Customer service rep was very pleasant. I had to have back brakes replaced and tires rotated. The attendants forgot to replace my sticker on the upper left hand corner that indicates the mileage and when its time for the oil change, they forgot to reset my maintenance schedule button and they didnt make sure that my hubcaps were secure on each tire.

I took my car in for service. Oil change, check fluids, and get ready for winter. I also wanted new tires. Had a great experience, plus got some recall work done. Molle service rep, Rick, told me tires were on sale. Plus , he even helped fill out a tire rebate form for me . Great job. Molle also had a ride home for me and a pick up ride back to dealership at the end of the service. I was very satisfied.

I made an appointment, my car was taken in right away, and I only needed a tire rotation but my advisor went ahead and had the oil changed as well as rotation to utilize my soon to be expired Toyota care services so next time I should only need and pay for a tire rotation. He didn’t have to save me money by doing this service ahead and I certainly didn’t expect it but I am sincerely grateful for his thoughtfulness! By far the most painless experience Ive ever had at a dealership. My Salesman, Ismael, was not only extremely kind and informative, but went absolutely above and beyond with his customer service. The day my car arrived, he sent me a video showing me it had arrived safe, and he kept me in the loop the entire process while I was waiting for my vehicle to arrive. When I came in to pick the car up, he was dealing with 3 other customers absolutely seamlessly. He was able to fit us all in with a cheery attitude and without making us wait around or feel neglected in any way. We only spent about 2 hours at the dealership, in which time we did all of our paperwork, Ismael taught me how to use all the special features in my new car, and the financial manager handled our bank loan for us. I wish I knew his name, but he was also extremely quick, kind and pleasant to work with. To be 100% transparent, Ismael did ask me to leave a review, but I was more than happy to do so!All parts that are added to these vehicles after arriving to the dealer were added, sometimes small things are overlooked, so Id have to say I would feel comfortable servicing with Molle as well. Overall, a very painless experience; Im very happy I chose Molle Toyota.

I got my tires and oils changed for my 2012 Camry here. The place is open early for my busy schedule. The staff is friendly. The process getting the car and out fast. The waiting room is cleaned and organized with available snack and coffees. Show room is next to the waiting room so, if you want check out the new ride. It easy access from 435 highway.

Purchased a Tacoma back in June. Paid sticker price for it and it didnt even come with a binder to hold all of the owners manual material. I have never purchased any vehicle that did not have one. All of the booklets are just banging around in the glove compartment every time I make a turn. Contacted the dealership on at least 4 occasions to ask to be sent a binder. To this day I still have not received one. On top of that, I flew in from out of town to purchase this truck...again, at sticker price. I was told I needed to find my own ride from the airport to the dealership as they would not arrange to pick me up. I just purchased another vehicle from Louisburg Ford, where the dealership is further than Molle Toyota and the vehicle was a third of the price. That dealership insisted on picking me up and was happy to do so. I wont come back here when Im ready to buy a new 4runner.

I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler from Molle Toyota. I paid full asking price simply because I wanted the vehicle and I understand the current market and Ive been in the auto business for 25 years. When my title work and check for sales tax was ready a week or so after, I simply asked that it be overnighted to me so it could be tracked and not get lost in the mail. I am traveling and figured that was a very simple request. After being told it was not possible, I was transferred to Julie in titles. Julie, who apparently is enabled to make the financial decisions for Molle, explained that it cost $17 and would not pay the cost to overnight my paperwork and check. I have spent the past 2 days trying to get a response from my salesman, a sales manager, and the general sales manager. Zero response from anyone and I currently have no idea of the status of my title work. I will never spend another penny with Molle and would recommend you dont as well. I have spend 25 years taking care of my customers at all cost, within reason. To turn a good experience into this over $17 and no follow up is truly pathetic!

Not only did they fix everything I needed, they made the necessary 120,000 mile services that I had missed and got me the absolute best deal on everything. I have asked the nice servicing guy to do tire rotation per the warranty. It was done fairly quickly including other checks such as oil. I have asked if they have checked pressure in the tires, he said yes. Great! All good, I left the center. But it was wrong. The car displays tire pressures. Unfortunately, I checked it after I drove far. Please double check while you’re there if you happen to get similar services.

