The best Whole Foods I’ve ever seen. It’s huge and immaculate. Great quality produce and seafood.

This is a ‘good’ Whole Foods in the sense that they have a good hot food selection, as well as quality sections of seafood and meat, in addition to a good liquor section. It’s also nice as this store doesn’t feel that large, but still have everything you would expect from a city Whole Foods. The only issue here is the parking can be tight.

Always find the store clean and well stocked with everything I need and some things unexpectedly I find new. This trip I always buy my Valentines roses from Whole Foods they have the best prices and selections.

I adore Whole Foods in general and this location does an awesome job of putting customers first. I wasnt sure if I would like a certain type of cheese that retailed for a high cost. When the cheese monger saw me debating, he spoke with me and then put an on the house sticker on it. Customer service and care are their top priority and Im a repeat customer because of it.Ive also since gone back and bought that cheese -- cypress moon, for those interested--it was awesome!

Didnt post this immediately, sorry to say I cant be too specific but there was a uniqueness about this whole foods i liked-i think food selection. Im not from this region, was traveling. Service, cleanliness, social, vibe was all, maybe slightly beyond Whole Foods Standards. It was busy too. Mask up!!

Brand new store with lots of parking, great options for produce and very clean. Im not a fan of the meat department given Ive watched stores literally pull frozen items out of the freezer and then place them in the fresh never frozen section of the meat counter for $4 more per pound so I only trust my meat selection to quality butchers. Prices are reasonable and quality is typically very great here. Highly recommended (except for meat purchases).

I just love this store. Its clean and has the most freshest food ever. This store is AMAZING!!!!

I love this whole foods. Their seafood is excellent, on Fridays Oysters on a half shell are a dollar. Their sushi is excellent and they have great local finds. When their restaurant opens back up, their burgers and wine are great.

Nice store layout with great produce. Sale prices are usually a good deal for organic produce. If you have an Amazon prime membership the sales are even better. Staff is friendly. This Whole Foods has a Ruby Jeans juice kiosk for fresh juices and smoothies. Nice open view on the upper deck to sit and enjoy a coffee. The parking lot can be a bit chaotic during busy times.

Place is terrible. I go in to buy a few things and decided to take a few shots of the store (that was being use to promote the place as i have had cool experiences up until now). A guy who was probably  5 ft 2 starts harassing about something that is about as common as breathing air recording.He tells me that it was not appropriate yet online you can find film of whole foods all over the place AND; they do not have a cellphone policy listed. I asked the guy where in their policy suggest that YOU CANNOT RECORD OR TAKE PICTURES and he said he did not know so apparently he just made it up for the sake of being right. He then asked me to leave because i asked him to show me the policy.I mean its whole foods, very easy not to go back again period no matter where its at.

A few things I wanted werent stocked, but it was late in the day. The cashier was very patient with me and kind.

Produce is fresh and well organized. I do wish they have a dried chilli selection. Customer service is always great. They now have their hot deli reopen and it all looks sooo good.

Awesome location in the heart of the city.Next-door to UMKC, and right across the street from the plaza, this location is perfect. Tons of parking including a parking garage. This location is built into the floor level of apartments. Tons of fresh options as well as prepared foods. The prime discount is awesome. Make sure you download the app.

What an amazing array of fresh & frozen items. The arrangement of produce, meat, and nonperishables is reminiscent of art (aesthetically pleasing) at the Nelson Atkins Museum. The selection of deli items and prepared foods was marvelous. I purchased comestibles that I have never had before. The quality and quantity of novel and staple products was admirable. The employees were extremely friendly. You cannot miss the store, it is conveniently located with ample parking. Best of all, if you are am Amazon Prime member, as I am, you save additional hard earned dollars!

Im here now and its phenomenal!! The energy is great and the food is wonderful! There is so many vegan options and gluten free options itll make your head spin. And the organic produce selection is wonderful as well!! Makes sense that this is called Whole Foods because I feel complete!!

Extremely helpful staff willing to go the extra mile to satisfy ones requests. Always freah produce and their meat and seafood selections are always top-notch. Great cheese selections.

Why too expensive... Otherwise, GREAT selection and wonderful vegitarian and vegan options.

There is no greater experience in the world than to walk into a grocery store and before you even see the produce and fruit be able to smell its freshness right from the start! I dont never want to go into a grocery again that you cant smell the essence of the fresh fruit before you get to it!

Just went in to make a return on an Amazon Purchase, this place is so HUGH. I guess I had that deer caught the headlights look about me because security called me over and without me asking, directed me straight to the location I was seekin.

Went to return my Amazon package. But the staff I encountered were friendly. Store seemed clean and well stocked.

Its always great to shop at Whole Foods for a lot of fresh or packaged organic and vegan stuff.

This market is very conveniently located near umkc campus. Extensive selection of somewhat difficult to find gourmet foods. The produce displays are attractive. Near 8 PM my wife and I dropped in to grab a quick meal from the massive food bar. At this time most of the food other than the salad bar did not look fresh and was mostly gone. I was surprised that at $10 a pound the food bars were not well stocked and 4 napkin dispensers all empty! As a result we selected two slices of pizza and some hot soup. The soup was very tasty but the pizza was quite unimpressive. If I had known I would be stuck in one of only 3 check out lines for over 10 minutes I would have gone to pizza 51 at the end of the block instead!

