Cute lobby with a variety of seating. Convenient drive through in the back too. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! I got the Campfire iced coffee with dark chocolate and it was delicious.

This place has great blended coffee beverages, and hot coffee inside the gas station from the machines. I feel lucky about this place because from Monday through Friday there is happy hour here and probably other locations too, and there is also inexpensive coffee Monday in the gas station.The gas station also has a punch card every time you buy a beverage here. Man this place is has terrific quality service. I enjoy coming back here over and over again.

I really enjoy going here every morning for my crafted press. There’s an older lady who works the drive thru frequently and she just makes my morning. I genuinely look forward to coming each morning. My drink is always perfect, and my sandwiches are always hot.

No more for me! Been going here twice a week for the last month out of those visits 4 of them have been bad and I wont be going back.Todays visit the latte I ordered tasted like hot milk my wifes did also had to take it home and add coffee. The time before that there was so much ice in my large coffee Im guessing it was a 3/4 cup of liquid altogether. Another trip was given dairy milk (that Im allergic to) in the coffee instead of the almond milk I asked for so not only did was I not able to drink it but the small amount I did drink made me sick for the day. Going to Caribou because Starbucks is too political.

(this review is for yesterday during happy hour) Lattes and Caps were delicious!My first time checking the place out, since I love me a good cappuccino and like to support businesses. The reason Im giving it a 1 star is because of the customer service. No one greeted you like a coffee shop would, no one was friendly. It was like no one wanted to be at work or something. I tipped and didnt get a thanks. FYI a simple thank you goes a long way.More than likely not coming back to this location again. I rather make the extra drive to the liberty lotion or the one off of Lucerne Ave.

I have been here several days in the last week, not ONCE have I gotten the correct breakfast item I ordered; I order turkey bacon sandwich and Ive gotten a ham sandwich and a regular bacon sandwich. The coffee tastes terrible and if I go inside, they serve the drive thru line first, REGARDLESS of if I have ordered before a car even has showed up

Have stopped at this location many times but never treated the way we were today, 10-1-20. My wife, grandson and I were there at 3:30 p.m. (buy one, get one free) when we ordered two drinks and expected to get two free. My wife ordered a caramel high rise and I ordered a medium light roast. My grandson ordered a hot chocolate. The medium light roast and hot chocolate arrived and then the caramel high rise. My wife waited for the other caramel high rise and when she asked about it, the server said okay. Then we waited for at least another 5 minutes and no high rise. When my wife went to ask again, she was told she hadnt ordered two high rises, only three drinks. Now this is after she initially asked if it was buy one, get one and was told it was. Now they dont give you a receipt, nor is one offered. They just keep piling up behind the plexiglass screen in front of the cash register. You would think any good customer service would be to grant my wifes request for the second high rise, but no, just a terse You only ordered three drinks. If youre looking for customer service here, you wont find it. You should go elsewhere!

Tried to buy an egg and double cheese on a biscuit. I got egg, cheese and sausage on a biscuit. I asked to change it. I got egg and cheese. Why didn’t the staff let me know that they have everything prepared so I could leave happy. They had to ruin my morning. Thanks a lot.... You can find your egg and one cheese in the trash

They always do the right order. Sometimes their phone input for the rewards doesn’t work though so it’s better if you have the app. They do not do remote ordering though.

The menu font is too small and the staff doesnt help, even when asked. Also, overpriced. Tastes generically okay.

Very, very good. I enjoy Caribou more than I enjoy Starbucks. I have recently been getting their coconut mango black tea. It is delicious and satisfies my craving for coconut milk tea. I also enjoy their raspberry sea salt cold press coffee, I just wish I could get it in decaf.

I was just in the St. Clair Ave. Caribou and had a delightful experience. The women in there are so much fun and so friendly. Barista Paula made my White Chocolate Mocha-HOT. It was one of the best I have had had in a LONG time. I love that they use white choco-chips rather than flavored syrup! The best part of the cup, it was HOT! It stayed HOT for a while. Usually, I ask for extra HOT at other coffee shops and get the same old cup as everyone else. GREAT JOB Paula! She is just a friendly and jovial person, so much so, it just bubbles over in her work!

