Great coffee, the Croissant were not warm but I asked the guy to warm it up and it came out great so an A+ for that. the Mixberry and cheese pastry is absolutely amazing! If you are visiting KC and looking for a place to breakfast and good coffee this is the place for it. Also is inside the Union Station, very nice venue!

We took a weekend trip to KC and had to catch an early train out of Union Station. We were so glad there was a place we could grab breakfast. We ended up getting fruit and pastries. The fruit was delicious and fresh and the pastries were to die for. The mixed berry cream cheese danish is the best danish I have ever had! They also have a croissant cinnamon roll that blew our mind! Highly recommend them to anyone. Not to mention the bonus of them being located in the breathtaking Union Station.

Just had a breakfast sandwich for lunch. Awesome! Great, friendly service.

One of the best coffee shop experiences I have ever had! I wish I got his name but the gentleman that helped us was phenomenal. He was so kind and bubbly; we could tell he really loved his job. Will definitely stop when we visit KC again.

Flavored latte was super good. They have nondairy options, soy, almond and oat milk . The almond croissant was the best Ive ever had.

This cafe is very convenient when youre getting on an early train and need a good quick breakfast and quality coffee. They also have lots of sandwiches you could purchase and take with you on the train for later.

Their site says they open at 8am. Its now 8:41 and no one there. Ive been here for almost 2 hours waiting on the IRS office to let me inside & this is the only coffee house in union station that accepts mobile pay. I understand that this isnt a normal situation, and given the covid regulations theres no where to sit unless youre a buying customer.....so waiting around with nothing to do and no coffee at 8am is not pleasant.

Very good local coffee roaster in the historic environment of Union Station. Parisi was our daily stop during our stay and far better than anything in the Crown Center and just a short walk away through The Link walkway. As others have mentioned it’s a great place to people watch and there’s some great fine dining nearby at Pierpont’s.

Goat cheese and fig croissants are a perfect pairing with a latte.

Its a small quaint cafe thats located in the right spot! It has great coffee and a great staff! Everyone is nice and polite! I have no complaints!☺ Keep rocking on and keeping us warm inside and out with the delicious coffee💕.!

The chai latte has a very heavy spice to it which I like but their coffee selection is very limited, as far as buying a bag is concerned.

The breakfast chorizo burrito is great. Coffe is amazing. The staff makes the place.

Great place to grab a Cup and enjoy a breakfast pastry in the middle of u job station they serve decent coffee and amazing baked goods if you dont enjoy sitting out in Union station you can go around the baristas and sit in a very quiet spot behind the cafe where you can get access to electrical outlets. Nice friendly staff happy people. They also have juice and some salad sandwich stuff for someone on the go looking for a quick lunch bite.

#1. I like the fact that it is Kansas City based. By local, stay local.....when you can. I always say.A bag is in my fridge.This location is sharp, really polished and very moderne. Perfect for our crown jewel of a train station. I have come in and out on many an occasion and always stop for some latte art.Always a nice person behind the counter and always very clean.Nice job!

Parisi is the best!! I work in Union Station so I visit the cafe there quite often. The employees are always super friendly and they make delicious drinks. The plastic cups they have are actually plant based and biodegradable and they now even have strawless lids! If you do need a straw though, it’s also plant based! They offer milk alternatives such as almond and oat milk, and the cafe itself has a nice, relaxing atmosphere. If you’re ever in Union Station I definitely recommend checking it out!!

I got a latte. It was okay, the syrup was so artificial tasting and there was way too much of it!

The crew here are fast, friendly, and truly interested in giving you some good coffee with a good experience. I work nearby and walk over for coffee multiple times per week. There are other coffee options nearby, but Paris has yet to give me a reason to use those.

We always get our hot drinks here when we come to Union Station. I like that their cafenated drinks are not sweet, you actually can taste coffee. People that work there are always nice and friendly and very efficient.

I love this place. Good coffee and a very friendly staff. The pastries are always really good and if you have time to sit you can watch all the people catching a train. One of the best spots in the city to people watch.But the coffee is great, especially the seasonal flavors. This is the only place I actually enjoy pumpkin spice because its subtle and delicious, not sugary and chemical.

