Antonio did a great job got me in range on payments on the car I wanted and didnt offer thing or tell me odd increase with thing I told him I am not wanting like a cosigner. I like he didnt push a cosigner even though its easier. He help me get what I was aiming for.

Bought a Jeep Wrangler from the dealership. After about two weeks my check engine light came on and the car started driving rough. I sent texts and called Beth the person I bought it from with no response. Also reported it when I went to pick up my title and was told they’d call me to arrange something. Fast forward a couple months and nothing was done and then my transmission went out. They refuse to do anything to help and have Informer me I will be responsible for the cost of the transmission which was quoted at about 4K. Do not do business with them especially Chris the GM who will talk down to you and will offer nothing to fix the situation.

Worked with Andrew to get our new to us vehicle. He was super patient with us and offered an absolutely zero pressure experience. We went in knowing we needed a mid size SUV, but needed a lot of help narrowing down make and model. Andrew got us in a lot of cars over two days and and as our criteria narrowed down or shifted, he found us vehicles to evaluate that fit those criteria. If they had vehicles that were close, but fell short on our ideals for price or mileage, he was upfront about it and that was really appreciated. We were able to make an informed decision and I was really pleased with the experience.With regards to their Covid safety measures, Andrew and the other representative that we worked directly with were both excellent about mask wearing and appropriate distance, but these measures were not uniformly practiced among all staff. We were moved to a glass walled office to do final financial paperwork where I had seen multiple employees standing in close proximity with no or improperly worn masks over the last hour. To their credit, the rep who was helping us immediately found a computer terminal back out in the open space where we could finish our paperwork and did so without making it an issue. He stressed that he wanted to make sure that we were comfortable throughout our experience.Overall, we feel that we came home with a very nice vehicle at an extremely competitive price.

Worst dealership ever. bought a car from the beginning it had problems they fixed it up to this point it was great 3 weeks later car had the same problem now they don’t want anything to do with the car.the manager Scott has no type of respect for customers he straight up said “not my car not my problem.”

Tanya was great, very personable, and remembered what I was looking for in a car. She didn’t waste time showing me stuff that didn’t meet my needs. The car I picked out had a few issues that should have been done when the dealership took the car in. The wiper blade was completely disintegrated (this was replaced upon my request). The cabin air filter had obviously not been replaced in a loooooong time. The automatic unlock feature is not working, and the Bluetooth hands free buttons are hit or miss. The drivers side door handle makes an odd clicking noise when opening and closing. The weather stripping on the drivers side was damaged.I was told that there are some things that are just going to be this way because the car is 8 years old.Edit: I just found out tonight that the passenger door, while locked, can still be opened without a key. I feel like I’m starting to find more and more each day that is making me regret this purchase. I have reached out to Tanya and will hopefully be able to get this resolved soon, as I am currently stuck with an unsecure car.

Yes my name is Marianna Palmisano we just bought a car from Premier preowned actually my son bought the son the car nice people to work with, but he’s only had the car for a few days and last night my son called and said mom the right window won’t go up or down he called to explain what was going on and basically said that’s not their problem and he’s had the car for a little over 24 hours and he just pay for insurance for that car. So what this is telling me is they’ll get your business be really great to you and then when something goes wrong with the car you just bought that they are not willing to work with you to fix the problem. I find that very unprofessional of what they did and I think it should be fixed,

They installed incorrect tires, on a car that was being looked at, smaller tires. Therefore throwing off the odometer and speedometer, makes you speed when youre not and adds mileage that youre truly not. Sales manager was unwilling to correct this mistake. Was set on purchasing said vehicle if they would make reasonable accommodations. Overall very unimpressed with professionalism of management. Salesman Devin was superb, never going back based on one man worrying about profit over safety.

Amazing experience with Kamyar. The whole process was fast and easy.

They had the exact car I wanted for a great price.However, when I went to test drive it, the battery was dead and required jump starting which of course concerned me. It was also very dirty on the inside. These should have been red flags but they promised to fix both before I came back to buy it.It was a price that could not be beat, so I bought the car. The next day, when I went to pick it up they had cleaned it a little, not replaced the battery as promised and lost the spare key that was there the day before. They assured me both would be taken care of. I went a head and took it home because I’d driven an hour to get there.After a week and several attempts, my salesman was saying there was no key. After calling the sales manager and arguing with him, I received a text from the salesman asking why “I couldn’t just be happy with the key I had.” I then threatened legal action for failure to meet the terms of the sale. Things straightened up after that and the salesman personally paid for a new key.I was willing to forego the battery issue until a week into owning my nearly brand new car the battery was dead. Thankfully, they mailed me a check for the battery. I would never ever ever buy a car from this dealership again.Also as others have mentioned the food pantry and extra fee “to provide for the community” is shady. It’s not charity if your customers are shouldering the burden.

My girlfriend purchased a car roughly a month ago and it was an amazing experience. Everyone was very helpful throughout and stayed beyond the normal hours as we got there late in the day. I wish I could give them less Stars. I told them not to run my credit just to give me an estimate they ran it six or seven times. They wouldnt budge on price no matter what. Sales lady was pushy and tried to give me the sign before I was ready pushing papers in front of my face. They tried to act nice afterwards when I got mad but theyll push you into a deal youre not ready for.

Asked salesperson several times to send me contact info for their key guy about how to get a second key. Typical dealer that only cares until you buy the car and after that you’re on your own. Title work came with an out of state title without a state inspection and now they are telling me I have to pay for that also. What does the $599 administrative fee cover??
