREDIBLE SERVICE. My business got a window smashed in at 2:50am on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I called the after hours number and someone was down to fix the issue within the hour. HIGHLY recommend anyone like this who delivers what they promise. They are now our preferred glass company for both of our business (and my home) locations.
