Went there at 10am. They said their guy would be there by 11am. I didn’t get diagnosed until 3:30pm. They said it would be 15 min to complete and they wouldn’t guarantee their work. I had them start. I had them pull my car around at 4:30 with the job incomplete. Also they charge a hidden 3% tax if you use a credit card. Please don’t waste your time and money and go somewhere else.

Was told to be there at 10am the night before by an employee to get my truck tinted I arrived 15 mins early to be told that I would have to drop my vehicle off for the entire day they were already working on other carsif this is how you run your business tell people in advance before they drive 30 mins and waste their time communication is key in business and it seems to be lacking at this one.

I dropped off my 12 inch kicker solo baric, amp wire kit, & 1200 watt kicker amp to get installed for an Infiniti. Took about 4-5 hours and it sounds amazing! Thank you!

Ceja, the manager/owner (?)Was very hospitable in a friendly, yet business like manner. I was there to have a side vent window tinted that a Northeast glass replacement company had lied and said they had got and installed the correct part. I did not realize that I had been misled till I saw the glass in daylight. Noticeably clear in between original privacy tinted windows on my SUV. I am extremely relieved and happy with the quick service, good price, and quality of workmanship at Aztec on Truman Road in Old Northeast.

It was good customer service but really bad quality they scratched my windows when they removed my tint.Yes they were little scratches but whenever I took it to the place I noticed there was a lot more and a lot bigger and different places yes you did give me my money back and I knew They were some scratches but it wasn’t as bad as it is now

I’m extremely disappointed with the service that I got here. I did not get what I paid for. I paid $170 to have an amp kit installed that I bought from them, they spliced the amp and my aftermarket subs into my car factory sub. This is in a Cadillac, So when I turn the music on my subs aftermarket comes on but also the car factory sub comes on and rattles like crazy. When I questioned them about this, they told me specifically that some of my stereo equipment must be faulty. I took my car in the same exact stereo equipment to another shop they tested my stereo equipment, told me everything was fine and explained that they should’ve never tapped in to the factory sub and they should’ve ran and spliced in to a door speaker and everything would’ve worked fine. Basically for the $170 that I paid I got stereo equipment that was hooked up to my factory sub, which is a very amateur mistake. I write this place is one star because I’m not happy with the service at $170 is a lot of money for me, I’m sorry I just can’t recommend this place, possibly if they make it right with me, but at this time one star is all I can give

I went yesterday to get my subwoofers installed and they did a great job, very responsive and had the car done in 2-3 hours while getting other vehicles done as well. Impressed

Had my windows tinted there a week ago very good job very friendly staff having subs and amp installed today came in late in the day around 5pm and they still got me in today for the install. Took my vehicle to get tinted, and they were doing body work in the same area. Took the car in super clean, got it back dirty with soapy water runs all over the car and coated with bondo dust. Looks like i took the car through the Sahara desert.

I was an installer here abs I can tell you from personal experience that the only problem anybody might experience here is a Spanish/English language barrier. David and his wife Maria, do a great job running the shop and doing installs! All the work is covered by a warranty of some kind and, they honor it. I hope theyre doing well since I left there!

Brought in a stereo, mount and wiring harness to be installed in my 97 Escort. Repair was done quickly and efficiently. Ill definitely be going back for other car audio repairs.

Went there to get my windows tinted. On the phone they told me $129. Then after they got done they told me they haven’t done that price for 5 years, and that it would be $149. It’s still cheaper than most places, but it’s frustrating that they hit me with the bait and switch. Their office area also has no heat so I was freezing for over four hours.