I love love love the coffee beans here. Smoothest coffee ever and its my favorite; thats the only reason I keep going back because the customer service is hit or miss. Some days the staff is great and friendly and other days its like they could care less what you say when you order and when they reply- like having a conversation with a cats paw. How about even asking our names to call out our coffee is ready??? [Note* They could also use a really good cleaning of the entire little space.]

Had the best cafe mocha I have had in years here. The BEST in years. Definitely 5 stars on that. A great little place to get a quick coffee.The only reason it didnt get 5 stars was the staff. The service was alright, but they all looked like they would rather be working anywhere else.

Absolutely awful. The guy at the counter was friendly and knowledgeable. He told me that a large cappuccino for here came in a round porcelain cup. It matters so that the espresso and milk can blend together and allow for a reasonable temperature.Then the woman making it ruined the entire experience. The espresso was terrible and flavorless, the milk was scorched, the foamed milk was entirely the wrong texture and they served it in a large to-go cup without asking me. On top of the product itself, the woman kept giving me and everyone in my family very rude looks without saying anything. She forgot to make a drink for someone else in my party and failed to actually announce when any of the drinks were done.Overall, terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Parisis espresso roast is spot on. I know its personal preference but most enthusiasts will agree.Side note: Take the time to walk around and appreciate the art on the walls while your beverage is crafted by one the talented baristas.

I visit Parisi pretty regularly on my lunch break. Excellent coffee and professional, knowledgeable staff.My only complaint is the atmosphere, which is clean and urban, all brushed aluminum and trendy fixtures. Theres nothing inherently wrong with that, though; its just not to my particular taste.

I just had a cinnamon roll from Parisi and never have I ever had one as good, golden CRISPY ALL THE WAY INSIDE AND OUT , normally CINNAMON ROLLS ARE Doughy , Not this one .BEST EVER .

The smell of coffee really draws you in. The selection is pretty good for such a small space. They have a few options other than coffee. Cold brew has a good kick.

Their location is really cool, but the seating is bad and the coffee is just OK. I judge coffee places by their cold brew, and here it was pretty bitted, especially compared to Messenger or Heirloom Bakery. The food selection was also very small (also compared to the other places I mentioned). In a pinch this is fine, but it felt like an off-brand coffee stall in an airport terminal in all the worst ways.

Baristas were very friendly and greeted me quickly. I ordered a large latte and it was barely warm. I hope next time I visit they will warm the milk a little longer so I can enjoy their coffee nice and hot like it should be!

Im a big Parisi fan. Good location in a busy building, good coffee, good baristas. Worth stopping in for excellent coffee if you find yourself in Union Station.

The choices here are abundant and delicious. Prices are too high and coffee sizes are smaller than most places in Kansas City. Staff is competent but not particularly friendly.

Dont be fooled by the multiple brew methods that this place is up to the standard of national third wave coffee chains (Blue Bottle, Stumptown, etc). Theyre further still from pioneering cafes. They serve sea foam cappucinos here at Parisi. I cant comment on their other drinks. At least theyre pretty quick. A better nearby option, that still isnt ideal, is the Roasterie.

Their roasts are actually really good, and the suggestions from the barista led me to purchase a pour over setup. The only qualm I had is they do not do flights or tastings on site.

Terrible tasting cup of coffee. I ordered their daily special, and my husband ordered an espresso. Both coffees tasted awful. The espresso was severely bitter, and the daily brew was both bitter and artificial tasting. The kids had a hot chocolate which they seemed to enjoy.

Great coffee, somewhat pricey for the size of coffee served, though its the only coffee bar in Union Station.

Got an Indonesian pour-over. Wasnt very impressed. It tasted a bit burnt. The baristas didnt seem to know much about their beans. I probably hit them at a bad time but unfortunately cant recommend it after that round.

Solid 4-star third-wave shop. I made a point to visit during travels across the country since a USBC champion cut his teeth here. The barista on my visit was courteous and pulled a quality shot but lacked the experience and style I expected. But the way, dont bother with the Horchata special. I appreciate that the concentrate is housemade, but it didnt mix well. All said though, better than the green monster or other mass-production outlets.