Service on vehicle was apparently quite good. However, I was told the two services I was receiving, tire rotation and cooling system protection, would take about an hour to an hour and 20 minutes. However, it took 2 full hours. I had decided to wait and did not seek a ride. Performance at 75% greater than estimate on routine services is not good.

The collision care team was unbelievable! They were professional and kind and added just the perfect dose of humor the day of my accident (which really made me feel comfortable and relieved)! Ruth went above and beyond to navigate things with my insurance company so my car was fully repaired in a perfect way. - Recall (OK, stuff happens)- Parts for safety recall not available for 4-6 weeks (pretty sad for for an issue that apparently could kill a driver and others)- Called to check on parts after waiting- phone rang for 8+ minutes with no answer, no voice mail, no redirection- Called again to check on parts to find they had them for some time but failed to let me know- Turned in a complaint at that time only to get a Dear John note saying they would look into things (I assumed I would hear from someone but didnt)- Took one week to get a scheduled repair (again, this was a safety recall issue- Was told, when I scheduled the repairs, I would be put on a schedule for a courtesy ride to work only to find there is no such schedule (cost me an Uber ride so as not to waste more time than already wasted)- Even the response to my original low rating said to call a specific number to discuss this low rating only to find it was to the general number and I had no idea who to ask for and the receptionist was not real sure either. Finally got to a voice mail for the Service Manager (I believe).I would have given even a lower review but I am giving credit, warranted or not, that delays on getting the parts and slow response to addressing the safety recall may be due to staffing shortage that everyone seems to be suffering from now days.

In three other Toyota dealerships, there were various combinations of nothing available, nothing on the lot, lies and fibs about whether they had anything, etc. Those were other KC-area dealerships. Had a 845 AM appointment for a tire rotation. Adviser tells me it will be 1-1.25 hr. They didn’t even pull in service bay until 10am. Sat in bay about 15 minutes after service completed. Then waiting on paperwork. All in all 2 hours for a 15 minute service for which I had an appointment. Don’t know if they over schedule or take in customers without appointments, but no what I expect when I have an appointment.

Thought it was going to be a smooth and fair transaction kinda turned into a take it or leave it situation. Person wasn’t willing to budge by a couple HUNDRED dollars on the price of the car. With Covid still showing it’s face and car sales down I figured that would not have been a problem, especially since I wanted to be fair on my trade and the price of the car. They keep saying that my car traded on will go to auction but when you calculate the miles on my car trading in it is significantly lower than the average miles driven in a year. At this point just glad I got what I wanted and god willing I won’t be buying another car for YEARS to come.

Customer service experience. I never received a call regarding the status of my car. Kept it September 3-7 for brake noise. When “I” called since they never called me they couldn’t find me in the system and I was transferred to the body shop and transferred back to service. When I went to pick up car that afternoon, still issues with finding me in the system and my paperwork. When I reviewed the paperwork it was invoiced September 3? Don’t understand why they kept the car until the 7th if it was done on the 3rd and how I got lost in paperwork. The customer service (or lack thereof) was unacceptable/unprofessional/unsatisfactory. Well, finally, they replaced my sunglasses box after 3 months waiting. Theyre not honest, friendly. When I went to service in June, ask to fix my sunglasses box, the tech told me , hell contact me, when part is there,but never heard from him. I went back for first year checking and mentioned sunglasses box issue too when I made an appointment in end of August, when I arrived there ,they told me , the sunglasses box had been returned due to I didnt come to shop. So, I have to make the other appointments back to Molly deal service again. Tech told need 2 hrs to finish the project, then I ask for driver to take me home (all Toyota dealership provide driver, if you request), he let me waiting In waiting room, no one give me a ride, no one contact me in all 3 hours, in the meantime I figured my highlander should be done, then I went asking that tech, finally he told me it is done, Ha Ha Ha! Great! I dont know how long do I need sit in waiting room to receive notified my vehicle is done ,if I dont go to ask for it.

I brought my work truck in with a reoccurring brake issue worked on by a fleet management shop whom did not fix the issue. My service writer Jason was very understanding of my situation and very eager to fix this issue in a timely manner. I received a call from Jason at about 4:30pm shortly after leaving the dealership and was informed the extent of the repair and he asked if if the next morning was acceptable for pick up. I was astounded how fast the repair was, and later found out my amazing mechanic Jeremy came in the next morning on his day off to make sure the repairs were perfectly completed. Absolutely amazing customer service, service technician skill and dedication. Best service ever. Highly recommend.

