My husband and I were so grateful at how willing they were able to work with us through a few challenges to help us get a beautiful truck! personal and professional service are a must for a business to be successful but the fact that they went the extra mile to make us feel so welcome and worked through those challenges with us made all the difference.I was hesitant to go to a smaller dealership instead of a chain dealership but I am happy to admit I was wrong. The one on one attention, knowledge from TJ and support from the staff was truly genuine. 10/10 would recommend.

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!! Beware do NOT buy a car from this dealer. They sold us a vehicle and told us it would pass inspection and was all in great working condition. With in days of driving off the engine light came on and when we took it to get a inspection were told it needed $1000 worth of repairs to pass. Then the dealer told us none of it was covered under their so called warranty and that they didn’t have to have their cars pass inspection to sell them since they are a Kansas Dealer and told me I was a liar and out of luck. This is a disgrace and so are the men who will look you in the face and lie to get your money!!!!

They sold me a 2005 trailblazer LT on my way home the check engine light came on. I took it in to a mechanic and my cam sensor position switch was out and my speed sensor left side was out. They never told me. Have it checked out by a mechanic first before buying. I drove from Omaha Nebraska. Buyers beware!

My experience with Used Car Stars wasnt good. The issue with this deanship that I had is that they clearly went out of their way to hide a major issue from me. On the vehicle I purchased a Cam shaft phaser was bad which means that in order to hear the noise (grinding near the top of the engine due to not retaining oil in the upper portion of the engine) you only hear it on a cold start and it takes a couple hours to make the noise again (Once all the oil drains back down). This issue was present the second I bought the car. In order to make sure I never heard the loud grinding the dealer started it before I test drove one day and then before I drove it to a mechanic to inspect it the next day. I would not have bought this car if I had known the obvious defect that the dealership clearly knew about. I would recommend staying away from this dealership...

Just tried to roll through real quick to see what they had, and was basically chased off the lot. “YOU TRYNA BUY SOMETHIN’?” was how I was greeted, and then told I couldn’t drive on the lot for “insurance reasons”. Absolute jokers.

Told me they would hold a car for me. Took off work. Got the cash and called again to tell them I was on my way. They said okay and to come in. Pull into the lot 20 minutes later and sold it as I was pulling in. Really sucked. Now I have to make up my time at work for nothing.