The Turkey bacon mini is just healthy enough for my non-glabladder having self to have. I love their light roast. Not everywhere carries a light roast, its usually just medium and dark, so Im glad to have the higher caffeine light roast option.

Being a member of Caribou/Einstein family, I stopped by as we do not have Caribou in Maryland yet. I was very happy with the service and food/drink I received. They are doing a good job here from what I can tell. Keep up the good work team!

They were some of the kindest employees I have interacted with in quite awhile. Me being from out of town I did not know the menu or what to expect. But the baristas simply smiled and asked what I normally get when I go to other places. While they could not offer me what I get back home, they found the closest thing they could. And not only were they polite, but it tastes great as well! Would go again!

A North woods coffee brand that this NorthWoods male really enjoys. Chose the Campfire Mocha, cause I havent had one for sometime, it went down well. Will do it again some day, maybe soon while West of the Mississippi and very near the wide Missouri.

Caramel apple blast is awesome! Just wish it had whipped cream and caramel on top like in St Joe and Liberty.

I love going to this place for something different. The location in the actual Hyvee always has a sample of some kind of iced drink (hot or cold). Nice to sample drinks to see if you like it! Very good.Recently I went to the location that is next to the hyvee gas station and wanted to try the raspberry green tea bubble tea. It sounded good and kinda interesting. They didnt have the bubbles. I got it without the bubbles and they took off like 80 cents. It was pretty good without them but I wanna try with.Went back few days later and asked for same thing, still out if the bubbles. They need to put up a sign. Theyre advertising the bubble tea and dont even have it. Kinda disappointing.

I love Caribou, best coffee chain in my opinion. It was busier than expected on a Friday afternoon, but the employees were kind and helpful as always!

Ordered a small mocha and small cappuccino. The mocha was great but the cappuccino was literally a half cup of black coffee. I went back to ask them to fix it and they proceeded to explain to me that this black coffee with foam was supposed to be a cappuccino. As if I have never ordered a cappuccino ever before...complete incompetence.

I come here to study often and they are always kind and helpful. It is usually not super busy inside as they have a drive thru. Nice atmosphere and super friendly staff!

Caribou Coffee is overall higher quality when compared to Starbucks. Its conveniently placed within Hy-Vee itself, and has a coffee shop next to the gas station with a door between the two for seamless movement between the two. Staff is always friendly, always greeting with warm smiles which adds to the warm, cozy atmosphere thats tailored more towards the hip crowd, but older people can enjoy it as well!

The chili mocha is absolutely top notch! We dont have a Caribou down near us, but I know what Im ordering when I see one!

Caribou is one of my favorite coffees, hands down. This particular coffee shop has fantastic atmosphere, friendly and conscientious baristas, and an extremely convenient location.

This place is not inside Hyvee (not sure if theres one in there also) but this Turtle Mocha is so delicious and has a quality taste. The atmosphere is nice to study here and they have really nice furniture and a fireplace!

The girls that work here are so friendly. I love it when people take proud in the service that they provide.

Consist and friendly. . Great coffee and live the usually quiet atmosphere inside and the space. Its a nice despite to work or visit friends.

They gave me the wrong drink and my sandwich was cold, and they were only accepting cash when I went. It also took almost 10 minutes to get through the line and 5 more to wait for my food when there was only 2 cars in front of me.

So I have resisted writing a review but I cannot hold back anymore. The coffee is excellent and the staff very friendly, but someone needs to get this place in order. I am up at 4 am every day and by 6, need a coffee. Everytime I go there for my early morning coffee, the credit card machines are down. Do you all not want business? How is this possible that a business in the 21st century is operating on cash only...? So needless to say I will be going 100% to panera down the road, there food is more affordable and tastes better too.

This is a nice comfortable place to sit,drink a coffee and relax.This is better then Starbucks,not as busy.You can actually sit and think,not noisy.Prices vary,but im on their email list so sometimes cheaper.They even serve food.I went back in March of this year but their was a homeless guy they kicked out although he was paying for his coffee.I havent been back since.