I purchased my Tacoma here and had a great experience. 5 years later I visit to buy some parts for my truck. While I was backing out of a parking spot their porter crashed a customers car into my truck. As unfortunate as that is accidents happen and I exited my vehicle and waited for the porter to get out. Several managers came out to and escorted the porter off inside the building. The remaining managers then started asking what happened and subsequently accused of causing the accident. I was shocked after exchanging information I was told to leave. I left with a damaged truck and will never return to this location. I am hugely disappointed I feel disrespected and ultimately I hope that this review leads people to shop elsewhere as I will be.

I must say Molle Toyota in my opion is absolutely outstanding. I worked with Malory in internet sales and she is one of the most helpful people ever. I also worked with Tony in the sales department and despite already having four deliveries scheduled in his long work day made arrangements to get me schedule as well. Bill and JR in fianace worked hard to get all the arrangements done for me in an extremely fast and accurate process. I do not have any negative opinions with this dealership. I came from over 200 miles away as my own extremely large dealership where I live was not helpful in these times of low inventory of making a deal. Until today I’ve had terrific appointments with service advisors when I’ve brought a vehicle in for maintenance. Today the advisor was minimally friendly, spent less than minimal time with me, went over nothing about what would be or was done, and twice called me “dear.” The final factor that made me want to write this is, when I went to pick the car it was parked about quarter of a block from the service department and, although I use a walker I had to ask him to go get it for me. Now I am old and I am disabled, BUT I am a doctor, I am in no way senile, and I am NOT his “dear.”

This is a review of Molle Toyota’s collision repair center. Took my ‘21 4runner with quarter panel damage on 3/8 and got it back on 4/21, 3 weeks late from said release date. Took 6 weeks to get quarter panel glass. I kept calling for a followup and it’s always a different date. Collision adviser said it’s a toyota problem and it’s out of their control. Finished product - no walkthrough with anyone, has a trim piece inside by window that wasn’t latched all the way, I had to do the latching myself, has a speck of sand sized bubble from repainted area, rear hatch door not closing smoothly like it used to. Had to vacuum leftover debris (metal shavings and broken glass) under rear sliding cargo compartment. Not happy with how long it took with such imperfections.Edit 05/12/21:I increased my rating from 2 to 4 stars after they fixed the issues of my rear door and paint bubble issue, they even took care of some extra scratch that was my fault. Inside of vehicle was clean this time around. The biggest issue fixed was my rear door alignment and it feels like brand new when closing it now. However, it now has a light scratch on the inside of the door that nobody really sees and nothing deep enough to cause rust. I’m not worried about it. I’d rather paint correct it myself and use my vehicle than leave it for another week unused. Too much time and value of my vehicle was lost but I’m glad to have my 4runner back in almost brand new condition. I did buy this vehicle from Molle Toyota last December 2020 with 3 miles on it. I have 12,700 on my odo now and would probably have 20k if the car wasn’t in the shop for almost 2 months11/02/21Had my wheels aligned. Was not rubbing before the alignment. After alignment, it rubbed too crazy that it tore my mudguards and pulls to the right on the highway. When going early in the morning the one who greeted me in the service area wasn’t friendly and didn’t introduce himself just asked if the vehicle has been in molle before and if i had a mask then to wait in the reception area. Reducing this from 4 star to 1 star and never going back to molle

I had a great experience at Molle Toyota. Ismael Sabeha is a first class sales person that did a tremendous job in balancing my interests as a customer along with the interests of Molle. Everything that was promised to me was delivered just the way it was said. They even accommodated me on my own goof-up. Nobody was pushy, not even the finance guy who usually are the pushiest. Over all a first rate experience there. I would ask for Ismael any day of the week.

Oil change was due on my Sienna, so i called Molle, finding very good reviews on google. It was sat 3:30p and they were about to close in 1.5 hrs. It took 2-3 call transfers but finally the lady at the other end told if i come over before 4p, they should be able to complete it. Jay took care of my vehicle and he brought out couple of major, minor and cosmetic issues and highlighted the once that needs immediate attention. During billing he added coupons so that i could save some money as well. Very reasonable price for services when compared to what i paid at other service centers. Other highlights are; very good waiting/rest area with free coffee machine(5 stars for coffee). There is a play area for the kids next to rest area.
