I had one of the GREATEST customer service experience this company. They were VERY patient with me as well knowledgeable. I had original wanted a beveled glass top for my dresser. The pros and cons of this choice was explained on a straightforward level to me. I will be ordering glass tops for my nightstands from this company. I give them a AAA.

I have to agree, Southtown Glass is one of Kansas Citys best kept secrets. I needed a windshield upper weather strip replaced, and resealed, on my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer. I had water leaking on the inside, every time I washed it, or when it rained. Id tried having the weather strip replaced by three different places, with only temporary success. Finally I went to Southtown Glass, and they were able to repair it, just like new, and at a very affordable price. Thank you Southtown Glass. Im glad I choose to do business with you all.

They did me a fantastic job, I called 10 other glass shops trying to get a windshield made for my 1980 Allegro motor home, with no luck, Southtown Glass is the only one that would make it , they were prompt in making it, and it was a good price, I also had them cut the safety glass for my side window, with the same results.