I have tried to give their 365 products a chance, however the last handful of items Ive purchased have had this chemical or fishy odor. They were all prepackaged dry goods, but the packaging just smells odd.They all tasted a little off as well.Its just been the 365 goods, the other items seem to smell okay thankfully.

I love Whole foods for their product, however I am not a big fan of the current way lines are ran. I understand that Covid requires social distancing, however more checkers are needed is lines are going to wrap around half the store.

Overall great selection of products! However, given our current situation (COVID), it would be nice if all baked goods were completely sealed or covered. The baked goods prepared and placed in the cellophane bags arent sealed. I wasnt comfortable purchasing any of them after noticing that. Sealing them would also ensure freshness, as they sit on display.

They carry good organic stuffs. The staffs are nice and they have good selections of salad bar. They also have beer bar that you can drink on site

Arrived at the market after missing my way a few times, but it took me a few minutes to get everything done. Service personnel was awesome.

Over priced considerably and now jeff bezos owns the place so it’s kind of creepy buying stuff from that guy. Half of the workers are great and the other half are impatient and rude. Vegan options kid of such too!

The produce needed to be checked more often....plenty of moldy roma tomatoes..had to switch out from Several paper/cardboard baskets..to make two good baskets of toms. The prices are high on some products. But the variety of what is in the store was great!

I have a confusing relationship with While foods. They need to be better about staffing checkouts at this location but stock is always available and they have the artisanal ingredients I love. I dont love the layout and prefer the older Whole foods but the food is always exceptional. End of the day is 5 stars at this location. My personal bias aside.

Terrible customer service and the people that work her were very rude to my family and I! The cashier didn’t even say anything to us besides the total and made it clear that we were not welcome! Ridiculous! Natural Grocers is way better and has better quality organic food with much nicer people!

I Love Whole Foods Market. Its fresh food and its in a lovely neighbor close to home. Only thing is their lines are extremely long at times so be prepared to wait for a little bit.

Beware if you order online, and as bad as the quality is online I would be careful in store as well. I have ordered three times. The first time there were no hitches, and everything was great. I thought I had found a great way to get my shopping done, I use Amazon all the time anyway, and I get healthy stuff without temptation in the isles. Best of all I dont have to deal with crazy liberals and their masks since its being delivered.It went down hill from there. The last two times the produce was in really bad shape. My last cantaloupe was covered in mold, and had random super soft spots all the way around. I ordered salsa that came with the plastic seal broken and was covered in mold. My first grapefruit was fantastic, but the second time they look like they were bruised up enough that Im sure the other guy won the fight they were in. The onions were ok, and the lettuce and even bananas were good. The point is either they dont care about the customers and deliver the worst in the isle, or they have bad produce.

First time shopping here. The produce aisle is beautiful. Everything is displayed so well. Went looking for an Agave wine that I had recently tried and Whole Foods is the only place in KC that has it. Also found some sun dried tomatoes with olives while I was waiting on line bonus! I will definitely be back to explore and not just for the wine.

Staff was always super nice and constantly working to make the store beautiful and stay functioning. Sale items would always go fast. They are doing a wonderful job with COVID-19 protocols.

Convenient and the area around it seems nice to live in. Vegetable selection is usually what I go for here along with chicken and cheese items. Always tastes fresh and seems like a decent corporate model for understanding where food is sourced from. You can definitely tell a positive difference in chicken here as opposed to a super cheap pack from Walmart. Is a little more expensive but thats a reasonable trade-off for most items they sell. This is my second stop after the farmers market.

I ordered a Thanksgiving meal from this Whole Foods and it was absolutely delicious. For someone who doesn’t love to cook, this is a great option. The process picking it up on Thanksgiving day was smooth and easy too.

It was cool. A nice selection of healthy food with a good overall feel in the store. However, some of the Caucasian workers need to work on their customer service skills when it comes to dealing with other ethnicities. The cashiers were very rude.

Helpful meat counter and deli employees, friendly cashier and greeter. The only sad thing that happened was I let a person with only 1 item line jump ahead of me as the lines were long...but no thank you or acknowledgement ...just an attitude of entitlement .....that said, the store and its staff were great.

I ordered online for delivery here for an item that the shopper would have had to ask a store member for (stuff like meat and seafood.) they claimed it was out of stock and did not contact me. I contacted customer service because the item showed up as in stock on the website. So I drove down there (half hour away) and guess what! It wasn’t out of stock! So don’t order from here for pick up or delivery. I ordered through their app so I know it wasn’t a communication issues. It was laziness and dishonesty plain and simple.

The staff is being safe, with all the recommended COVID precautions. They are carrying all the best products, even more than other local markets. While the buffets are shut down, they are still producing fabulous and tasty take-aways.

Always a pleasant shopping experience. Very few stores in my area carry a gluten free line. One of my favorite places to shop.

Parking lot at this location is TERRIBLE! Utilize the parking garage if possible. In store experience was fine. The directional markings on the floor are confusing.

They have a parking garage for shoppers and thats where I normally park my car. Once inside youll see that they have a nice selection of fruit and vegetables. I mostly come here to get my RX Almond butter packets and some others snacks which they are always stocked up. They have a cheese area thats pretty interesting too. Cool place to go if youre hungry.
